[8.0] "An incredible go-home show. Some really exciting, fast paced wrestling, a lot of fun segments, Kevin Nash with the greatest press conference ever, so much anticipation around Kurt Angle's debut leading into a debut angle (no pun intended) that gave me goosebumps. And if the show itself wasn't enough to sell you on the PPV, the Fozzy music video at the end acts as a recap of the entire BFG card and makes the show look so damn exciting. TNA was firing on all cylinders at this point in time, and nobody knew how to pack so much action into one hour like they did. Only part of the show that faltered was the awkward Jake the Snake segment that opened the show. That weird promo and bitching out of Abyss keeps this show from getting a 10."

[9.0] "This was not much of a wrestling show aside from the tag match, which featured AMW and Gail getting attacked by LAX, which led to them turning face, but this was a really, really good go home show as it promoted the BFG PPV really well."
