[7.0] "Pretty solid stuff here. Gable, once again, proves himself to be one of the most reliable in-ring guys in WWE right now. That's not to say that every match of his is a banger, but I don't remember the last time I saw a match of his that I didn't like or was incredibly bored during."
[6.0] "I'll never be tired of saying of damn good Chad Gable is in the ring. He took care of a completely random match and made it look so good with his incredible technical prowess. Kofi followed up the pace and flow of the match so well, but he doesn't hit like he did back in the day before he joined the New Day. He doesn't look that appealing to me wrestling-wise at all. A great surprise of a match (*** 1/4)"
[5.0] "I can't watch Chad Gable lose anymore I'm sorry they are a new faction that deserves more of a push than being something that is used to complement a main story"
[6.0] "[***] Decent match purely to set up the New Day infighting feud. Nothing really special from both sides, as this wasn't about the in-ring work at all. Gable still is a phenomenal worker and Kofi's in-ring skills still have aged well over the years."

[7.0] "Okay, now this cooked a little bit. Kofi can still bring it and Gable was his usual great self. The story this match told about Xavier's chicanery went over much better with me than with his match against Rey Mysterio."
[7.0] "This was a very solid match between Chad Gable & Kofi Kingston. Xavier Woods tried to help but it costed Kofi Kingston heavily which cost him the win."
[8.0] "Of course they had a great match. There were some awesome sequences between these two due Gable's greco-roman wrestling background. These two didn't just have a great match but it also adds to the New Day breakup storyline. I like how Kofi is acting like he could turn heel too."

Xavier Woods cheated to defeat Rey Mysterio earlier in the show, but Kofi Kingston's mannerisms after he lost here to Chad Gable may suggest he'll turn instead. This has worked out better after the failed experiment with Odyssey Jones."
[7.0] "They really went there to have a proper wrestling match, even with less than 10 minutes, they delivered a really good one, both men looked great, specially Gable. The finish was clever and really well executed."
[6.0] "very interesting finish to this match with woods possibly trying to help? which then costs kofi the match. It seemed obvious that woods would be the one to turn but now after this match and how kofi was acting in most sure if thatll be the case now. Fun in ring match."
