[6.0] "A strong SmackDown with major angles advanced and good wrestling. Undertaker's promo, Rock's main event win, and Austin's run-in, were highlights, but Vince's segments were weird."

[5.0] "This one doesn't hold up so well, the Vince segments... well, they did not age well, let's just say. I liked the Radicalz gauntlet more than I thought I would, Eddie is so great at this time. That group was breaking up like every week though."

[3.0] "Oh that was not a good show of smackdown, unfortunately. Super disappointing show overall I expected at least more development of the stories but no there wasn't anything. That's an easy skip-able show imo, I just expected and wanted better than this."

[7.0] "It's a pretty good show with some good storyline advancement and some new rivalries with Test challenging Kurt Angle to a match after what he did to Scotty on Raw, which turned out to be a really good sprint. Even better was Triple H cutting a promo with Undertaker interrupting it as the have a fight. Regal becomes new commissioner by beating an injured Al Snow and suplexing midgets... no I'm not kidding. Benoit completed his face turn when he challenged all three members of The Radicalz to a gauntlet match and winning two of them before they set him up for a beatdown with Eddie getting a cheap win. I wasn't crazy about the Rock being in yet another handicap match for the main event, but they did advance things with Debra getting into dangerous situations as his manager and Austin making the save. Hardys got another cheap win over the Dudleys because of Christian interfering again. Honestly its a consistently good show and would have been a great one without the abundance of creepy Vince McMahon segments, this time having Trish bring Linda to the arena."

[6.0] "Good segment with Vince, interesting angle with commissionership, watchable match Angle/Test. I didn't like start of Triple H/Taker feud."

[8.0] "Well above average edition of Smackdown. Far more eventful than usual with several major angles being advanced and a good standard of wrestling throughout."

[7.0] "Christians helps the Hardy's win another tag title match but this time the Dudley's get revenge on him. All of Vince's segments right now are just weird and probably the worst part about Raw/Smackdown. Undertaker cut a really good promo to Triple H explaining his dominance in the WWF for a decade and how he doesn't care who Triple H beat.Rock beats the odds in a main event and Austin makes a run in to save Debra but she stays in the ring with Rock instead of going to Austin as the show goes off the air."
