[6.0] "A real cross section of Funks recent career with involvement from ECW, FMW and Puerto Rico. A few matches were utterly dreadful but it mostly went at a fair old pace so nothing dragged the show down too badly."

[7.0] "WING Kanemura vs. Roadkill was a decent opener between an FMW regular and recently debuted ECW trainee. I don't remember much about it as it's been over 3 months since I saw it but i remember enjoying it. Chris Candido vs. Taz was another decent match for the ECW TV Title. It was a by the books ECW match you'd expect to see from both of these dudes. Taz hit some great suplexes. Lady Cooga vs. Shark Tsuchiya wasn't all that great in my opinion, as the offense didn't look that great and was really basic for a while. Bushwackers vs. Youngbloods was simply awful, wasting a lot of time and not really getting past that first gear until about 4 minutes are left before a time limit draw. Balls Mahoney vs. Bubba Ray Dudley was a bait and switch that ultimately ended up being a DUD. Shane Douglas vs. Tommy Dreamer was a good ECW world title match. There is a lot of interference from Beulah and Francine, but it feels like a ECW main event with all the chaos. Dory Funk Jr. vs. Rob Van Dam was a great clash of styles that I throughly enjoyed. I think it is my second favorite match of the night. Sabu vs. Mankind was a good final chapter for Foley and Sabu wrestling one another. We see some callbacks to previous encounters with one another and it is my MOTN. Headhunters & Jake Roberts vs. Hayabusa, Masato Tanaka and Hakushi was a okay match. Not all that much to say about it other than the sheer difference in the team balancing. Terry Funk vs. Bret Hart was great and an amazing way for Terry Funk to go out in his hometown. The show started decent, had a rough patch in the middle and quickly gained back momentum as the match quality increased as the show goes on. Once you get past the Cooga/Shark match all the way up to the Balls/Bubba match, you can see some great matches."

[7.0] "Show was a celebration of Terry Funk although not his last match in Amarillo and definitely not his last match. Some of the matches were very good but others were very lackluster. Funk and Hart was the MOTN and before that Heyman had a very good promo."

[6.0] "Billed as Terry Funk's last match in Amarillo (he would have at least two more), and even briefly mentioned on commentary as his last match overall (ha! ), this was an independently-promoted event but, for all intents and purposes, was an ECW house show with some notable WWF headliners present for the main events. Most of the undercard is pretty average ECW undercard stuff for the time, including some decent but basic and predictable title matches in Douglas vs Dreamer and Taz vs Candido (of course we knew the titles weren't changing hands here) and a fairly weak joshi match. There's also a six-man with Hayabusa, Hakushi and Tanaka vs Jake Roberts and the Headshrinkers; it certainly won't go on the highlight reels of anyone on the Japanese team, and while Jake was clearly in rough shape, he wasn't nearly as far gone as he would be two years later at Heroes of Wrestling, but considering all of that it's a fairly OK watch. Three of the bigger matches are worth actively seeking out - Bret and Terry Funk have a very old-school, territories-reminiscent main event with lots of great crowd work; Mankind vs Sabu is an interesting WWF vs ECW match with Foley making a rare non-WWF appearance as Mankind during that character's prime; and Dory Jr. vs RVD is a compelling clash of styles and generations with a clever finish that allows both to look good and RVD to not lose face by the defeat (for whatever reason, that match does not appear on the official video release, but it's out there - as of this writing, you can see it on Youtube)."

[8.0] "Very underrated show with one of the best cards ever! Some matches didn't delivered as expect but we saw some interactions that only in dreams we can think of!"

[5.0] "While this was an independent show presented by Terry Funk for one of his many retirements, it had a strong ECW presence - but the biggest surprise was some WWF wrestlers, including Mankind and Bret Hart, competing here. The card is a mixed bag, there's more bad than good matches but the good ones are worth watching, and the show itself is interesing as a curiosity as you have people who would never normally be together at one event."
