[4.0] "A completely Skippack episode of Thunder that is saved by two matches and good promo Raven and another by Luger. Fit Finlay has a banger with Brad Armstrong who honestly I would love to see him go for the TV title. Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero have a good 3 minute match and then Chavo comes and is taunting his uncle. Side notes, Mongo is back and I'm happy to see him. I've never seen a Philly crowd so disinterested by a street fight. Public Enemy do win the fans over with the double table spot but I'm still shocked at the weak reaction. This is also Reese's last match in WCW, he gone shortly after. Poor Reese."

[7.0] "Good Thunder, really liked Finlay vs. Brad, and Benoit/Eddie was an enjoyable short match as well. Goldberg demolishing Reese was pretty spectacular, especially when he just absolutely blew away Horace when he tried to interfere. Heenan says here that the only reaction he ever heard that matches the one for Goldberg was the original Hulk Hogan reception, and honestly I think he's telling the truth. It's unbelievable how over this guy is."
