Austin Aries vs. Brian Cage

[8.0] "I thought this was a great match. Even though these two were in Impact at this time, we didn't any singles matches together. However, we did get some singles matches outside of Impact, such as here at WSW. Austin Aries was defending the WSW World Heavyweight Championship against Brian Cage, but before the match started, Cage was attacked by Slex, who wrestled Matt Riddle earlier on the card. Aries gave Cage the opportunity postpone the match, but Cage refused and wrestled anyway. This was a fun back and forth affair, with Cage having the strength advantage and Aries being smaller and faster. It took two brain busters and a discus elbow without the elbow pad for Aries to beat Cage. Post match had Marty Scurll come out to barb words with Aries, who he would face the following night for the title. ****"
