[5.0] "This isn't your typical opening for the show, it's a match with star power. At least a little bit. Since his turn, Kamala has seemed increasingly disoriented, and here, too, he lets himself get rolled up almost without a fight. In the 'Face to Face' segment Perfect and HBK present their take on the events in Las Vegas - interesting. The two squashes that follow are pretty much standard Superstars fare. In between, there's the KotR report with Mean Gene. Fuji and Yokozuna do their thing, as does a grotesquely badly coiffed Lex Luger. The recap of the terrible events surrounding Luna and Sherri is also absurd. The final match is significant again, and Ramon manages to grab the back of Santana's pants for the pinfall. Doink continues to revel in Double-Vision, and Duggan is back in action as well. The final word comes from Giant Gonzales, but otherwise, this show is perfectly fine by normal Superstars standards."

[5.0] "Not a bad episode. I'm preferring Superstars to Raw at the moment. I find it a breezy watch and whilst it's not brilliant, it does a good job of getting storylines and superstars over whilst providing some squash and featured matches that are entertaining enough for me."

[5.0] "Super disappointing episode. Razor/Tito should've and could've been one hell of a hidden gem, but it turned out to be a squash instead. Tito looked like a complete jobber here and it's really a shame cause this guy was just having a competitive match with the former WORLD CHAMP last year. The rest of the squashes were not so good either, and the six man tag was just about what you would expect."
