[8.0] "It wasn't as good as the other events of the tournament but i find it good enough. The best matches of the day was Eagles vs I shimori and the main event and i think both was very good matches."

[4.0] "A pretty mediocre show overall, dragged down by a disappointing main event and a bad semi-main. There were some matches in the middle I liked, but nothing I'd truly recommend. [MOTN: Dragon Dia vs. KUSHIDA]"

[4.0] "Nick Wayne vs Ryusuke Taguchi: Nothing really of note to talk about with this one, Taguchi did bring it but in the end he fell to Wayne in what was an average opening match on the show [*3/4]. Ninja Mack vs Yoshinobu Kanemaru: I did not like this one, it went too short timewise and it just did not achieve anything except give Mack 2 more points [DUD]. Kevin Knight vs Titan: These two are capable of having a better match but due to the limited time, there was only so much they could achieve which was a bit underwhelming [**1/4]. Robbie X vs Kosei Fujita: I was disappointed with this match, they had an okay set of sequences but ultimately did under deliver which was unfortunate to see [**]. YOH vs MAO: Did not click in the ring which made this uninteresting and they did have a couple at most okay moments, but for a BOSJ tournament it just did not work that well [**]. KUSHIDA vs Dragon Dia: Dia did not bring anything really new to this one, recycled the same sort of stuff he had done throughout the BOSJ tournament which was a bit boring to watch, KUSHIDA winning was the right choice [*3/4]. Taiji Ishimori vs Robbie Eagles: One of the weaker matches these two have had, there wasn't as much chemistry between them as in previous matches and the action throughout was just fine [**1/4]. Master Wato vs Francesco Akira: Wato did seem a bit off in his game and offense on the night, Akira losing was a surprise as was expecting him to win [**1/2]. El Desperado vs SHO: For a tournament match with the Junior Heavyweight Champion being involved, this was pretty boring if I am being honest, nothing exciting happened and it was hardly watchable at best [*3/4]. Hiromu Takahashi vs Clark Connors: MOTN but that is not hard to pick out the matches on this show, the tire being used again was not needed and Hiromu clinching the victory was good to see, Connors did have a good showing if I am being honest [***]"

[7.0] "One of the lesser shows so far, but a couple good matches. Wayne vs Taguchi (**): Nothing much to talk about. Taguchi turned it up a bit but ultimately nothing worth seeking out. Mack vs Kanemaru (N/A): Just a match to give Mack some points. Knight vs Titan (***.5): Nice sprint of a match, would give it a higher rating with more time. X vs Fujita (***.5): Same as Knight vs Titan, except I liked this one more and it had a couple extra minutes. YOH vs MAO (*.5): A cool moment or two, thats all. Kushida vs Dia (***.5): Alright match with some alright moments. Dia's been doing better this year. Ishimori vs Eagles (****.25): Good chemistry between these guys and I really enjoyed this. Match of the night for me. Wato vs Akira (***.25): If it wasn't for the continuous miscommunications, it would've been higher. This was decent. SHO vs Desperado (*): Only giving this one star because Despe looked like a badass. Hiromu vs Connors (***.75): Good main event, fun brawl, everything went well."

[5.0] "Not every night of the tournament can be a winner and this one definitely wasn't. Could be the slog of the tournament getting to the performers or maybe it was just a day where they needed time to recuperate so didn't pull out anything too crazy. Main event saved this event from being a complete bust as Connors v Takahashi was a fun watch. Hope a day off and breaking up the blocks on separate nights gets them their edge back."
