[7.0] "A rare time where I actually thought smackdown in 2025 was pretty good! You have excellent tag wrestling, a good contract signing, and some pretty solid matches. My only complaint is that Stephanie vs Alba got 2 minutes. What the hell are we doing there?"

[6.0] "Another solid episode of Smackdown. All of the matches were at least decent but i was disappointed with the lack of time given to Vaquer and Fyre. Thought the who car crash angle was a stupid fun segment. Cena and Rhodes contract signing was a pretty good segment with Cena trying to get out of it due to his outside projects."

[6.0] "I just.... This was significantly better than last week, and that not a back handed compliment. This show at least had some structure and watchable matches, so I enjoyed bits of it. But the bloodline stuff was just bad. Parking two cars near each other is not a car crash. Having fake policed badly acting is not funny. Showing this and the same promo segments is not good tv. Having Fatu return after and have the police arrest Solo was not good tv. It's just naff. Sorry not sorry. As for the Cody Cena segment, well that was about as believable as me being the next mr universe. Stagey and infantile, and then followed up by Cody committing contract fraud on live tv. Luckily the matches on this show were of sufficient quality to cover for this. The main event match was great fun."

I enjoyed the Cena and Rhodes segment. Cody for some reason held on to the contract when delivering the funniest looking frog splash in the world lol"

"Right now the SummerSlam card is shaping up, just announcing one match after another. Highlights for this week was obviously the tag division. At least they could give that Stephanie/Alba match more time. I was thinking as well about an I quit match between Cena and Cody, but I guess they're saving for later, so street fight it's the next obvious choice."

[7.0] "Not a bad episode of SmackDown, but there's a lot of work to be done. There are many missing elements, and the WWE Draft is the only thing that could save it. However, the in-ring action was much better than it has been in recent weeks, and I enjoyed seeing some action from Carmelo Hayes tonight. The Tag Division continues to be the highlight of the show, and they delivered in the main event, which was fantastic with Andrade and Rey Fenix emerging victorious. I'm pleased with their win. The contract signing between WWE Undisputed Champion John Cena and Cody Rhodes was decent, but SmackDown really needs the Draft; this show hasn't been great in 2025 and requires a significant overhaul."

[7.0] "A decent SD episode. Flair/Raquel is decent but nothing more. The match at SummerSlam was good. Priest/Hayes was cool. Finally we're giving some time to a wrestler who has it all (in ring, mic, character). I find the DQ logical, Black and Priest are in a rivalry. I liked Solo's promo despite the fact that it looked a lot like a promo he did before NOC. Solo Sikoa, despite an average in-ring performance, was very decent on the mic. The brawl afterwards was very good. The Jacob/Solo at SummerSlam in Steel Cage is very cool. This rivalry is really good and gives importance to the US title. The Cargill/Stratton video clip was okay but it would have been better to do that in the ring. Vaquer/Fyre, a shame as I would have liked a good long match knowing the talent of both. The Fatal Way tag team match was excellent as usual. The wrestling was fast, it went in all directions, nothing to say it was magnificent. Getting AndradRey to win is great. Since October 2024, SD's tag team division has been very cool. I hope WWE puts the SD tag titles on at SummerSlam. Now for the end segment. Cody's speech was good. Cena regaled me. I really thought the match was off. Cena being logical using excuses for not having this match. The split screen was great. Cody acting disgusted to hear that was good. Cody as the weeks go by, changes. Cody getting loose by hitting Cena with the title and making him sign the contract while he's unconscious. I admit I would have preferred an I Quit match but maybe he's saving that for later."

"Pre note: update the SummerSlam match card. Even some older matches like Becky vs. Lyra are not added yet. Good show overall. MOTN was for sure the Tag Titles #1 contender match. Im really happy that a fresh team like Fenix and Andrade got the chance to showcase more of their talent. Im also invested to see what Jacob and Solo can bring to the table in their Steel cage match (since they are both quite good in these kinds of enviorments)."
