[8.0] "All round solid good night of wrestling, albeit nothing great. Womens tag stuff was good, that NJPW style match was decent, and the triple threats both interested me greatly. SmackDown did well here to be honest"
[7.0] "Overall, that was a decent show. Every match was really intresting from different sizes and even Kit Wilson's squash was so fun. We got a few intresting segments when Drew McIntyre was attacked by Cody and Jacob, what bring us to the triple threat on WrestleMania (I hope) and Rhodes's was great, especially part with Raheem. We got many things on this episode, but the bigger part of them were good."
[6.0] "First half was a 7 and the 2nd was a 5. It really does reflect how WWE is capable of these 3 hour shows. A bunch was filled with endless, repetitive, recaps which was clearly done to fill up time. Match wise it was mostly 6-7 apart from a couple matches. Overall I'd say this was servicable but nothing special."
[4.0] "3 hours doesn't simple doesn't work with no matches worth seeking out. It wouldn't even with a bunch of fantastic segments, which this show didn't really have either, everything felt either low stakes, stale or just cringeworthy. A boring show all round."
[8.0] "Great Smackdown this week (crowd was really on form too which helped). Rhiyo vs. Giulia/Kiana was great. Glad to see Giulia getting more heat now she's facing over opponents. Kiana continues to prove her explosiveness in-ring; she is so damn good. Shame Giulia took the pin, but everyone came out of this match looking great. "Kendal is the future" sign, I see you and you're damn right. Melo vs. Miz was decent. Melo's spinning face buster is so satisfying. Lash vs. Chelsea vs. Tiffany was fun. Tiffy definitely looked a bit rusty. I'm glad Chelsea had some strong offence and wasn't used purely comic relief. We all know how hard she can go in the ring. The crowd really wanted Chelsea to win and so did I. Kit Wilson was on this show so it's a 10/10 from me. Oba Femi was on this show so it's an 11/10. They are building Oba really nicely and the Truth mimicking bit was good too. Tama vs. Shinsuke was good; but what's next for Shinsuke? Depressed Johnny Gargano is sad. It has nothing to do with the mask and everything to do with Tommaso Ciampa not being around anymore :(. Liv/Raquel vs. Jade/Jordynne was good. In this case, no separation between Raw/SD is a huuuge benefit for the SD women's division. Rough week for Drew McIntrye, but great response to the Raw promo. Trick Williams is a superstar. Randy vs. Aleister vs. Solo was fun."
[7.0] "Honestly the three-hour Smackdown have not been as bad as I thought it would be. Thought the attacks by Cody and Fatu on Drew were fun. Most of the matches were good but predictable. Best match was Miz vs Hayes. Enjoyed Oba Femi's debut and Kit Wilson is doing a great job with his Alpha Male character."
[7.0] "I enjoyed this show pretty well, it flowed pretty nicely throughout. Cody's opening promo was pretty good (especially since he referenced the Raheem movement). RHIYO vs Giulia and Kiana was good, so was Miz vs Carmelo. Kit Wilson's segment got a good laugh out of me, and then he gets destroyed in under a minute by Oba Femi, pretty cool there haha, love how they're using Oba in his main roster run so far. Shinsuke vs Tama was fine. The women's segment was cool, but the tag match that was made was annoying considering it was one of those 'can they co-exist' matches. Drew finally got to speak after being attacked twice and he did a good job at keeping the title not buried I should say. Trick coming out was kind of a surprise, the way he's being used to start off his run is pretty cool to watch. And the main event wasn't bad, pretty solid match there too. Overall, pretty enjoyable show."
