[9.0] "Very enjoyable show, there wasn't a single bad match on here. I'm glad the women got the main event because they 100% delivered. I also thought Becky Lynch cut a great promo that really justified her heel turn. The opening segment didn't progress much but apart from that this episode ruled."
[8.0] "An all-around solid episode of Monday Night RAW. I enjoyed the opening sequences of CM Punk with Sami Zayn as they were brawling with the newly formed stable of Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins. The matches on the show were done well, I didn't think there was one mediocre match, as all of them were up to par and delivered for me as a viewer. The storylines and matches very vastly improved since WrestleMania. Since the dull and uninspiring road to Mania, I think ht product has got a new light and breath of air because it has been delivering and been enjoyable. television next week's card looks fun, and I can't wait."
[5.0] "The whole show was lacking in energy for me. Just didn't feel the passion from most of the wrestlers/segments that I'm accustomed too. Maybe just me but all felt a bit off"
[8.0] "RAW is the essential WWE show today, I just don't think it's a perfect show because the world champion is unacceptable and has McAfee as an analyst. The highlight of the show was the great match between Styles vs. Balor (7.5/10)"
[4.0] "This week's Monday Night Raw show would have been entirely forgettable without the main event. Other than the main event, the rest of the in-ring action was mediocre to subpar. There were also three major promos/segments, none of which stood out. Seth & Bron / Sami, CM Punk / Jey Uso was an okay segment, so was the one between Jey and Gunther. Becky's new heel work reminds me of John Cena's heel work, and that's not a compliment. She sounds like a whiny baby. She deserves more depth with her new persona than whining about the crowd. It's just lazy work from WWE creative."
"[8.75] Seems like RAW has finally hit it's groove post-WrestleMania. IYO wrestles on a consistent basis as does Rhea, the two faces of the company's women's division, while the Rollins/Heyman/Bron alliance has added a jolt to the top of the men's division. Combine that with a bunch of solid wrestling & angles and RAW is EASILY the best show WWE has going. Possibly, the best wrestling show on television."
[6.0] "I just can't get invested in the current WWE product and even with good matches (Styles / Balor and Rhea & Iyo / Giulia & Roxanne), the whole episode is bland. Your world champion goes up against a youtuber and nobody seems to mind. It's really only the women's division that keeps me hooked, but that's about it."
[9.0] "Honestly thought this episode hit well, whether it was the Heyman, Rollins and Breakker interactions with Punk, Zayn and Uso. standing out. Find it interesting that Becky's character is so similar to Cena's. All of the matches are good with Styles and Balor being my match of the night."
[9.0] "It's going to become commonplace to say that RAW is excellent, but it just goes to show how consistent RAW has been since it arrived on Netflix. Punk's speech is very cool where, finally, he mentions MITB 2013 as the day Paul betrayed Punk for the first time and shows that he was naive. Rollins' response is very cool too. Rollins still seeing Punk as a man who likes to be a victim makes sense and again shows that Rollins is very well written. Very cool post promo brawl. Looking forward to the match at SNME despite it being on a meaningless show. First match of the night is nice. Not much to talk about. The second match shows that RAW's tag team division isn't as exciting as Smackdown. The start is slow but then it's much better. Getting American Made to win is good, now we need to get a big momentum going in the tag team division. What's more, I'm no longer hooked on New Day, despite their heel turn. I didn't really like the Gunther/Uso promo. I was one of the people who wanted this match at WM but now we're forcing it. The Styles/Balor match I liked but not as much as most people. It was a bit too slow, but having seen it a second time, it's good. Becky's promo is very good. Everything said is consistent and shows a Becky who is sick of listening to the fans to put the new generation forward. Can't wait to see what happens next. The Main Event is excellent. IYO and Rhea still on top, Giulia and Perez are very cool. I didn't care about the result (I would have been happy with either choice), I just wanted a great match. RAW continues to excel. Keep up the good work."
[6.0] "All the matches were solid except for the men's tag which was dull. Some of the stuff inbetween wasn't very good. Watching on Netflix I really don't need Pat screaming landmarks from the location where the show is that week. Becky's promo was pretty weak too and the crowd doing the what chant didn't help. Find something better to show during that time. Gunther facing Jey again is just dumb. Some smart booking is Rhea already looking to get her title back after her and IYO took care of Giulia and Perez."
[7.0] "A solid episode of RAW that continued many storylines but felt like it was holding place overall. The McAfee/GUNTHER thing is now being handwaved away after one match. I thought the main event was a bit overrated, if still pretty good. Good matches elsewhere though. I am intrigued by Uso vs GUNTHER V."
"Seeing Balor vs AJ was nice, sadly both in their 40s, 10 years ago it would be banger, but good to see AJ having any direction before retirement. Also I have a strong feeling that WWE women roster just runs the place, love their matches, love their roster, I think we should be getting more main events with women, they deserve it. Im a little worried for Rollins/Breaker, like they really should be shown unstoppable and I think I dont like the direction of them potentially losing like Rollins last week, brawl this week and potentially Breakker next week vs Uso. Something feel very wrong here."
[9.0] "Yet another strong episode of Raw, much like last week's go-home show to a very underappreciated Backlash, the fallout did make it seem like forgone as there are better stories being developed here with the whole Rhea has never beaten Iyo pretty much going its way to Summerslam and/or Evolution, Seth and Punk having a heated feud over Paul Heyman and the search for new recruit, maybe it's Becky after her promo on being brutal. Jey-Gunther felt a bit weak since I feel they're setting for Gunther to lose again by a returning wrestler (Goldberg or Lesnar) for their feud to go at Summerslam in either's retirement match. While Giulia and Iyo are having one of the best wrestling runs in a while."
[10.0] "While the first hour was still fine, that positioned the baby faces stronger, it's the latter half of the show that made it really good, RAW is still pretty good, maybe even better than their Pay Per Views as of late, stronger matches and better promos. I though however don't like the fact that Gunther is positioned to lose another match vs Jey Uso of all people, I did like the narrative of Iyo/Rhea and Seth/Punk/Sami though."
[10.0] "Raw really does feel like it has direction now, and that's been one of the biggest differences post-WrestleMania. The show feels structured around intentional arcs rather than week-to-week filler, and it's paying off. There's a real sense that creative knows where this is going months down the line, and that's something fans can invest in. Let's hope they keep the momentum."
[9.0] "RAW weekly has been far better than their PLEs, maybe because there are more moving parts in here and a stronger big night feel with more engaging stories going into them. Also there are barely any bad matches on the card, it does get a bit swayed because of the ads, but the in-ring quality is still pretty good."
"This show was really fucking good lmao. Everything just felt dynamic as it went on, and the really lull period was the two back-to-back recaps. We got great matches, and tons of storyline progression for almost everything on the card. Overall an 8/10 show."
[8.0] "The May 12, 2025 edition of Monday Night RAW on Netflix expectedly ends up being another good show from the red brand. Every week WWE manages to make RAW feel must-see and again I was impressed. We had highlights like a great opening with Seth's faction battling Punk, Zayn and Jey, Penta vs. Gable II, Styles vs. Balor, Some decent promos spliced throughout and a good main event to send the fans home happy. We also set up things for SNME and MITB here with matches being announced. My only gripe was GUNTHER challenging Jey Uso for the title once again these two will run it back. Will it be worse than their Mania match? Let's find out. Overall, great show. [****]"
