[7.0] "Quite an interesting show. The anti-American group started off properly, although I always find it funny putting Lance Storm as the vocal point of a group. Batista looked like a beast again. Orton looked like he was destined to be a white meat babyface jobber. The pop for the Hogan title win was off the charts as you would expect, with Edge's smiles making the day. Cena had a decent enough second match and you can see why he ended up where he would. The Jamie Noble and Nidia segment looking round their new 'home' was fantastic. I love this pair so much. The Bra match was as pointless as these things always are. The main even was a good match with a finish that set up a big PPV rematch - Taker had been improving of late and Angle was...well Angle. Good show."
[7.0] "This is such an interesting show. First off i have to mention that when Hogan comes out, he's there before the middle of the show, and he's in a tag team with Edge, coming out with his OG intro song due to it being july 4th, and they're tagging up to fight billy and chuck. It is just SO NICE to see Hogan just be a "regular" wrestler and not always have to be part of the main event or close to it. And it's not like he's being relegated to the B-team, he's just playing the part and doing it well. He came out waving the american flag and Edge is loving it. This is pretty cool. I don't know when is the last time Hogan came out like this and had a match like this. Also, the show opens with American hate coming from Canadians, something they started building up last week. But then Rikishi is the face of america for this episode? haha awesome i'm cool with it. Then John Cena slaps Jericho back stage, and DVon and Batista smoke Randy Orton and Val Venis... Also, everything I've written here so far happens before the 45 minute point of the show! But then after that I'd say it wasn't as good. The Y2J/Cena match was meh. Jericho always just looks so slow to me like he's running in mud. I've only really enjoyed a handful of his matches, and this wasn't one of them. As far as Cena goes, I don't know his shit too much but I'd say of the 4 new stars (him, batista, orton, brock), he's my least favorite one so far. I just don't see anything special about him but I'm definitely prepared for it as I know he rules WWE for the next few years. The bikini/thong stuff is nice but it probably took up too much time. And the main event was ok. Definitely cool to see undertaker put up his title two shows in a row, as I felt he wasn't doing that enough since winning it. His match on raw was by far better than this, although Angle did a great job carrying him. The ending was weird and I'm guessing this will continue into next week's episode somehow. Definitely a not-bad show."
[8.0] "Very good show with Lance Storm, Test and Christian setting themselves up as a top heel group going forward with them insulting Americans in their promos and interrupting Lillian Garcia's beautiful singing. Batista and John Cena again having a good showing after they both had an impactful debut the previous week. Hogan brings back his iconic Real American theme and wins the tag titles with Edge as we finally got actual teams forming in a division that looked terrible for awhile. Undertaker and Kurt Angle had a controversial main event that set up the triple threat main event at Vengeance. Theres also a bra and panties match with Torrie and Stacy.... yep this was 2002."
[5.0] "Fine show but nothing really compelling happened, mid matches and fine segment. The opening promo insulting the US was good. Cena got another strong showcase again tonight Jericho gave him a lot of offense. Hogan & Edge winning the tag titles was cool, the main event had a cool ending to a fine match."
