[3.0] "Everyone say thank you to Ilja Dragunov. He carries this show week after week and deserves a raise. Every match here felt like filler. I'm glad Carmelo is getting momentum but I'm not excited for a Miz feud. Alexa vs Nia was terrible as expected. Nia is Nia and workrate has always been Alexa's weak point. I'm tired of the mfts. Tiffany Stratton can't cut a promo and neither her or Jade should be champion. I actually liked the Cody drew segment but SNME hurts it for me. Bad show overall."

Everething else are just boring or not so intresting. Miz vs Melo must do bigger things and great tag division looked not so great for the last weeks. WWE, do something with it."

[4.0] "A pretty weak show with one good match on it. None of the promos were that good and the matches that weren't the ilja match were definitely not worth watching. The size difference between Alexa and Nia Jax is so hard to look around, and they had a boring match to boot. MCMG just can't make the bloodline 2.0 exciting to me either. How are there three different guys in it all named Tonga? They should do a better job of making the guys more distinct. Looking forward to ilja's next match on smackdown, but little else."

[4.0] "Opening promo, Tiffy and Jade with Aldis. About as convincing as my entry to mr universe. Thankfully, it was short. But they've softened Jade up. Don't make her reasonable, make her a monster. Bad. Ilja Drag video package was solid. Straight into an ad break ten minutes in with nothing of interest happening. Not a good start. Comes back with comedy Truth. What a shame. MCMG and solo backstage, sets up a match so I have high hopes for that. US Title open challenge: Answered by Nathan Frazer but interrupted by Ciampa. Nice to see some NXT interaction here while it still ruled. Took a good five minutes before the first ad break, no complaints. Was good up until that point. Loved the German outside 'not personal'. Back from the break and it carried on at the same standard. Well paced, hard hitting, solid match. Second ad break (so close). Back from the break and the pace was a little slower but understandable. Went a few more minutes until Ilja picked up the pin. This match was excellent. MORE OF THIS. 7.5/10. Ciampa came out and attacked Frazer after the bell. A fight started between them all and picked up after the ad break. Tama picked up the us title belt. No thank you. Kit Wilson Vs Melo: squash match for a comedy jobber, and I don't mean Kit Wilson. The level that Melo has been reduced to following the feud with Andrade has been staggering. The Miz is career cancer, and I am fed up of people pretending that he isn't. Miz interferes and tries to help Kit here. Melo wins. Who cares? Certainly not the crowd. 4/10 Flair Bliss backstage. Basically fine. Star sign-based comedy. Not feeling any way about it. Sami Backstage: Aldis says Sami isn't cleared. Cody, the walking anti viagra enters. Has some stilted back and forth with both Aldis and Sami. Not stellar so far. Jax vs Bliss: rough and straight into the age-old pattern of ad break. During this break, for some reason, Jax sat on Bliss and pretended to choke her with the rope. Yeah, I don't know why either. They came back from the break and did nothing and did it badly for a couple of minutes before Flair distracted Nia, and Bliss rolled her up. Respectfully, what the f**k was this? 3/10 because I don't even know how to grade it. Genuinely bewildered. Genuinely furious that I allowed these people to waste my time. Rey Fenix challenges Talla Tonga. Watching Rey try to pull a passable match out of Hikuleo fills me with dread already. The Mania video package featuring Paul 'hates the spotlight' Levesque and the who's who of bored and disenchanted middle-aged white men. Soft-launched online with initial hype and hope before the 'sizzle steak equation' reared its head. Aura or something. Ad break. Priest video with comedy makeup still in place. It was fine. A run-through the SNME card. Four matches, so it took ten seconds. Chelsea Green backstage wants to challenge Giulia for her belt. Hopefully, a good match is incoming. MFT enter and straight into ad break again. This show has zero energy. The nearly empty crowd is basically mute. Back from the break, and some mascots from two sports teams I don't care about are fighting. This show has been horrendous. MCMG vs MFT: a couple of minutes, ad break. Back from the break, a couple of minutes until Solo distracts the Ref, some shenanigans, Tama hits the hidden feather duster and gets the win. I really think I would like the MCMGs if they were allowed to wrestle at their own standards against the good teams on this show. Alas... it's jobbing to the budget bloodline for them. Inoffensive but in no way entertaining. 5/10 Rey Fenix comes down to save the MCMG for the after-match beat down. Shinsuke comes after. The MFT made that look horrendous and then stood tall. Help me to see what the WWE sees, because I don't get it. Drew backstage, interact with Aldis like an actual human. Seems weird as a result. More of that please. Cody enters for the contract signing main event. Drew enters and of course there was another video package showing nothing. The promo got better as it went on. Cody was more interesting here than any point in the last six months at least. Drew was great as always. Drew needs to win this match, but he won't. This show was not only boring again, but actually p*ss poor outside of the US open challenge. One segment shows are better than no segment shows, but that being said, this was pushing that to the limit. 4/10."

