Or rather, Raven and the Nest just caused chaos for most of the show. I love Raven, but it got boring fast. Most of the matches on the show weren't even matches, just beatings, but the crowd loved it. If your PPV main event has a match with Sandman, that says a lot...... Sandman sucks. |
| 4 | 05.09.2024 | Roots | 6.0 | It started very badly with Tony Stetson VS The New Jersey Devil and Mikey Whipwreck VS Val Puccio and there was a lot of angles disguised as matches, but it ends quite good with Taz and Too Cold Scorpio VS Raven and The pitbulls and, mainly, with that surprisingly good Cactus Jack VS The Sandman. Not a great show at all but, if you like hardcore, it is still interesting to watch because of that main event. |

The show is pretty bad overall, but is very much ECW leaning hard into what makes it ECW rather than trying to be an actual wrestling promotion. All the interesting stuff is outside of the actual wrestling, with brawls galore and the wonderful "real referee" Bill Alphonso working the crowd into a frenzy. There's no way the wrestling on this show earns it any points, but it succeeds as garbage entertainment - and that's what it was trying to be. That also makes it better than many of the WWF and WCW shows in 1995 that fail as both wrestling shows and as entertainment... |

Hack Myers vs. The Vampire Warrior kurz aber ok. The Vampire Warrior vs. Tommy Dreamer ist ein netter Brawl. 911 vs. Jim Steele ist ein Squash Match. Beulah McGillycutty vs. Luna Vachon ist auch garkein Match und führt nur die Raven / Dreamer Fehde fort. Raven & The Pitbulls vs. Taz & Too Cold Scorpio ist in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. Cactus vs. Sandman ein hartes Barbed Wire Match. |
| 11 | 07.06.2011 | RVD 333 | 5.0 | Grandioses Booking! Wurde Bill Alfonso vor diesem Event eher belächelt, ist er nach dieser Veranstaltung der absolute Topheel. Sein Eingreifen in die beiden Main Events hat zu meinem Überraschen bei der doch recht smarten Phillie Crowd heftigste Heel Reaktionen hervorgerufen. Vor allem nach dem, übrigens großartigen, Main Event waren die Fans quasi kurz davor den Ring zu stürmen. Die Undercard war dieses Mal sehr merkwürdig, da ziemlich viele Neuankömmlinge auf der Card standen, was für Events eher unüblich ist. Dreamer-Warrior war ein netter Brawl und das Handicap Tag Match später auch recht ansehnlich, der Rest der Veranstaltung leider unterer Durchschnitt. Allerdings erlebt die Fehde zwischen Tommy Dreamer und Raven wieder einen klaren Aufschwung. |

Das Six Man Tag ganz OK (**) und das Debute der Gangstas kommt sehr überraschend. Sandman vs Cactus Jack ist auf jeden Fall ein ECW Klassiker (***), den man gesehen haben muss. |
