[5.0] "The culmination of the promotion Vs promotion feud that started at Crunch '06; with the added stipulation of the Inter-Federation Cup. [1st match] I'm already seriously annoyed by the lighting before anything even happens. Sloan throws powder into Retro Pop before the bell - which seems to subdue them for about 5 minutes. The match is mostly all Sloan & Burns working the limbs and being good heels with blind tags and illegal double team moves, which earns them a yellow card. Fans are mostly dead for this match. More double team moves from the heels. Rayne runs wild after a hot tag, hits a weird Rock Bottom, followed by an even weirder choke facebuster thing. Robbie Brookside walks out and cuts a promo, which temporarily halts the match. More All-Star guys run out for the DQ/No contest. An okay match, but not a great opener (*) [2nd match] Lots of quick moves by both guys. Flash hits a nice overhead release Northern Lights Suplex, then some mat & submission moves. Outside brawl, with Spud hitting a dive to the outside before more quick moves inside the ring. Really great match, had just about everything in it. Flash was great here (***3/4) [3rd match] Dean brings out the ASW Mid-Heavyweight belt, must be a rare thing to see on TV? . Some quick lucha moves followed by a double no-sell standoff (a typical FWA spot) chain wrestling, followed by more lucha moves. The match is mostly Allmark before Storm makes a mini comeback, hitting a nice top rope Dragon armdrag, which was a cool spot. Must say a very good match, both guys worked well together, Allmark especially hitting some impressive moves (***) [4th match] Mixture of chain & mat wrestling at the start. Back & forth strikes before another double knockdown no-sell. Nice quick flourish of moves by Hade. Not really my type of match but it was okay. (**3/4) before every match there's backstage promo segments. The FWA guys had the better promos (and shirts) I did like Brookside's promo about the shirts though! [5th match] Robbie gets a yellow card early in the match. Robbie works on Stevie's ankle before a quick comeback. Brawl to the outside for a double count out. Brookside attacks Knight with a chair after the match (*3/4) [Main Event] Actually quite an amazing and dramatic team survivor match, especially utilizing FWA'S unique rules and the continuing story of a previously injured Knight. Loved this match. (****) Decent lesser supercard show, although it had some pointless matches, but built up to an amazing main event. Some truly awful production work by the FWA throughout the show though."