[6.0] "Matches were mostly average with a few being good. Yet, I'm happy with the fact that they had 7 matches instead of the usual 3 being way too long and bloated, that doesn't work effectively since the storylines are hot trash and nobody is interested in what's coming next. Anyway, the show started hot with that Cody "Raheem" Rhodes promo. Drew wanted to make his entrance and got beat up twice and fled and finally delivered a comeback promo to Punk and Reigns, eh felt as if it was kind of tamed but at least they made him shoot on the big stars a little. We're clearly looking at a triple threat main event on Night 1 here for the Undisputed WWE champion. Sami Zayn showed up and nobody even cheered for him lmfao. Damien Priest is now an official jobber hanging out with R-Truth and Trick Williams did a great job in particular today with his promo segment with Drew and the ringside appearance for the good main event. And oh, OBAAAAA demolished Kit Williams. Overall, an average show with the just the matches ranked up a notch with the good promo segments. We probably have a good SmackDown next week looking at just the card itself, but let's see what happens."
[5.0] "The sting of the unfair elimination by McIntyre at the Rumble runs deep for Cody Rhodes. He attacks the champion and makes an emotional statement. RHIYO. The question is, who will turn on whom and when, so that the two can clash at Mania? Miz does the job for Hayes again, and then the returning Stratton moves back into the spotlight a little more. Oba Femi completely dismantles Kit Wilson. McIntyre finally wants to say a few words, but has to endure the next attack, this time from Fatu. The treatment of Nakamura is shameful, WWE. And Liv Morgan's Rumble victory has not only positive consequences, because Rodriguez does not seem happy. Maybe Jade Cargill will take away their worries. But first, Jordynne Grace has the better cards. Meanwhile, Sami Zayn seems pretty down after his defeat to McIntyre. And then McIntyre finally gets his chance to speak, ranting about Rhodes, Fatu, Punk, and Reigns before giving Trick Williams a few tips. In the last match of the show, the most prominent name in the encounter emerges victorious from Elimination Chamber, and that is Randy Orton. Otherwise, it's a pretty standard episode."
[5.0] "This episode of SmackDown, I'm glad we had seven matches on a Three-Hour show, but my issue is why isn't the in-ring material good? The first two matches on the show were fine and passable. But the rest of the show, the matches felt boring and flat. My issue is that you have a stacked roster, but the matchmaking ability is god-awful. Like, you can create some fun matches involving Ilja Dragunov and someone like Cody Rhodes; they just miss the mark on the matchmaking. The Segments on the show were solid, but man, get the in-ring material better because, all-around, it was mediocre to below average in-ring work for the majority of the episode. Next week, it's a super stacked SmackDown. I really hope the in-ring quality is a lot better than what it was last night."
[9.0] "Very, very good SmackDown this week I thought, and I have to admit I'm surprised by how low the ratings are so far but I suppose 3 hours is just too much for a lot of people. For me, I thought all the matches delivered and it was loaded with great character and storyline progression - look at how over Kit Wilson's getting, how Oba's being built like a monster, how Melo's carrying the US Title midcard picture and how seamlessly Trick's fitted into the main roster, among other things. I enjoyed the women's tag match, and the worries about Giulia being "buried" because she (unusually) took the pin are probably overblown since it took both finishers from two of the biggest stars in the women's division to finish her, so I wouldn't worry about that yet. My only real complaint (other than the absence of Royce Keys but we'll see where he lands) is that, as much as I enjoyed this show and think they're finally beginning to make a better use of their roster, I really feel it shouldn't NEED to be 3 hours long for that to be possible, since they used to be able to do it in 2. But nonetheless, I thought this show was great overall and I hope it continues rebuilding its momentum after a mostly poor 2025."
