BUSHI & Hiromu Takahashi vs. Dragon Dia & Ryusuke Taguchi

[6.0] "Enjoyable enough match, but it never really stepped up to another level for me. The work they did was very solid though."

[7.0] "I thought that this was a really fun tag team match and enjoyed the dynamics of Hiromu and Taguchi as well as the team work of skateboard bros"

[8.0] "That's why Taguchi is the GOAT. He can do the CBT section being the funniest shit in the world and in the same bout deliver some hot ass action and dramatic finish. Dia does perfect job with all his flashy moves and great teamwork with the vet. BUSHI & Hiromu are a decent pair. ****"

[6.0] "A quite decent mix of comedy and wrestling, Taguchi and Dia are a pretty generic team and BUSHI isn't exactly the most excting Jr. on heart but overall they delivered a normal mid card Tournament bout. Way better than the their build-up encounter. ***"

[8.0] "This was simple and really fun. Hiromu puts his all into getting stupid punishment and dia and taguchi give him a lot of it. Dia and taguchi are a super fun tag team and i hope to see them potentially be a team in the mix for the finals by the end of the tourney."

[5.0] "Another fun little tag match that had a lot of comedy and excitement to get the crowd invested. Taguchi is working harder than usual in this tournament, which is really good for Dia to show out on these shows. There is still all of the expected "butt stuff" of course, but the final few minutes showed him do some of his wrestling. **3/4"

[5.0] "Comedic (which I don't really prefer in a tournament) but not as bad as it could have been surprisingly."

[4.0] "Very short and full of comedy antics. Albeit they were funny, I'm not a big fan of Taguchi and this match wasn't it. Sure it was a little flashy at times but overall just a comedy match with LIJ/Taguchi. Dia did try to make this work and I appreciate his efforts."

[6.0] "Taguchi really is dragging down Dragon Dia and it's a shame that Dia is stuck with a comedy partner because he is routinely dazzling. When Dia got the chance to put his foot to the accelerator with either Bushi or Hiromu the match was really great. I should say, Taguchi isn't bad per se, he's not botching spots, he just derails the thrilling action and pulls the match back towards slower paced comedy. Still, while there were some cringeworthy spots, the overall action in this match was strong and exciting."

[8.0] "Maybe the perfect scenario for a Taguchi match. Start with a fun comedy part with Hiromu. Dick selling with BUSHI before letting Dragon DIA handle the in ring high speed action. Everybody look really good in that match. The crowd was really loud during the match and help to improve the atmosphere. Taguchi getting a good looking finish is also really great. The newly combinaison attack from Dragon Dia and Taguchi was great and improve the feeling of partnership of Taguchi and Dia. Hiromu and BUSHI may have shown the bare minimum of their arsenal, but it's okay."

[4.0] "More dick humour from Taguchi which just does not land for me in the slightest, Taguchi gets hit in the balls and just sells by screaming and moaning with wide eyes and Im just so done with it. Hiromu, BUSHI and Dia did some good work here but it was just hampered by the weak jokes, which are especially annoying because Taguchi can and does wrestle well in between them. Taguchi hit the Dodon to get the win over BUSHI and this was just poor humour for the majority and did not work for me. Not worth a watch unless you particularly enjoy Taguchi and his genitals."
