[5.0] "A merely okay PPV for DG, though with a really good main event that ensured a strong finish. Homare vs Ishin was an alright opening sprint, with a fun clash of Ishin's arrogant showboating and heavy hits against Homare's speedier and sharper strikes and plucky selling. They had good chemistry the whole way, especially as it came to their bigger trades and Homare's rather creative highlight spots. I did wish for a bit more intensity from Homare, given the bad blood between him and the rest of Z-Brats after their turn on Shun, but there was still good energy. ***. The Mochizuki Dojo vs L&P 8-man tag was a fun sprint for its time, though it naturally would've been better with more time. There was a lot of nice energy and strong chemistry on display from the younger rookies as well as the stars, and then Fujii was there playing the loveable old grump. It was also pretty nice to see Fuda surprisingly pick up the win. **1/2. The battle royal was lighthearted and VERY silly, with a total exhibition approach as everyone got a brief period to show off their stuff, albeit with minimal effort, and then everyone just cycled through classic DG battle royal spots. It definitely went on way too long and became a real drag, but at least the brief Ben-K-vs-Kzy interactions at the end were fun. *1/2. Ryoya vs Mochizuki was alright but another match that was too short. Their whole high-flyer-vs-striker approach was fun but not explored as much as it could've been. Ryoya was a bit sloppy early on but eventually impressed with all his stunts as was expected. Mochizuki laying in all his stiff strikes and even trying to match Ryoya's aerial attacks was cool, as was Ryoya trying to match Mochizuki's strikes. Their no-selling at the end was sadly pretty dumb and made for a weak finish, but everything else was good. ***. The DG-vs-AJPW 6-man tag was yet another alright match. It was a generic cycling in and out of everyone for a while, but further interest appeared as rookies Kimura and Inoue faced off with a bunch of fiery interactions while striving to prove themselves. Both teams did well with their team attacks and chained-together attacks to make for a fun second half, and Kimura was quite endearing with his fiery displays and hope spots. A bit more effort/focus from the established guys would've raised this up, or if Kimura got more struggle and hope spots before being put away. ***. Bendito, Flamita & Mante vs Wolf, Bane & Crazy was a classic lucha exhibition spotfest and ultimately yet another alright match. It was definitely quite contrived and overly cooperative at points, but the displays of speed and athleticism were still fun in isolation. Being 2/3 falls you of course knew it'd be tied to lead into a 3rd and decisive fall, which was when the exchanges and spots became more varied but also when they became quite predictable with yet more choreographing and a generic 'your turn, my turn' approach. A shame Crazy was so broken down, but the others covered up for that. ***. Jason & Minoura vs Dia & Yoshioka was YET ANOTHER perfectly alright match. The babyfaces had good energy and determination in their opening shine period, and the heels did well with their blunt cut-offs and dastardly beatdown work in response. That allowed Dia, as the main face in peril, to show off his sympathetic babyface-selling. Yoshioka was fun with the eventual hot tag, which led into both teams then being evenly matched as they sprinted around hitting each other with bigger and faster-paced moves. It all followed a very generic 50/50 structure and didn't feature anything unique (at least not by DG standards), but it was still decent. ***. Shun vs Kikuta was very clearly MOTN and sadly the only match on this show really worth going out of your way for. It differed from your usual Dream Gate match by just how heavy the focus on character work was, with the clash of Kikuta's cold and arrogant brutality against Shun's maniacal energy being really entertaining and making all their interactions far more interesting. All of their trades and big moves had a lot of energy and impressive impact, and Shun made sure to sell big time to put Kikuta's work over. I initially disliked the Z-Brats interference but it ended up working because it perfectly fit the story of the feud, especially as Shun and Homare fought them back. Kikuta avoiding the SSW and even surviving the powder-throw spot to then hit his great new package neck-breaker and discus lariat made for a really cool finish that surprisingly put Kikuta over quite strong (which was great to see). ***1/2"

[7.0] "A good show, the main event was solid but I can't stand the slow initial pacing, the rest of event was fine the 3v3 and the tag team were really solid much!"

[9.0] "Absolutely fantastic show, nobody really is doing it like dragongate at the moment. Super interested to see what happens to Shun going forward given his absence in the show."

[7.0] "This was a really fun show. The All Japan and NOAH crossovers were really interesting. The Open The Triangle Gate title match is probably my match of the night. Everyone in that match had nearly perfect synergy with each other. The main event was also pretty entertaining, considering the expected interferences. Kinda sad that Shun lost the title so early as i wanted to see him have a better/longer run with it, but i agree that at the end of the day, it might have been the correct decision. Interested to see what Z-Brats get rebranded to"

[9.0] "This show was so much fun from the start to the finish. Every match had its story and they did great job elevating the young generation. Fuda got a big win and kimura looked like if he's one of the best wrestlers in the world while he had less than 10 matches in his career. He will be SO GOOD in the future."

[8.0] "Overall, I thought this was a solid show that featured a good main event between Kikuta and Skywalker. The rest of the matches were fine, albeit without achieving standout status. I liked the NOAH and AJPW integration in the midcard."
