[6.0] "I wish there were more matches, but the ones we got were great. The Jin Tala vs Carlee Bright matches was a solid four minute contest. And the fatal 4-way elimination title match was a great showcase of Evolve's Male rosters talent! This episode set up storylines and matches for future episodes so a solid 6!"
[6.0] "Overall, it was an alright show. Only having two matches coming in at under 15 minutes is disappointing. Kali Armstrong's opening segment was fine but with the only face being Natayla I am unsure where this is going. Hope they have a plan for these women attack segments. The women's match was fine. The men's match felt a little off at first with a fun final 2 sequence."
[5.0] "The best part of Evolve was that it always had a lot of solid matches. Now we are down to two matches in 45 min already? not even 14 min of wrestling in 45 min of programm... Why?"
[5.0] "An okay episode of Evolve with a horrible and slow women's opener, a lot of mini promos and backstage segments, followed by a pretty good main event with a surprising result. Evolve is starting to feel like its own thing rather than NXT lite. Next week should be good."
[6.0] "A solid episode of WWE EVOLVE although one I had a bit more expectation for with the crowning of the first WWE EVOLVE champion. The match was solid but I had hoped for the match being stronger than it was. Jin Tala's win was OK with the promos in-between being effective in setting up future episodes."
