| 4 | 01.01.2020 | Paul Allain | 6.0 | Drake/Havoc was a standard deathmatch, more focused on sick imagery than actually winning the match. The aimless brawling of Tremont/Schwarz actually helped differentiate it, but the weapons looked weak and lame and the foregone conclusion killed any suspense. Hyde/Blunt suffered from quite a few lulls in the action, but Toby Blunt's enthusiasm and his dynamic with DJ Hyde made for a compelling match that felt much cleaner and substantial than your average deathmatch, despite the rotten finish. Masada/Excellent was surprisingly serious, making for a crisp contest with little waste and the sickest finish of the night. Karsten/Skillet had potential to be very good, but was too short and basic to even scratch said potential. Gridiron/OI4K was short and boring, as the non-tournament matches are very obviously filler on this card. Ares/Dreissker featured an insane amount of shenanigans, as the wrestling itself was actually quite decent but got undercut a lot and never had a chance to develop properly on their unexpected chemistry. Gresham/Colon was solid wrestling, with fluid and crisp offense and a desire to win that made for an awesome prelude for the next 16 Gold Carat Tournament. The TOD Europe Finals smartly started with two separate issues in Hyde/Tremont and Drake/Masada, giving them a variety of fun violent interactions afterwards, but the lateness of the first elimination hurt the impact of the match, after which it lost any semblance of reality and rushed into ridiculous spots that looked stupid as hell, making for a goofy end to a tournament that had been more on the gritty side beforehand. The tournament oscillated between goofy and serious, making it inconsistent. Still, outside of the weak OI4K/Gridiron match and the underdeveloped Karsten/Skillet trial match, the non-tournament entertained and delivered well, which combined with the better tournament matches made for a better show then yesterday and a very good night of wrestling. |

| 6 | 18.12.2015 | sign squad | 3.0 | Die Non-Tournament Matches retten eine Show, die im Grund nur aus Blut und Schweigen im Publikum besteht. So eine ruhige Crowd hab ich glaube ich bei einer Indy Show noch nie gesehen. Es geht nur um Bumps und Blut und zerbrochene Leuchtstoffröhren. Drake und Havoc im Opener haben ein anständiges Match mit Schwung und dem Versuch von Wrestling, die anderen drei Matches sind fast frei davon. Insbesondere die "Leistung" von Toby Blunt war unterirdisch. Four Way CZW Internes Finale fand ich persönlich sehr unbefriedigend, zumal die meiste Zeit auch hier einfach Stille war. Beck vs. Skillet war nett, Ares vs. Dreissker und Gresham vs. Colon fand ich ordentlich. Tag Team Match eine komplette Katastrophe mit nur verpatzten Spots und richtig miesem Timing. |
| 7 | 10.12.2013 | sprudel | 6.0 | Dafür, das in den Erstrundenmatches DM-unerfahrene Wrestler wie Mike Schwarz und Toby Blunt den CZW-Veteranen gegenüberstanden, stimmte der Einsatz (Stichwort Leiterbump von Blunt) und insgesamt wissen die Matches dann auch zu unterhalten. Es war jedoch sowohl recht vorhersehbar als auch verständlich, dass die vier CZWler dann am Ende auch im Finale standen. Die Matches vor dem Finale waren soweit okay und unterhaltsam, es hätte aber auch eins weniger sein können. Insbesondere Oi4K haben irgendwie keinen guten Tag erwischt und botchten ein paar Aktionen deutlich. Der Aufbau für das Finale ging diesmal im Gegensatz zum Barbed Wire-Match im 18+ Chapter 5 deutlich zügiger - Lob an die Crew! Auch wenn in NRBW-Matches Ringbedingt die Dynamik immer ein bisschen abgeht, war das Finale absolut Sehenswert: Das Finish reißt alles raus und ließ einen mit offenem Mund dastehen. |

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal Live sehen würde wie 4 Männer einen Ring auseinandernehmen würden und die letzten 2 dann, im warsten Sinne des Wortes, im Boden versinken! Selbst die Erstrunden-Matches waren Top, sogar Hyde gegen Blunt, wo Toby bewies, dass er langsam mit den Großen mithalten kann! Vielleicht nicht das stärkste, aber auch die Non-Tournament Matches wussten zu unterhalten. Ein sehr guter Event! |

Gorefest 3) konnten überzeugen und boten gute Unterhaltung. Finish im Main Event war dann natürlich der Knaller. Non Tournament Action war auch ok, wobei mich OI4K am WE nicht wirklich überzeugten und mit Colon und Gresham werde ich anscheinend auch nie wirklich warm. |
