"1) That kick to Toni Storm's face and the subsequent shot of Penelope Ford scowling into the camera were one of the best produced little sequences in AEW history. Overall, the opening segment was good; I just like to watch Megane Bayne getting the best of the Women's World Champion on a weekly basis - it's not a usual dynamic between a champion and a challenger we've gotten so used to in pro wrestling. AEW has been implementing a lot of non-trivial approaches in their product recently, and I'm all for it. 2) I shit you not, there's something special about Billie Starkz as a human being. I don't know, just the way she moves, speaks, talks (and I'm not talking about her in-ring performance). She makes me feel different than the rest of the women's roster. Maybe it's just her mesmerizing smile or natural charisma. She looks like a very nice girl, that's all. In general, a very good episode of Collision with surprisingly heavy emphasis on women's wrestling while still letting men do their matches, cut their promos, and progress their storylines, all of which delivered big time."
[8.0] "Not a bad match on this card. Fun episode. Enjoyed seeing Jay White, Robyn Renegade (with the Athena appearance afterwards), Top Flight, Dax Harwood, Hologram and Billie Starkz."
[7.0] "A nice addition of Collision! I enjoyed the introduction of Athena back on AEW especially with her relationship with Billie Starkz, an incredible talent that needs spotlight on the main stage. The matches varied from alright to pretty good; My MOTN were Dax Harwood vs. Wheeler Yuta and Jamie Hayter vs. Billie Starkz!"
[8.0] "Another consistently great episode of Collision where the Women were the main highlight once again. Toni's promo was brilliant and incredibly well shot (especially Penelope's big boot), we finally get the return of Athena instantly setting up a match with Mercedes and Jamie and Billie deliver a great main event. My match of the night was the incredible introduction of Kevin Knight (most of my experience of him is in tag action, so really looking forward to seeing what he can do in singles capacity) Vs Jay White. Yuta Vs Dax and Hologram Vs Blake also really good matches. (8/10)"
[5.0] "It was an okay episode. The Toni Storm interruption was shot well. Athena came back. Some dissension between FTR. Not much else really mattered, especially in the wrestling where once again not a single match was really necessary to any ongoing story or feud. Look up and down the card and play a game of "Why does this specific match matter? " Jon Moxley joins the growing list of male wrestlers who brag about being afraid of the women in their lives. It's never been easier to play a tough guy on TV."
[9.0] "Women ruled this show which was great to see. Amazing opening segment and Toni is getting the superstar treatment now, main eventing one show and opening the next one. Lovely to see. Athena and Hayter made their return to AEW television which is a big plus, also a lot of backstage segments featuring women. Just for that alona a big thumbs up from me, hope to see this continue. All I ask for is consistency and great presentation like this."
[6.0] "Not too high on this episode. The wrestling was by and large 'just there' or inconsequential. There is some nice division brewing in avatar which I found interesting. I'm still loving Hologram, 36 weeks in and Jay Whites post match promo was terrible."
[7.0] "Solid and fun episode of Collision. I very much enjoyed the opening segment with Timeless Toni Storm where she was interrupted by Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne. Athena's return to AEW in order to finally confront Mercedes was also a great moment. Overall, it was another good show from AEW. The matches were good and there was a decent flow."
[7.0] "6.5/10 Collision. A decent show that featured two good women's segments that progressed very anticipated matches, more story progression for FTR and whatever The CRU and Top Flight is going to be, and a solid Hologram match. I'm happy with this for the most part. The dynamic AEW's been going with on their shows the last two months has made their product very easy to watch without them hot-shoting too much. More focus and more stakes. Everyone there just seems more locked in then they've been in years and it's exciting to see. I could use more star power next time. We didn't get to see the bigger stars at all outside of Mone like Swerve or Ospreay. This ep had a lot of the young ROH type talent, which is good but that's what ROH should be used for. A better mixture is needed that's all."