[4.0] "Another medicore, LONGGG Smackdown. The show started off great, Cody's promo was excellent. That's it, you could've skipped the rest. The opening tag is probably the best match, and accomplished nothing, all it accomplished was making Giulia look like a loser because you pin your US champion. But again WWE does not care. Hayes Miz was boring, but the backstage interaction before the match was decent between Ilja Melo and Miz. WWE keeps pushing Tiffany Stratton as a babyface for some reason, the crowd had more love for Chelsea Green during the very mid four way match, Stratton will move on to Chicago. Oba Femi DESTROYED one of Smackdown's few bright spots over the past few weeks Kit Wilson. Kit is great at what he does, he feels different it's just unfortunate WWE will likely run out of things for him to do in a couple weeks, and he'll die off. Fatu attacked Drew in what felt like a repetitive segment, because it was. Tama vs Shinsuke could've been good but it was horrendously booked. Liv cut a promo, which is rarely good, but instead it was interrupted by Jade, who actually elevated her, I popped when she told Liv to shut up. Cargill and Grace tagging is the laziest booking, and makes no sense. Drew cut his promo which was ok, but meant nothing in the end, another waste of time. The fatal four way in the end was nothing special, just predictable 45 year old Randy Orton is in the chamber because this company is allergic to pushing Aleister Black. Remember last week, when they flew him out to Saudi Arabia, just to pull him from the Rumble because they had something bigger in store. I guess this was it? Bad show 4/10"
[5.0] "A rather heavy SmackDown, with unfortunately low-level matches and feuds that are currently really uninteresting. The only decent notes were Cody's angry promo even though he didn't really push it that far and the chaos Drew creates as champion. Oba Femi needs to be put in the ring and properly built, Carmelo needs credible opponents, and a way has to be found to get Ilja wrestling. The feud between Jade and Grace needs to be built carefully. It's a long road ahead, and this episode of SmackDown definitely didn't help much at all."
[5.0] "When the highlight of your three hour show is your CHAMPION being made to look like a ridiculous dork REPEATEDLY over three hours, you know that this show was awful. The matches weren't necessarily bad, but none of them were good either. So many of the promo segments were bland, people picking up the wins were predictable and yet probably the wrong people as well. Half of the people involved weren't even SmackDown wrestlers. Bang average this week."
[5.0] "Drew McIntyre was my highlight from this weeks Smackdown episode. Overall it was an average show with the expected outcomes from the qualifying matches."
[7.0] "A good SD that shows once again that the blue branch is consistent. The opening segment was good. It makes sense to have Cody take revenge for Drew's attack at RR. Cody's promo was good. Once again, we see that Cody is different from the one we know. The women's tag team is cool. Finally, Giulia has some quality opponents. Rhea and IYO delivered as usual. Can't wait to see what happens next in the women's tag division. Melo/Miz was okay, but nothing more. Melo, as usual, was on top form. The women's triple threat is cool. Finally, finally, finally, Chelsea Green puts in a good performance. All three did well in this match. Having Tiffy win isn't ridiculous. Drew's second segment was good. Once again, he couldn't speak because of Fatu, who was also getting his revenge. Kit Wilson's segment was awkward. Oba squashed Wilson, but it was less interesting than on RAW. Now it's time to give Oba Femi some real matches to show off his talent. Tonga/Nakamura was decent but nothing more. I think Tonga did well in the ring. A consistent victory. The Liv/Raquel/Jade/Grace segment was average. The one on RAW was better because it highlighted the story between Liv and Raquel. The women's tag team is average. The only memorable moments were Raquel's unfortunate attacks on Liv and Grace's on Cargill. Drew's third segment is once again good. Drew was spot on when he said that Roman chose the easy way out. It's good to see Drew defending the blue show and defending himself by saying that he's always there and that he was there during difficult times like 2020. Trick interrupting Drew was a treat. Once again, Trick proves himself by saying that he's another threat to Drew. The ME is cool. We had some nice exchanges. Having Orton win is the best choice. Solo is too busy with the Wyatts6 and Black needs to go for the US title. The backstage segments in this SD were forgettable."
[6.0] "A good episode of Smackdown that was a step up from last week's pre-Rumble show and a return to form in terms of storylines and character progression, but was missing the 1-2 great-excellent matches we've come to expect from this weekly show and is very much needed on a 3 hour programme."
