[8.0] "Very entertaining. Jericho, Big Bill and the Bad Apple v Bandido and Los Outrunners is one of my favourite matches. So much fun! The chants for Big Bill (and the You're Not Bill when he wasn't tagged in) were fabulous. Great atmosphere. Similarly, the Sons of Texas v MxM was lots of fun too. Loved seeing MxM keep trying for the elbow but Dustin keeps rolling away. And great to see the forever champion Athena wrestle. A wonderful precursor to Grand Slam Australia"

[10.0] "This was an amazing ROH show. Bandido & The Outrunners (wrestling under mask) had a very fun party style 6-man against The Learning Tree, with Bandido getting the pinfall on Chris Jericho. Crowd was very into this, as they were into everything on the night. Lee Moriarty vs Robbie Eagles was a great technical matchup, and it was very cool to see the reaction Australia's own Robbie Eagles got going into this. To my knowledge, this was the first Lee Moriarty Pure Rules title defense where he fought at a rope break disadvantage for the majority of the match. Really good, and I liked the finish, as it left a rematch down the line open. Next up, we saw another man of Australia, Mark Davis, take on a local talent that the crowd seemingly had a lot of love for, in Tommy Knight. This was a very good, heavyweight fight, where it felt like everything either man did to the other was impactful. I really like Mark Davis's new piledriver finisher, it looks like it could take anyone out. After that, we got the ROH World Tag Team Title match underway, contested between MxM Collection, who absconded with a single belt and declared themselves the "ROH Tag Team Champion", and the actual champions, The Sons of Texas, Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara. Really good match, these two teams have a lot of chemistry. Sons Of Texas leave with the win, but in a last minute heist, MxM once again escaped with a championship to continue to hold a claim to the belts. Athena and Alex Windsor were the main event, and they came into it with everything they had. Athena is simply one of the best wrestlers around, and pressure makes her better, so this raucous crowd energized her to a strong performance. She won the match with a great O-Face. Just a insanely fun show, and a great idea to do it in Australia for that huge live crowd!"

[7.0] "Not as strong as the main Grand Slam show, but the ROH special from this taping was a solid watch in its own right. Athena vs Alex Windsor was an easy pick for match of the night, while Moriarty's Pure Title defense against Eagles was also quite good. The six-man opener had some fun stuff and set up the next World Title challenger, but did feel like it ran too long (and they really need to get the belt away from Jericho). Davis vs Knight was a decent hoss fight. And the Tag Title match was a solid bout with some fun heel work from Mansoor and Madden. A decent 1.5 hour watch."

[6.0] "A solid show with better wrestling than most of the episodes offered from TKROH. This did exemplify more of what the show should be building toward in trying to make events more notable. There were still issues with title matches handed out with no reason simply because of the location/no reason to expect a title change with no build up to either singles title match. Athena's title reign continues on with no end particularly in sight while Jericho/Guevara & Dustin continue to be odd choices to be top champions on the show."

[7.0] "Bandido, Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd vs Big Bill, Bryan Keith & Chris Jericho: A fun match to open the show, Los Outrunners was funny to watch, Bandido pinning the ROH World Champion Jericho is interesting which should set up a title match between the two, Bill had an interesting showing here [***]. Lee Moriarty vs Robbie Eagles: Eagles was a solid opponent for Moriarty here, they had a solid set of exchanges and had an enjoyable match that was better than I expected it to be [***]. Mark Davis vs Tommy Knight: A short to the point hoss fight that got Davis on the card in Brisbane (his hometown), Knight was okay and they had a decent level of chemistry, just wished it went on longer [**]. Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara vs Mansoor & Mason Madden: A match that was not gonna be a serious one, it was actually fun to watch, some good moments that are memorable from both sides, MxM Collection proved to be a worthy challenge for The Sons Of Texas [***1/4]. Athena vs Alex Windsor: MOTN with Athena proving she is not slowing down in her reign and Windsor proved to be a challenge for champion, they had great chemistry and proved it in a great title match, if ROH had title matches or even just weekly TV matches like this every week it would be great to watch [****]"

[8.0] "This was a good show, lots of fun matches like the tag and trios, along with some great wrestling matches with the pure match and then the women's match. Athena vs Windsor was my MOTN and probably the 3rd best match overall if you include the Grand Slam card as well."

[7.0] "Much like Grand Slam Australia showed what Battle of the Belts should have been like, this special ROH episode is what the weekly ROH show should be. Top stars against emerging stars, with some stakes. Three titles were on the line, and the World Champion also featured, and got pinned. I recommend at least checking out Athena vs. Alex Windsor."
