[6.0] "This event doesn't QUITE make it into 'one match card' territory due to Benoit and Booker being very good, but it's quite close. Undertaker vs. Angle is really the only reason to seek this PPV out. Benoit and Booker and maybe the Mysterio/Orton matches will keep you entertained, but neither of them are good enough to leave you wanting to revisit this card. The rest are just there. Still a solid show, but nothing more than good. More than likely you came to this page for Angle vs. Taker, and more than likely you'll leave just wanting Angle vs. Taker."

[9.0] "JBL Vs Lashley is just bad and both the WWE Cruiserweight Title nine way and Hardy and Tatanka Vs MNM are mid, but Benoit Vs Booker T is real solid, Orton Vs Mysterio is good and Angle Vs Undertaker is absolutely phenomenal. Overall WWE No Way Out (2006) is a real amazing show."

[7.0] "Thankfully after a horrendous Royal Rumble we're back to quality PPVs. The opening to this thing though was harsh as it was another cruiserweight chaos that you couldn't even follow, but after that things got only better. JBL vs Lashley wasn't anything special, but Bradshaw's great heel work got Bobby really over with the crowd, MNM vs Hardy & Tatanka was a decent little Tag Match with the veteran being in a very good shape, Benoit vs Booker wasn't at the level of their previous bouts, but it was still a pretty enjoyable work from both guys and Orton vs Mysterio was all about Randy's incredible performance, as his body language and reactions were on another level and them alone made the contest very interesting. And then the main event was the best match of the night and a little different stuff from Taker, as he got a little bit more technical here. It was slow, but they knew how to use that pace to their advantage and get some big pops for their big moves. Also a clever finish to keep both guys looking strong. A very good show with the quality rising with every match."

[7.0] "This was a pretty good show from top to bottom. The 9 Way Opener was an alright match and a decent way to start the show, JBL vs Lashley was very mediocre and not memorable, the Tag Team Title Match was OK and had some fun moments, Benoit vs. Booker was pretty good, an above average match, Randy vs. Rey was a very good match, some fun wrestling with a result that I wouldn? t have booked. And the main event was amazing, one of the best matches of the year and one you should definitely watch, even if you skip the rest of the show."

[7.0] "Above average B ppv. Angle/Taker is a fantastic main event with a very clever ending. Orton/Rey is a well worked match, Orton's heel work is very good and I felt Rey sold his disappointment very well. Benoit/Booker is a solid match with a satisfying ending. Tag match isn't great, no one really cared for Tatanka. JBL/Lashley is forgettable, Lashley doesn't do much to get the crowd behind him. Opening cruiserweight is merely ok, Cruiserweight division is pretty much dead at this point however. Last 3 matches make this a fairly good show."

[8.0] "The first hour isn't good or anything deserving, the rest of the event was great, almost surprising considering it was a preparation for Wrestlemania more than a single standing ppv. Kurt Angle vs The Undertaker is a easy MOTY contender, Rey vs Orton and Booker T vs Benoit two good matches. The Cruiserweight Division was near its downfall, they couldn't handle a one on one feud. Recommended, it's not easy to find a great pre-Wrestlemania ppv, it's one of the few times where the Smackdown roster had a brand only event with great quality."