[7.0] "I quite liked this show. Not because of anything in ring. The matches were kind of weak. Even Ilja didn't really deliver with a weak opponent. But nothing was horrible either and the booking all made sense. More than that though I liked all the stories and I especially liked the contract signing in the end. I know contract signings are cliches and they all go the same but this felt different. The mind games of Drew, while not completely original, felt fresh. He's just so good at being this whining and complaining that I want to see him get his ass kicked."

[4.0] "This episode of SmackDown was a real letdown. After several weeks of consistent, high-quality matches and strong talent, I expected the show to continue that trend--but unfortunately, it didn't. Aside from the Ilja Dragunov vs. Nathan Frazer match for the WWE United States Title, there was little else on the show that stood out as impressive or exciting. This highlights how Road Dogg has struggled to consistently book engaging episodes. There needs to be a change, as you can't have a few strong weeks only to fall back into old habits. Looking ahead, next week's card doesn't offer much hope either; the only interesting bout is the Ilja Dragunov Open Challenge for the United States Title. Overall, this was a poor showing for SmackDown, and WWE needs to take action because the quality has declined since Road Dogg resumed control in February."

[5.0] "Didn't really feel this SmackDown much besides the great Ilja vs Frazier match. Rest of the show was nonsense filler as usual. The past few weeks seemed way too good to be reality actually... don't know if they've stopped using "AI" or whatever they were using recently to book the stuff. Not like it was incredible or anything but much better than whatever happened yesterday. Maybe they're going back to the good old times again."

[6.0] "Despite the fantastic opening match and excellent main event segment that I highly recommend you go out of you way to watch both, everything else in this episode was completely filler. Very disappointing after nearly a month of good episodes from Smackdown, this was seemingly a return to the Smackdown we are used to in 2025 (really mid-bad) bar 2 admittedly really fantastic segments/matches"

[5.0] "After a series of cool SDs, we had a very average SD. The opening segment between Cargill/Stratton was okay because it was short. The pre-match segment between Ilja/Frazer and Ciampa was cool in that it showed that the US title is of interest to tag team wrestlers. Frazer/Ilja are excellent. Frazer took a beating from a violent Dragunov. Dragunov's reign has been flawless so far. The post-match segment was nice. I really hope that Axiom, Gargano and Ciampa are heading for the US title. And that's where this SD goes in a slightly boring direction. Wilson/Hayes wasn't long enough to form a real opinion. Bliss/Nia was average with a lame ending. We're a long way from the Nia Jax of 2024. MCMG/MFT was okay but nothing more. We ended on a high note with the segment between Cody and Drew. Once again, Drew is logical following what happened in their last match, proposing a stipulation that if Cody gets disqualified or counted out, he loses the title, otherwise he won't sign. Cody, being the babyface that he is, wants to show Drew that he's not taking the easy way out by accepting the challenge. It's worth mentioning that Cody left WWE of his own accord, while Drew was fired. Drew has clearly gotten into Cody's head, and we're going to have a remake of Christian/Orton at MITB 2011. Once again, the backstage segments are uninteresting, unlike RAW, which offers excellent backstage segments. We had countless commercials. This SNME will be the big test to see if WWE wants to give prestige to this show. Now SNME."

[4.0] "Really bad. Luckily there was the U.S. Title opener, otherwise there was absolutely nothing worth watching. SmackDown needs a draft or some call-ups from NXT (but ones that are actually used well, not thrown into random stuff). Honestly, nothing about it grabs me anymore except Ilja's title reign, and I'd love to see a meaningful feud for Giulia but there's just nothing. The tag division? Okay, but honestly it was better without the Samoans; the tag division used to be one of SmackDown's highlights, and then they had to mess everything up with the Bloodline. Overall, a pretty weak episode let's see if something happens tomorrow at SNME. Ah, the stipulation between Cody and Drew is the least interesting thing they could have gone with. At least make it a cage match or a no DQ as it is, the match itself is barely interesting, because unfortunately it just feels like something we've already seen over and over... I don't know."

"4.5/10 Smackdown's been getting notably bleh again. The opening segment with Tiffy and Jade was one of the segments of all time. The US title had yet another good showing for the first match, but the match quality pretty much deteriorated after that. A football mascot match on the preshow is certainly something to hear about, like something outta the early PG era. Not too sure about the added stip for Cody vs Drew either."
