[5.0] "The main event, which ended in minutes due to Steve Maclin getting concussed, was a bummer and I won't factor it into my rating. However, I will give everyone involved major props for how well the situation was handled, especially referee Alice Lane, who was on top of things from the start and handled things like a pro, as well as the medical staff, and to Mike Santana and Eddie Edwards, who were able to come up with something to send the crowd home reasonably happy. As to the rest of the card, it was certainly a couple of notches better than the weak No Surrender, but was still somewhat average. Leon Slater vs Eric Young in the opener was easily the best match of the night; a well-executed young star vs. grizzled veteran-type bout that got plenty of time and had the right result. Elsewhere, the Ali/Steelz vs Miguel/Stone mixed tag was decent, the women's title three-way was OK when Dani Luna (in her last TNA PPV appearance) and Xi Ying Lee were in the ring, and the shenanigans with Grace and Lorenzo at least helped hide some of Grace's shortcomings, and Francis/Kazarian vs Elijah/Home Town Man was a fairly OK TV-style tag bout. The System vs Jeff Hardy & Vincent featured the predicted turn by the Righteous against the Hardyz; for some reason, this story still just doesn't seem to be clicking. Moose vs Edwards was really more an angle disguised as a match than anything. Fairly average overall, but I really did like that Slater vs Young match and recommend at least seeing that."

[4.0] "The main event of the show, of course, goes as unlucky as it gets, and you can't really blame anyone for that, but even beyond that, this event unfortunately doesn't have much to offer either. I'd even go so far as to say that the opener is the best match of the night already. The Knockouts Three-Way and the Mixed Tag Match at least reach a level that can hold its own against typical TV matches, as the rest is quite underwhelming, especially the refusal to even attempt anything with Moose and Edwards. I'm deeply disappointed, but I also don't want to drop below four points, since there was certainly still some room for improvement with the main event."

[4.0] "Below average show. This was more like a 3 hour episode of iMPACT, than a PPV style show. You can tell that TNA no longer has the roster to put together a good card more than once every few months. Aside from a few NXT loanees, they have no other partnerships. I can't knock them for the unfortunate main event, but it's not a good sign that it was one of the only matches I wanted to see. A few of the matches were actually kind of fun. There were quite a few promos, which felt like they belonged on the weekly show."

[7.0] "This show was packed with good matches and some really nice surprises. The X Division match was my match of the night, but there were also a few bouts that surprised me: the knockout title match (I was expecting MUCH worse) and the women's no DQ (same thing), and the mixed tag (super engaging). It's a shame we didn't get Moose vs Edwards and the main event ended the way it did, but calling it for everyone's safety was the right decision. Overall, a really enjoyable show"

[4.0] "Tough show to rate on account of the main event (understandably) needing to be called off. Problem is almost everything before that fell between poor and average with the exception of the X division title match. 4.5/10"

It's all just kind of there and existing to delight of about 1, 000 in attendance slightly more watching. TNA is above NWA but not by much from what I can tell."

This was akin to a WCW Clash of Champions before a major WCW ppv with good wrestling and moving programs forward. One Man Gang ringside was hella cool."

[7.0] "Mixed tag team matches are highly recommended. Ali is truly an all-around fighter, and any competitor can create great chemistry with him. The women's triple threat matches are also solid. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected injury in the main event, so I can only give it a score of 7"

[6.0] "An entertaining show that had some good highs and some lows (some within control and some outside of it.) The mixed tag team match ended up being very enjoyable and my match of the night. The X-Division Title and Knockout's Title match were both enjoyable. While I am not normally a fan of segments on a PLE, I thought the Ricky Sosa signing announcement was handled very well and treated like a big deal while I also was entertained by the segment between The Elegance Brand and ODB/Mickie James/Taryn Terrell setting up the match for Rebellion. While I understand not wanting to fully give away Moose and Eddie Edwards, the lack of any of a match there felt underwhelming. Losing the main event which had a lot of hype built around it was very unfortunate but Steve Maclin's health was certainly more important. Alice Lane handled that very well while Eddie Edwards and Mike Santana did what they could to make the best of a bad situation. Some effective build towards Rebellion on the show while still providing some highlights despite the way that the main event happened."

"Whelp it likes like WWE has done to TNA what AEW has done to ROH utterly gutted it into the shell of what it used to be 3 championships defended of which 1 is under 3 minutes (sure this is due to an injury, but still does not look good 4 matches that are over 10 minutes and all of which feel like like just basic matches no actual effort to make it something special that you expect from a PPV. TNA used to be a PPV you got excited for now not so much"

[5.0] "Leon Slater vs Eric Young: A great match to open Sacrifice, the young Slater held his own against the veteran Young, the action was solid which was decent to see, their different styles clashed quite well and definitely worth a watch [****]. AJ Francis & Frankie Kazarian vs Elijah & The Home Town Man: A perfectly serviceable tag match that had a mix of a couple of feuds, some fine action [**3/4]. Ariana Grace vs Dani Luna vs Lei Ying Lee: A fine three way match with a cheap ending, the action was fine, nothing too special [**1/2]. Mustafa Ali & Tasha Steelz vs Jada Stone & Trey Miguel: I enjoyed this match, Miguel and Ali started the match with a quick flurry exchange, I found the exchanges between Ali and Stone to be interesting, Great Hands getting involved should not have happened [***]. Moose vs Eddie Edwards: A very quick blink and miss match if you can call it that, Moose only got one kick in before the chase outside the ring and the DQ in under a minute [DUD]. Mara Sade vs Elayna Black: A usual standard No DQ match with no spots that stood out, Sade winning was nice to see [**1/4]. Brian Myers & Cedric Alexander vs Jeff Hardy & Vincent: A fine tag team match that had an unusual angle towards the end, the action was fine [**]. Mike Santana vs Steve Maclin: Ended early due to Maclin suffering a concussion, Santana spent more time brawling with Eddie Edwards [*]"

[7.0] "I enjoyed it. Didn't feel like I was watching a truly important wrestling PPV though (TNA lacks that next level, larger than life roster) but to me that's not important. I just felt like I was watching a nice, fun wrestling show. Some of the outcomes were obviously meant to keep things how they were for a while longer, with no title switches and that's fine with me. This event lacked the Elegance Brand, and it lacked Tessa and some other great acts so it felt a little 'incomplete' in a sense of utilizing the roster."
