The main event is a great title match, and for once présents the champions dissension in an intelligible manner. The partners-colliding match between D&L and Cape Fear is also a great mix of story-telling and action, with Scorpio Sky character shining throughout in an intriguing fashion. The 4 way-elimination is not without flaws, but does rile up the crowd and has a jaw-dropping ending. In the lower card, Koslov/Cabana and Excalibur/Talwar both bring variety and deepness to the show. The show is very good, but cannot hide some damaging flaws, such as a second underwhelming Title shot for Los Luchas, coupled with the confusing and borderline irrespsonsible behavior of the tag team champions in their weird dissension story (that does get better by main event time). If some errors and boring matches were cut, this show would be a classic, but it as to settle as being above-average, if puzzling at times. |
| 3 | 17.04.2009 | sign squad | 7.0 | Zwei Dinge sind sehr interessant - die Matchlänge des Main Events und des Matches Cape Fear vs Tornado & Sky. Der Main Event hat drei Wrestler die so lange gehen können ohne langweilig zu werden, und Super Dragon - aber der wird hier sehr gut getragen (* * * 3/4). Das 2. lange Match ist auch ganz anständig und alle vier zeigten sich sehr bemüht (* * 3/4). Zur Abwechslung war auch mal der Opener gut (* * 1/4), was man von unseren Freunden Talwar und Excalibur nicht sagen kann (* 1/4). Im 1. Tag Team Title Match bekommen sich Dragon und Richards hervorragend in die Haare und bilden damit die Grundlage für ihr 2. Match (* *). Lost und Kazarian ist heute mal gut drauf, aber ein Fan bin ich von beiden immer noch nicht (* * 1/2). Der Four Way Dance ist sehr unterhaltsam und die Fans haben mächtig Spaß (* * *). |
