503.03.2024Den0036.0it's strange why no one gave the release a 6, but it seems to me the most appropriate rating. There were some good matches on the show, especially the first match and Flair's match. Good development around the tag team titles as well as the final segment. However, there were also many passing matches. Well, the Flair and Benoit matches had more potential

716.07.2023WatchingEveryNitro8.0A memorable 1st hour with JJ talking about how Flair is in a helicopter to face Hall right now. Buff Bagwell dropping rhymes "I'm Buff, I'm tough, I'm the stuff, and the girls can't get enough". Some bad, including the Wallstreet match. The 2nd hour was amazing, Steiners and Harlem Heat build heat my making sure neither become the #1 contender. The main event actually gets time and Flair V Hall is a great match! With a great post segment with Macho hitting JJ Dillion after saying he was disappointed in him. Great Nitro 8.5/10
816.04.2023arrancar4.0One of those common Nitros where nothing that interesting happens, at least never for long, but I still manage to be slightly entertained at a few points. Hall and Syxx's opening promo attacking Flair was decent, and Dillon coming out to force Hall into a match later on with Flair got a good crowd reaction. Wright vs Glacier was super short but surpringly good. Wright had some really nice strikes and played a decently arrogant and aggressive heel, and Glacier showed a variety of nice kicks. A shame this was so short. TS;NR (too short; no rating). The post-match angle with Mortiis and Wrath's attack was pretty good, and Glacier actually resembled somewhat of a star in the process for the first time. Bagwell vs Gomez was a mostly forgettable squash. Bagwell's heel-taunting was alright, though Gomez wasnt a very fiery/exciting babyface. TS;NR. Morrus vs Iakuea was another, this time even shorter match, with Iaukea getting the quick win due to Morrus being jumped by Konan before the match. Not super interesting. TS;NR. Harlem Heat confronting Dillon during his interview with Gene was good, putting forward their plans to reclaim the tag titles. DDP's promotional video showing his training and mentality was a bit cheesy but still quite good. I especially liked how dangerous the Diamond Cutter was pushed to be. The Steiners vs Chono & Muta was okay. Muta showed very good charisma with his unique movements and flashy attacks, and Chono was an okay bruiser as his partner, while Scott and Rick were fun powerhouses. A shame about the interference finish. **1/2. Flair's promo on Hall was wonderfully unhinged as always. Malenko vs Wallstreet wasn't the best, but then it didn't get much time either. Wallstreet was a pretty forgettable bruiser, but Malenko's grappling and athleticism were typically really strong. A shame about yet more interference. **. Jarretts' post-match promo calling out Malenko was okay, as was Mongo's promo. Ciclope & Damien vs Harlem Heat was another annoyingly short match with interference. Heat were okay, but the luchadors were sloppy. Disappointing. TS;NR. Benoit vs Barbarian was pretty damn good for its time. There was typically great intensity from Benoit, and some wonderfully ruthless bruiser offence from Barbarian. Absolute travesty that even a match like *this* couldn't get more than 5 minutes. TS;NR. Unfortunately, Benoit's post-match promo on Hart was typically stiff and awkward, and I still don't care about his feud with Sullivan. Flair vs Hall was "two professionals having a professional wrestling match", meaning their technique was solid and they had decent energy, but it just wasn't very creative. To top it off, it stupidly ended with interference for the 4th time of the night. At least the crowd was hot for it all, though. **1/2. Savage's promo and attack on Dillon was alright, though Dillon was definitely overused at this point in the show. Interesting having Bischoff try to calm Savage down, though.

1017.11.2022XXDoubleHHXX8.0Another solid episode of Nitro and my boys Damien and Ciclope got a huge win with the help of the Steiners of course. Great wrestling, the jobber matches were fun but Alex Wright shouldn't be a jobber. NWO Japan gets to shine here and I marked out. Ric Flair and Syxx just outshines Hall which is sad but the hype for this feud got me so on edge.

1414.01.2022texasyosh7.0Very solid episode of Nitro here with some must-see TV matches with nWo Japan and Flair/Hall. Overall this is a pretty good show, not many low moments to note.
1523.02.2020Mizzle Assault Ant8.0A lot of really good stuff on this Nitro (and a bit of bad, Malenko vs. Wallstreet is a huge bore for example). Benoit vs. Barbarian is the best match of the show, just brutalizing each other. Flair vs. Hall is excellent as well, and I also enjoyed the Steiners tag and perhaps surprisingly Wright vs. Glacier. Savage threatening Okerlund and finally clobbering Dillon at the end was really well done, very nice execution, even Bischoff was trying to stop Savage!

" grandios.
1904.01.2014WCWler7.0Eine ordentliche Show mit teilweise guten Kämpfen.
