[3.0] "What a weak Raw--apart from the Gunther/Hayes match, which is interesting, the rest is passable at best, if not downright terrible. The War Games segments are uninteresting. Penta's injury doesn't help the show either."
[3.0] "This go home show sucked. Gunther vs Carmelo was the only thing that stood out in this show. Rey vs JD was decent but it's not going to carry the slop that we got after and before. A Cody Roman Punk segment should be a layup and they fumbled it. All 3 guys seem to have no interest in this war games program and honestly, I can't even blame them. It's forced and nothing good is going to come out of it (Other than Drew winning). The women's war games segment was the most basic thing ever. The raw women's division was so good this year. I don't get why they had to bring 4 women from smackdown when you have Bayley, Lyra, Roxanne, and Raquel who you could have EASILY put in that war games match. Nikki vs Stephanie has zero build. Confusing since it's in a BASEBALL STADIUM WITH 45, 000 PEOPLE WATCHING. The Dominik segment felt like something out of the Vince regime. No seriously, we need to get over that dumb stuff. I'm glad Penta wasn't seriously hurt from that injury since he had such a good first year with the company. The tag match sucked but I wasn't surprised. Post match was saved by the hilarious Brock Lesnar botch. But the show overall was bad."
[9.0] "Thought gunther v Carmelo hayes was match of the night, great great stuff. The main event had some decent stuff too and it set a good scene for the upcoming survivor series premium live event that was round the corner"
[2.0] "What on Earth am I even watching anymore? Who books this show? Is Vince back? John Weena? Another lifeless Vision/Usos main event. Cringe promos. Nothing at stake. Survivor Series season has become something that has to just be endured. But there's no light at the end of the tunnel. 2025 WWE is comically bad. What happened?"
"Considering that Dylan aka Hornswoggle has been on every single pro wrestling podcast under the sun in the last couple of weeks (obviously because of the orders from the higher-ups, since he signed a Nostalgia aka Legends deal with WWE right before those appearances started happening), I'm surprised they didn't use // utilise him to play the little // mini John Cena. Maybe he just refused to shave his beard. Or maybe because he looks nothing like him."
[4.0] "Had a pretty strong start with Gunther and Carmelo. Rey and JD was quite alright. Then an injury to Penta and a very bad main event left me sour. I know it's referential (nostalgia-bait? ), but the mini-Cena segment was a bit odd. No women's matches but their WarGames hype segment was good."
[3.0] "Just a bad episode, like most go home shows. Opening promo was lame, first match was terrific and that was the highlight of the night. Very good match between Gunther and Melo, I had high hopes on Melo advancing, pero bueno... Dirty Dom had an awful segment that got no laugh out of me. jD vs Rey was alrighty. No women's matches, only a segment at the middle of the show. Penta injured, Solo got the win. Main event gave the heels the war games match advantage, which is okay storytelling. However match itself was not great. WarGames better be interesting or we will have a bad time."
[2.0] "only slightly good thing is gunther vs carmelo not even above 8-10 on my opinion , very bad main event , and i am not see any good thing about war games men or women matches its just put world champs and big names with no reason cody why he entering the match he is in smack down and the vision in raw at least roman have a reason for his cousins , logan show up from nothing and teamed up with vision why ?"
[6.0] "Typical go-home episode of Raw, where a storylines just ended very simple and kinda boring. But it were a few very funny moments on this show. First of all Becky Lynch's promo before War Games and fight after. Men's fight ended this episode in a pure chaos, what is good. But the most intresting segment was with Dominik Mysterio and lil Cena. Very funny, but looks like from the past era, because nowadays this type of segmens is horrible. Overall, show was just OK, not very good, not very bad."
[3.0] "Opener aside, which was fantastic, I thought this was shite. No women's match again which is utterly criminal, lacklustre build to WarGames matches happening for no real reason, a little people segment that felt like Vince McMahon booked it, an average Mysterio/JD match, SO MANY ADS, Penta getting injured, a very meh main event with some botches and Brock falling on his arse like the Shockmaster to end a disaster of a show after such a promising start."
[7.0] "Gunther vs. Carmelo Hayes was a great match. The mini-John Cena was a homage to the mini-Kurt Angle of the 2000s. Rey Mysterio vs. JD McDonagh was also a great match. Solo Sicor vs. Penta was a disappointing result for Penta, but I'm looking forward to his return. Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul vs. The Usos were a surprise when Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar came out! Brock Lesnar's fall was adorable."
[6.0] "Going slightly against the grain here but I didn't think this episode of Raw was actually that bad. The opening promo segment entertained and was certainly star-studded. By and large the wrestling was ok, with Gunther Mello being pretty bloody good and the closing segment whilst tropey was entertaining. The Penta injury and the Dom and little person Cena segment prevented me rating higher."
[2.0] "Another AI generated RAW, nice to see Syko (Lil Cena) get featured in such a big spot but genuinely who are they making this garbage for? If you still manage to sit through 3 hours of filler and advertisements you either deserve an award or need to be treated for Stockholm Syndrome at this point."
