[8.0] "Great episode overall. I should stop having low expectations for NXT, it's consistently one of the best wrestling shows around. Writers leaning into Cutler being out of place in Dark State is hilarious. Embrace the memes. Strong Myles Bourne vs. Lexus King match. Nia and Lash fighting throughout the whole episode like they're Shaemus and Rusev was perfect. Very entertaining Thea vs. Nia match. Thea getting thrown around rag-doll style is exactly how David vs. Goliath matches should be. Sol Snatcher is still one of the best moves around. Also, that flip reversal mid-match looked insane. That Chelsea pop though! Let's promote Ethan and have him join Chelsea's faction"
[5.0] "Pretty awerage eposide for NXT. Many matches, include a very short, many segments, but only two of them were long. Ethan and Chelsea Green is a very intresting team that looks very fun. On main event scene we returned to Stand and Deliver picture, but I hope that this time Oba had a 1 on 1 match. Everething else isn't be a good, maybe Joe Hendry and Wren Sincler story."
[6.0] "The Women's Division on NXT is great, but the men's side of things is very weak. Outside of Oba Femi and Trick Williams, they don't have a guy who can take over once those two are gone and on the Main Roster. But this episode had a very solid main event with Sol Ruca, and I thought the match was very fun. Tatum Paxley needs to win something eventually. She is so underrated, and I'm still waiting for the pending heel turn for Zaria because it's coming; we all know it."
[4.0] "The main event was pretty good, even with the weird (or just bad) finish. Everything else... Nothing worth it to watch. So sad to see the NXT title story being the same since Oba won the title."
[7.0] "There were a lot of happenings on this show, and I mean, like a lot, build for a TNA show, for next week, for 2 weeks on Phillie, for Heatwave, etc. and the wrestling was pretty good for the most part with a great tv main event between Tatum and Sol"
[6.0] "A solid show that progressed some arcs well with solid matches as well. The segment with Je'Von/Moose/Oba/Trick was a good one that set up future matches. The main event was my favorite match of the show."
[9.0] "This week's episode of NXT really lived up to the moniker of expect the unexpected. Alot of great matches setup for the next few weeks all the way up until Heatwave."
[3.0] "NXT is so far removed from their glory years of 2014-19 that it might as well be 100 years ago. The most interesting part of the difference is the glory years were led by people who had been wrestling for several years and worked around the world with some WWE only trainees. Some of the latter were successful, most were average. Right now the majority of the NXT roster is in house trainees and boy does it show. They range from slightly below average to slightly above average. None of them look like they have a real passion for wrestling. The formula for recruiting in the territory days is being implemented here but WWE is trying to train them like modern wrestlers and it doesn't appear to be working to me. Anyway, all that whining to really say this episode wasn't very good and doesn't lead me to believe NXT will ever be as good as it used to be."
[5.0] "Pretty average episode and all honesty nxt can't help themselves from ruining good matches. The beginning Kelani vs Blake was starting off strong then out of no where they ruin it with Grace coming out to scare blake to just end the match with a count out. Next issue is the men are basically 4 talents and the rest are basically useless and uninteresting compared to the women and this needs to be fixed asap because in a few years we are going to need some to move on to the main roster and I worry they won't last long. Anyways mainevent was excellent until the last 5 minutes they decided to cram way to much in so little time I just lost all interest and the way tatum lost was absolutely dumb."
