[6.0] "This was quite an eventful episode of Heat. The McMahon's attack Shawn Michaels legendary manager Jose Lothario in his hometown to get even more heat for the Corporation destroying Shawn on last week's Raw. There's also a pretty forgotten Owen vs Blackman Lion's Den match here that was quite fun to watch, which was capped by a very random Dan Severn heel turn and Blackman lets out his inner Shamrock and goes nuts backstage. Triple H is eventually punished for attacking Shane McMahon in the last segment of the show where he is attacked by Big Bossman in the Lion's Den cage. Oddities also win the Head Bangers silly titles."

[5.0] "This was an alright show. The Lion's Den match is decent and a nice change of pace from the usual Heat fare, and everything else is either inoffensive or completely forgettable."

[4.0] "Only one match ended normally on this show, Oddities vs The Headbangers. The rest were no contest or screwy. It was at least entertaining."