[7.0] "A highly controversial episode this week, clearly. All in all I didn't think it was THAT bad, my only real gripe is the fact that there were no women's matches, which is inexcusable with the female roster they have. The women's WarGames segment was great but we should have got a match too. Elsewhere a fantastic Gunther-Melo match, a very good Rey-JD match, and a Penta-Solo match that was on its way to being very good too until the unfortunate injury to Penta, hope he gets cleared very soon. I didn't mind the Dom segment either because I think it fits his character perfectly (and good on Mini-Cena for getting this paycheck and exposure). So mostly good in my view but more women's matches please and book them better in general, this isn't usually a problem for Raw compared to SmackDown which is dire on that but this week's was lacking."
[2.0] "One of the saddest images of 2025 is CM Punk and Jey Uso trying to do a meme pose over Logan Paul with the drink Paul and WWE actively promote with the Riyadh Season logo right above them. It perfectly illustrates how bad WWE had been in 2025. It makes me think of the live action Transformers movie franchise. None of them are any good but they made so much money and all I can do is shake my head."
[4.0] "My entire write up for this show is painfully thin, and there is a reason for that. Gunther and Melo put on a great match to start the show and the quality leaped off of a cliff after this. Bad match, bad promo, bad backstage, bad ending. The show literally falling on its arse having achieved nothing was mirrored by Lesnar's arrival. My mood was further soured by the second straight show with no women's matches as well. A complete waste of my time. 4/10 Punk, Cody and Roman open with a promo. Solid start this, sets up so tension and a little bit of needle to follow on after the PPV. Unfortunately Roman is likely to disappear again for weeks and kill it. But the intent is good. Heyman backstage, apparently Brock is coming. Logan Paul in a match later. Not looking forward to that. Gunther enters, ad break. Jobber entrance for Carmelo. Melo vs Gunther: I had high hopes for this one and it was decent. Melo hit an outrageous number of tornado/swinging DDT's. Gunther obviously dominated the match. One slight misstep from Melo, but this was really good as expected. High paced and well worked, a proper finish. Multiple powerbombs from the big man to get the win. Probably the best work Melo has done since Andrade. 7.5/10 Another interaction backstage from team baby face with added yeet. No thanks. John cena interview segment. Stagey as Fuuuuuuudge. Dirty Dom enters, ad break. In ring promo. And they bring out a couple of midgets because it's still 1998. The fake Cena even struggled to climb into the ring. They gave the fake stu a box to stand on. Ignoring the nose pinching about offence, it just isn't any good. We have seen it, it's old, unfunny and unnecessary. Out comes Rey to save them from a Dom beating. F**k sake. The Judgement Day music hits and it looks like we have jumped forward in time only as far as two years ago. Rey vs the Judgemendy day? ! We have already done this! Rey vs JD: this was a solid TV match, the crowd was well into it. No classic but it was solid. What this does for JD and Finn is beyond me though and dragging Dom back into a feud with Rey will be actively damaging for him. The match itself was fine, but it felt like filler. 6/10 Backstage with the new day and pierce. What is this? ! Brock arrives. Who cares. Becky Lynch enters. As break. Team women's heels fill the ring. Lynch just takes the mic and imitates Trump for five minutes. Weird choices on this show. Out comes team baby face, half a dozen entrances later... AJ takes the mic. This seems to now just be AJ vs Becky with ad ons. Eventually the inevitable brawl started and some energy injected. Not blown away by this segment. Maybe I'm being too harsh. At least the chaos was interesting. Penta makes his entrance, solo enters. The match goes two minute and Penta get injured. I'm gutted for him. He's had a rough run so far. I don't know if he was planned to win, but Solo and Jey back to back for Gunther is going to be ROUGH. Various backstage nonsense. The USO's enter. Ad break, Logan and Drew enter. USO's vs Team heel: this was meh. I can't describe this as anything else. Logan Paul was a total hindrance here. He repeatedly missed cues, missed moves, killed the momentum and looked at of place. People really need to stop pretending that he isn't still green, because I would argue that it is hurting the show as much as it's hurting him. Stick to being the spot monkey in carefully curated matches. This ain't your game. Eventually the teams come out for added nonsense and Logan rolls up Jey. 5/10 and I could comfortably rate this lower. And then the aura farm and cheap pops start. Roman walks out at a snails pace, music blaring. Lots of superman punches, dead crowd. Out comes Lesnar and immediately falls on his arse. A perfect metaphor for this show. Does nothing and then immediately falls on its arse."