[9.0] "Phenomenal show. Good matches and great angles all throughout the night. Toni Storm's opening promo was great. Penelope's interference got to be one of the best interruptions I've seen in a while. Great production and camera work. White vs. Knight was a solid opening match. Knight looked good in his debut. Mercedes had a fine squash match and then entered the Owen Hart Cup. She got interrupted by Athena who made her AEW return. What a moment! Absolute chills. She, then, entered the Owen Cup herself later in the night. Top Flight vs. Big Bill/Bryan Ketih was solid. DG/Cole promo was really good. Their rivalry has been a hidden gem and I can't wait for Dynasty. Dax vs. Yuta was really good. Dax crashing out post-match and shoving Cash Wheeler was great. Heel FTR are going to be back soon and I can't wait for it. Hologram vs. Black Christian was fun. Starkz vs. Hayter was the best match of the night. Jamie looked sharp in her return match and Billie delivered another great performance after last week. Overall: a near perfect show. You had a classic technical match, a high flying contest, great women's wrestling as for the in-ring action. Lots of variety with all the matches delivering. The angles were really good too and progressed all the stories in the right way. AEW has found its focus again and it has been a joy to watch."
[10.0] "I am relatively new to AEW and I haven't been a huge wrestling fan in many years but this show has only continued to impress me. AEW has an indie feel similar to promotions like RoH but with better production and talent. I feel like this is the promotion I've been missing from my life for many years. Every single match on this card was enjoyable for me and even the enhancement talent match featuring Robyn Renegade was good. The Jay White and Hologram matches were my personal favs and it was nice getting to see Billie on AEW again and Athena's involvement was also very exciting!"
[8.0] "A show building for the near and far future. The highlight of the show was Toni Storm's promo and the interruption by Penelope Ford. The clash of auras between Athena and Mercedes Mone was cool too. The introduction of Kevin Knight was slightly off, but I like that they're treating him seriously. Hopefully he'll bring in KUSHIDA from time to time."
[7.0] "Solid episode of Collision that mostly served as a setup show, but the focus on the Women's Owen Hart Tournament made it stand out. AEW clearly wants the tournament to be a major event this year, and the names being teased or confirmed show they're not messing around. It gave the show a real sense of direction and purpose. That said, all this build around the tournament does end up overshadowing the upcoming pay-per-view match between Toni Storm and Megan Bayne. It's hard to imagine Bayne winning now, and that takes some tension out of what should be a big title match. She was presented well, but the writing feels a little too visible on the wall. The rest of the show was decent. Nothing blow-away, but a couple of solid matches and some nice promo work. A few segments dragged a bit, but the show didn't overstay its welcome."
[6.0] "A solid show filling in some blanks on the final stretch toward Dynasty. While I understand giving certain wrestlers wins, the choices in wrestlers that are chosen to lose continue to feel questionable for me in AEW (Top Flight and Blake Christian who are touted as on win streaks in ROH losing here.)"
[7.0] "This was overall a really solid episode of collision. All of the matches were decent to really good and the angles landed. I really appreciated the reoccurring thread of Athena through the night bookended by the main event and inserting her with Athena is a great idea."
[9.0] "One of the best TV shows of the year in AEW, everything worked. The women's division shining as it has been doing all of 2025, the Owen Hart Cup promises to be historic in both the men's and women's divisions."
"[10.0] It was a good show, especially the promo by the timeless Toni Storm, where she proved that she is a complete wrestler and delivers the best female character in the world of wrestling so far. I also liked the addition of the Adam Cole vs. Daniel Garcia match for the TNT title at the Dynasty event. So far, AEW shows have been at a good level."
[10.0] "The thing about this show and the Dynamite before it isn't just the show quality but the feeling that comes through the screen that the people putting these shows together care enough to put thought into it and make it as good as possible. You see long term plans forming and directions teased + big matches happening soon. The way the Owen is being treated has made it seem like a huge deal, I would've maybe liked to be qualifiying matches or at least extensive explanations of why certain people get to be in the Owen but that's a minor nitpick. The in-ring throughout the show was really fun and the promos especially Toni/Bayne were tremendous."
[10.0] "An incredibly strong womens heavy show tonight, but everything hit as usual with collision recently, fantastic matches, great promos, the big athena/mercedes showdown that everyones been excited for, AEW is on an absolutely fantastic roll atm, the nice signing of Kevin Knight only adds to it aswell, this show feels hot, the show feels like the wrestlers are excited to be there, it's great stuff, and Jamie Hayter being back was just the extra cherry on top of a great show, also shoutout to the Cru and Nick Wayne stuff, great small little extra bit that im very happy to see, a fun crazy trios match there for sure."
