[4.0] "Wasn't moved by this show at all really, Ridge getting a title match was a choice. The women's segment was basically the best part of the night, and it wasn't great. Dion vs Wes was actually fine but it ended so quick. The Heritage cup match was good but hopefully they move past that. Karmen vs Jaida was sloppy and just a bit annoying. The tag match was actually fine as well but ended suddenly, and the main event was good but I am not behind this Eddy character, overall this episode just didn't hit at all."

[3.0] "A really rather poor episode of NXT. None of the matches were overtly great, with majority below average. The out of ring stuff, with the exception of Trick/Wes was also rather dull. The main event result was never competitive. The opener was the worst of the night. The tag match, though under five minutes was probably the most credible."

While the title pictures looked pretty enticing to follow, the sub-card plots were decent and could turn interesting if done right. But, the quality of action wasn't as good as the last two weeks and it was expected to say the least."

[4.0] "I'm gonna keep this short and quick to the point this wasn't an eventful episode the matches on this show was poor and I don't like the direction for majority of the storylines. Outside of the Bayley and Roxanne Perez stuff the show has been very stale, and not creative and lack a direction."

[5.0] "It was a disappointing show this week for NXT. The in-ring action was, at most, mediocre. There were three championship matches, and none of them delivered the goods. The product can do better on a night like this. On top of that, NXT returned to its bad habit of condensing 2/3-minute matches. What is it good for? There weren't many promos this week, and only one backstage segment caught my eye (the one with the D'Angelo Family after their tag team match loss). I like that Trick Williams is back in action but should be on the main roster. That is also true for Roxanne Perez. From a mile ahead, you could smell that NXT was building the tag team match for next week's show in Atlanta. To what end? I don't know."

[3.0] "A skit, followed by another skit, followed by another skit. A really poor episode of NXT, even worse than normal, packed with way too much bad acting that just cannot be considered entertaining. We got lazy distraction finishes up and down the card, and then a main event that was fine but had the fundamental match psychology all the wrong way round."

[8.0] "This episode of NXT delivered another strong showing, with consistently good matches while simultaneously did a very good job building significant anticipation for next week's episode in Atlanta. The  promising lineup has me excited, featuring tag team bouts such as Bayley & Giulia vs. Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez and the WWE Women's Tag Team Title match pitting Bianca Belair & Naomi against Meta-Four (Jakara Jackson & Lash Legend). Additionally, fans can look forward to two compelling singles matches: Wes Lee vs. Trick Williams and the WWE NXT Women's North American Title match between Fallon Henley and Shotzi."

"This was an alright episode, highlighted by some fun title matches and a chaotic segment featuring Bayley, but overall, it felt like a build-up show. The opener saw Tony D'Angelo defend his North American Title against Ridge Holland in a decent match. It wasn't anything special, but it served its purpose to kick off the show. Bayley then came out to address the NXT Universe, showing respect to the women's division. She was interrupted by Julia, the NXT Women's Champion, in what started as a respectful exchange. However, things got heated when Roxanne and Cora Jade joined the fray. The crowd was hot during this segment, with loud boos and "shut the hell up" chants directed at Roxanne, making it hard to even hear her at times. The chaos escalated into a brawl between all four women, while another fight broke out backstage between Jaida Parker and Petrovic. The whole segment was wild and entertaining, showing just how fiery the women's division is right now. Wes Lee squashed Dion Lennox in a quick match before calling out Trick Williams, who had slapped him earlier in the show. Trick responded by accepting Wes's challenge for next week. Their clash should be one to watch. The WWE NXT Heritage Cup Title match saw Lexis King defeat Charlie Dempsey 2-1 in the 4th round. This was another solid bout between the two, continuing their entertaining rivalry. Petrovic defeated Jaida Parker in a quick match that ended with a roll-up pin. It was fine for what it was, but nothing too noteworthy. Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance (with Shawn Spears in their corner) beat The D'Angelo Family in a pretty quick tag match. It didn't leave much of an impression but kept the tag division active. The main event featured Oba Femi defending his NXT Title against Eddy Thorpe in what turned out to be a fun and competitive match. Both men delivered solid performances to close out the night. Overall, this episode of NXT was decent but didn't feel particularly eventful outside of the Bayley segment and the title matches. It seemed more focused on building up future storylines than delivering any must-see moments."

[6.0] "Solid show that didn't quite have the momentum of last week's despite three title matches on it. All three title matches were solid and there was some good build toward the 1/28 show in Atlanta as well as planting seeds for Vengeance Day. The segment with Bayley & Giulia/Roxanne & Cora was particularly nice because of how invested the crowd was in it."
