Wasn't expecting 3 titles changes. Nice to see Misa Matsui get some gold. Be interesting to see how Miku Aono does as world champion as she's been a great wrestler for the past few years."

I can quibble with at least one of the results but, ultimately, all the matches deliver to some extent and not one of them is unenjoyable (Minoru vs Megaton is brilliantly silly and far better than it had any right to be). The return of Sareee is brilliantly handled too. In fact, one of the only criticisms of the event is certain matches, such as Tanaka vs Shinno, are enjoyable enough that they could have gone on longer. Great stuff."

I'd heard that it was a mix of top end former STARDOM women and a bunch of quite green women which you could definitely see although the women with only a few years of experience still did pretty well. Victoria for example seems very promising despite only having a couple of years worth of experience behind her."

Shinno is the brightest star on the horizon in this promotion and Seri is someone I'm willing to give that super rookie designation to. The undercard on this show was just absolutely peak."

[10.0] "A very strong show all around. There isn't a single match that was bad, although the world title match I found a bit boring at times. Emotional peak of the show is Yuzuki beating Sakurai for the title in a great match. Nice to see all titles defended change hands, it feels like a new era for Marigold who seem very stable on their own two feet. Great use of outside talent, Hashimoto, Sareee, Suzuki, Iyo, all of them all-time greats, everyone except Suzuki in their prime. Show closing mic time was great with the whole roster in the ring, Sky and Iwatani endorsing Yuzuki and Aono as the top dogs for the forseeable future. Why wasn't DareBo at the front too though? They're also new champions with a bright future.... Must watch Marigold show where they deliver all the goods! I think they will be able to do even better in a few years."

The world title match was great. iYO vs Mayu was somehow even better. IYO looked like she was having so much fun in the ring."

[9.0] "Hell of a card, had a bit of everything with the opener being a generational match up. Two childhood friends and 2nd generation wrestlers. Supported by their former wrestler mothers. Really good opening match and showed that the future is in good hands. The tag gauntlet was fun and a nice way to get people on the card. Also showed off the new signing and a few of the young talents. The two surpise matches were equally great, for different reasons. Minoru Suzuki is a legend that treats everyone equal. As his next victim haha, really fun match with Megaton being very over with the crowd and a light hearted match. Loved her tapping out before taking the piledriver. Minoru wans't happy. Then Sareee as Gochika's opponent was a great surprise to give Chika a strong opponent to test herself against. She deserved a prominent match and this was also very good. The tag title match was fine, fued was quite cold going into this but they pulled out a good match with Misa Matsui finally winning a title. Very nice finish too. Maria and Riko are great, and I hope they come back. The final 4 matches were all special in different ways and each match was different from the next. Seri vs Big Hash was a true wrestling match of countering and throws. Yuzuki vs Mai was a passionate fight to claim the white belt. Utami vs Aono was a war of attrition with both hitting everything they could on each other. Before Aono finally won with Utami's own move, Then the main event, Iyo and Mayu together again and you could feel how special this was to the crowd and to both wrestlers. Just a magic match with some feeling out, before they went 100% against one another. Trying to out do the other, with call backs to their old matches and especially Barb as referee. That was a nice touch. Iyo is just one of a kind, and the show ending with the new champions next to the 2 old rivals was great. Mayu asking Iyo to come back and re form Thunder Rock. Both were emotional and it was tough not to cry a little. Best Marigold show so far, just over last years Destiny show and the Nanae retirement show. I look forward to what comes next and who challenges for the titles. Edit: Damn, Meltzer didn't bother watching this at all did he?"

[10.0] "Excellent show, with the perfect mix of big time matches and undercard matches that didn't overstay its welcome outside of the gauntlet tag match. A proper wrestling event. I do wish the crowd was more lively from top to bottom like they were for the Mayu Iyo match but I guess that's something I'm gonna have to get used to when it comes to watching Joshi wrestling. Kizuna Tanaka vs. Shinno **** Tag team gauntlet **1/2 Megaton vs. Minoru Suzuki *** Saree vs Chika Goto ***3/4 Darkness Revolution vs Magenta Chihiro Hashimoto vs. Seri Yamaoka ****1/4 Victoria Yuzuki vs Mai Sakurai ****1/2 Miku Aono vs. Utami Hayashishita ****1/2 IYO SKY vs. Mayu Iwatani ***** Women's wrestling (TM)"

[6.0] "Decent excitement, but had a top four billing that could've been all-time. Instead, we got a short Seri beatdown, a wooden Miku, and a celebration of IYO, rather than a competitive main event. Mai and Yuzuki was not supposed to be the match of the night. The title changes were all pretty tough, with the Champions outdoing the challengers. Mai was the performer of the night, until Yuzuki won with a broken face."

