[7.0] "Pretty good episode of Nitro. I'm not sure what Hogan beating up J.J. Dillon did to add to the show since no one has cared one way or another about Dillon since he was with the Horsemen in 1986. The stuff with Jericho and all of the cruiserweights was interesting. The main event was fine."

[6.0] "Though some good story progression and clearly setting up Fall Brawl matches, it's very lackluster in match quality. The cruiserweight were good but guys like Ray Traylor defecting from the nWo and Raven helping Stevie win felt unnecessary, oh and Buff ending Glacier's streak was boring. It's an okay episode of Nitro."

[8.0] "Another good episode of Nitro... the best match is indeed the opener, Benoit and especially Eddie were red hot and the crowd was loving it. I also enjoyed the main event, which told a good story and had some very enjoyable slugging, as well as Big Bossman returning to maul Iaukea in a squash. The infamous promo marking Arn is something the Horsemen should have been able to come out and respond to, but I can't help but laugh at Waltman's parody of Flair."
