[4.0] "Fun little house show, with a card full of decent filler matches. Nothing is really outstanding, but it gives everyone on the card a chance to have a competitive match, it introduces the Briscoe Brothers to the roster with two nice singles matchups, it begins the ascension of Erick Stevens as a singles midcard mainstay, it gives nice victories to the babyface roster, it uses the starpower of Shawn Waltman to help others and it puts the best workers into the main event, having Jay Lethal pin Jimmy Rave to set up his title shot the following day. For a B-Show, it reaches its objectives easily."