[10.0] "Grand Destiny was an excellent show, the best in Marigold's history. A hell of a card going in that delivered. All of the results made sense and every title changing hands felt appropriate. Both the United National and World title matches in particular were great. The future Ace in the making Yuzuki wins the second tier title against Mai, who has emerged as a top player in the company (9/10). Miku overcomes the powerhouse Utami to become the top champion (9/10). And of course IYO vs Mayu in the main event was one of the best matches of the year (10/10). Loved this. 10/10"

[10.0] "Marigold's best show to date -- one that should be considered among the very best shows of the year in all of wrestling and showcases this as a promotion worth following for years to come. While lots of the chatter will come from the main event (and rightfully so), there's a lot to love on this card that highlights the brightest of futures with Victoria Yuzuki and Seri Yamaoka's matches as well as the crowning of Miku Aono and Sareee's return. Overall, a top tier show that delivered from start to finish. A+ from me."

Minoru Suzuki being the surpise opponent to Megatron was kinda entertaining aswell. Overall this is a damn good show that I think coulda been better with some time cut off it."

[10.0] "This show truly felt like the start of a new era for Marigold. Rising stars like Seri Yamaoka, Shinno, and Kizuna Tanaka all shined on the big stage. Some of the promotion's most underrated talents had their moment, Misa Matsui finally capturing gold and GoChika getting a huge spot with Sareee stand out. I enjoyed the UN Title match a tad more than the World, but both results where exactly what the promotion needed. Mai Sakurai has been a revelation as United National Champion but MIRAI's departure opens up a space for her to be elevated further, whilst Victoria Yuzuki is more than ready for her crowning moment. I'm not as low on Utami Hayashishita as others appear to be in this day and age, but Miku Aono has felt like the Ace since day one and this result cements it. As for the main event, it lived up to all of my expectations and beyond. Top stuff."

[5.0] "Pretty disappointing show with the first half being completely boring or average. Thing didn't pick up until the Yuzuki and Mai match, however that as well as an incredibly disappointing match from Miku and Utami hindered my enjoyment of the show. They went out there with the intention of having the best match on the show, but instead proved why they weren't the Main Event. Still I'd recommend the last 3 matches and maybe the Seri match. I preferred last years show however."

[10.0] "3 MOTYC in a single day is enough to put 10? I think so, from beginning to end the show was excellent, between the generational confrontation between Shinno and Kizuna, Chihiro's lesson against Seri and the last 3 matches that are simply extraordinary, the pose of Thunder Rock wow what a magical moment, congratulations to Marigold and all the wrestlers who participated in this show it is the greatest show in the history of the company and without a doubt one of the best wrestling shows of this year."
draxmtst wrote on 26.10.2025:
[10.0] "Maybe the best Marigold show I've seen since the creation of the promotion? Every match was from enjoyable to excellent. Even the tag team match was above my expectations. If I take Iyo Sky vs Mayu Iwatani appart, Mai Sakurai and Victoria Suzuki are my MVPs. Last four matches are part of the past the present and the futur of joshi pro wrestling. Marigold have a bright futur as long as Seri Yamoaka is there. Excellent show."

[10.0] "Spectacular show to watch, the comedy at the beginning was enjoyable but it really picked up in the second half of the show. 4 stellar matches back to back which all had a argument to main event Grand Destiny. The women really put on a show and I applaud them. Congratulations to Miku and Victoria for winning gold. The matches delivered on their expectations and I'd recommend to have a watch."
Shadow Explosion wrote on 26.10.2025:
[7.0] "Very easy show to watch, there weren't any bad matches, the Kizuna/Shinno match was okay, the tag gauntlet and the comedy match were fine. But after that the card's full of pretty good matches, and then you got the "Crimson Red Belt" match which was great, and a spectacular main event. Also a very loving tribute to Katsumi Sasazaki after his unfortunate passing."
LadySnowblood wrote on 26.10.2025:
[7.0] "Grand Destiny had a great and special main event where Thunder Rock met again after 7 years with a really good match. Yuzuki against Sakurai was the second best match of the show. Utami vs Aono was solid but i expected more of them. Sareee was a nice surprise but the match against Chika was nothing special. The undercard matches were weaker. A Marigold PPV with a great main event, some few nice other matches and a weak undercard."