[7.0] "The opening promo with Roman, Punk and Cody was surprisingly less unbearable considering how bland and boring PG Punk and Dr. "Whadduyouwannatalkabout" Cody Rhodes can't cut an entertaining promo even if it costs them their life nowadays. Roman making a trillion faces while still stumbling and jumbling somewhat due to being a full-time part-timer appearing 3 times a year and making 765 returns, has forgotten how to cut a promo properly. Well, whatever - star power still makes wonders. Are they eyeing a triple-threat main-event for WM 42? Peep what Roman said at the end of the promo. Gunther v. Melo was a banger, and the Dom segment was the most boring, unfunny, horrible dog shite I've seen in a pretty long time; made me remember Vince. What's funny about a midget? Rey vs. McDonagh a filler, nonsense match - the backstage segments were somewhat good. I liked the women's showdown, quite entertaining. No women's match on the show, PENTA got injured... what a sad mess, that means RAW will be much more boring and unbearable moving forward. The main event was exactly what it was supposed to be, besides Lesnar falling on his ass, kinda recovered from it later though. 7/10"
[6.0] "Ughh Penta injuring his arm on a hurricanrana spot is so sad and disappointing. The rest of the show was either just okay or good. Gunther vs Carmelo was obviously the best match for very clear reasons (I wrote a review of the match but in short they had great chemistry). The mini Cena / Dom segment was okay. I had forgotten that WWE has a tendency to bring in mini versions of wrestlers for comedic effect. Rey vs JD was fine. Nothing special but fine. Drew and Logan vs Usos seemed fine. The segments were fine. I liked the women's standoff, but it was a shame there were no women's matches. The only other thing I want to add is seeing so many sponsorships in the ring, on the tables etc is very weird because WWE has only been like that recently with the excessive sponsorships. I get they want money and they probably make tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars per event just for those ads, but for the viewer it feels wrong."
[2.0] "A really boring show. They took way to long to give the simple fact of a PPV coming up on Saturday and the matches were all boring. Highlight might just be Brock Lesnar doing an accidental roll backwards."
[1.0] "Zero women's matches on the show, again. This is his second WWE show in a row with no women matches in the card. Ridiiclous. Brock Lesner slipped is the only thing that will be remembered from this show."
[7.0] "A good episode of RAW, but it's the same problem every week: good RAW, random WarGames build-up. The promo between Reigns, Punk and Cody was okay, but nothing special. When you have those three together, you expect better. Reigns wanting a world title is of no interest. Gunther/Melo was excellent. Well done to Melo for putting in two big performances in the space of 72 hours. Gunther once again delivered with a great win. Now we're sure that Gunther will be Cena's last opponent, and I hope the IC title won't be on the line. Dom's segment was good because it fits with Dom's character. Bringing in a little John Cena is cool. Looking forward to Cena/Dom, which is the only interesting match on PLE. JD/Mysterio is cool. Rey hasn't lost any of his in-ring skills. JD was in good shape, but not as good as against Ilja. Giving Rey the win is pointless. Becky's promo was cool. The beginning is very good, with Becky mentioning everything that happened with Dupri. The line 'I formed the war games team' doesn't make sense, since Becky was the last to join the team. Becky's original way of introducing her partners was also very good. AJ LEE was great on the mic again. It's a shame to mix the AJ/Becky feud into this crappy war games. Penta/Solo, sad. Sad for Penta, who got injured during the match. I think it was planned for Penta to win so we could have a big Penta/Gunther match, but fate decided otherwise. I understood why we didn't have a women's match on SD because the SD division is very average, but no women's match on RAW is not good. Unlike SD, we have a very good women's division on RAW, so we could have had a little tournament for the IC title or the world title. The ME is okay but not exceptional. The referee who stands in front of Cody as he hits Drew and doesn't ring the bell is stupid. As usual, I couldn't care less about the fight at the end. I hope this will be the last WarGames because if it's like this every year, we'll quickly get bored."
[8.0] "A solid episode of Raw! The opening match with Gunther and Melo was amazing - without it, my opinion of the episode would be a bit lower. A solid match between Rey and JD; to be honest, I expected a little more, but it was still okay. The weakest part of the episode for me was Solo vs. Penta. Not only do I not enjoy Solo as a wrestler, but unfortunately Penta also ended up getting injured. A very disappointing match, especially considering my expectations were already on the floor. The main event was fun. A solid tag match meant to build the War Games match. I couldn't stop laughing when Brock slipped - I have no idea how the people around him didn't break character and start laughing."
[5.0] "A disappointing episode of RAW, as it just felt very odd, and where are the women's matches? The show was highlighted by an amazing match between Carmelo Hayes and Gunther in which we saw a star being born in Carmelo Hayes, asd we hope this transitions him into getting a major push. The other matches on the show were decent. My wishes and thoughts to Penta as he suffered a shoulder injury, wishing for his speedy recovery. The Women's WarGame Segment was pretty cool, the brawl was awesome, and the Main Event was okay with the usual WarGames Brawl. Once this all wraps up, they need to hit the reset button and have a WWE Draft, new storylines, and call-ups. 2025 was a very mediocre year for WWE, and they need 2026 to be something special. Have the young talent take over and tell new creative stories."
[7.0] "The show had its highs and lows but nothing absolutely terrible. Kicked off with an amazing match between Gunther and Carmelo, then went down from there but still was good. Penta's unfortunate injury took him out of the tournament and took away a match I did honestly want to see with Penta vs Gunter, but we can't fault him for that. The show was still good and Brock falling on his ass at the end was funny."
