[9.0] "It was an excellent show. I think if I was just basing this score off the matches it might be an 8/10 or something below that, but the ending angle with John Cena attacking Cody Rhodes to align with The Rock was so brilliant that it boosts the score. An angle like that to end the show isn't the kind of thing you can do very often. I think it felt like a big deal and a historic moment. As I said in the review, everybody involved in it did a great job. The match quality was strong throughout the show. I rated the Owens/Zayn match the highest because it was the kind of chaotic brawl I expected it to be. There were a few dangerous bumps. They are also best friends who trust each other and I think they should be proud of the match they had. The Men's Chamber match was better than the Women's Chamber match in my eyes especially when it got down to that Cena-Punk-Rollins showdown. Rollins screwing Punk sets them up for WrestleMania while Cena capitalized to win. The women's match was really about Belair and Morgan. Belair winning was the right call. Good stuff with Jade Cargill coming back to go after Naomi too. As for that women's tag, it was just an average in this era of WWE although I thought Tiffany Stratton definitely stood out."

But wow I'm so glad wwe took the less is more model with this ppv, because man did it ever work. The John cena heel turn at the end of the show was like icing on the cake. Best ppv since Wrestlemania 40 and one of the best ppv's of Wwe's history for that matter. Glad I got this live"

Every match served a purpose to help storylines move along and grow. From beginning to end I was blown away by this show. The big highlight here being John Cena turning heel for the first time since 2003. An insane visual that left me shell shocked. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So much storytelling throughout this show and this PPV made me excited for the Mania Season. WHAT a FUCKING SHOW! This regained my trust for the Mania season. The only gripe I had with this one was the tag team match which felt pointless. Overall, this was an excellent show and I can't wait to see what happens on RAW. [****3/4]"

While the tag match was clearly just there for Trish, it wasn't bad at all. The final segment was amazing and was actually shocking."

[8.0] "I'm mainly adding this review so that I can rate other things on here in the future but this was one of the first PLEs I've watched since dipping my toe back into wrestling and from what I remember of the show, it was pretty good and enjoyable to watch, even with an admittedly weak point with the women's tag team match. Both elimination chamber matches were great and it may be an unpopular opinion but I think I preferred the women's elimination chamber to the men's, at least in terms of spots and in ring wrestling. Jade's attack on Naomi at the start of the match was a great way to kick-start that rivalry. I wish Bayley and Roxanne got to interact more in the match with one potentially eliminating the other but the match was still really good and fun to watch regardless, especially when the likes of Liv and Bianca were putting in great performances to sell the Jade angle as well as the whole match. The men's elimination chamber match is a bit less memorable to me but from what I remember it was still good, especially with the final two being Punk and Cena, and it was the post-match angle of Cena's heel turn that really sold it because that was a well done and deserved moment, even with Travis Scott randomly being there and not really adding anything to the segment. The unsanctioned match between Owens and Zayn was also good and the story of the two refusing to give up so as to not let the other win no matter how badly they were hurt was sold really well. The only real 'low' point of the night was the women's tag team match between Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus vs Nia Jax and Candice LeRae mainly because it felt like it didn't serve much of a reason for being there, especially in the build up to Tiffany and Charlotte at Mania. It was cool to see Trish and it's also great to be reminded she can still go in the ring but I think this match would have been better if it had been simply a title match between Tiffany and Nia, that way giving Tiffany a successful defense and some momentum before Mania as well as a decisive win over Nia to end out that storyline following the cash-in. Despite this, it was still a good match and its cool to see LeRae get a spot on a PLE at least."

[8.0] "The MVPs of this event: Kevin Owens, John Cena, Liv Morgan. All three of them are such stars. The Women's Chamber was very fun, especially since this started the return of Jade Cargill and opened up the storyline with her and Naomi that I'm so excited about. Bianca winning made sense, and even with a predictable-ish end this was still very good. The women's tag team was a completely useless match outside of the fact of them wanting Trish repping for Canada, or something... why couldn't it have just been a rematch between Nia and Tiffany for the women's title, especially since we now know Nia has NO plans for WrestleMania? K.O. vs. Sami is, as predicted, the match of the night. I honestly don't ever wish for matches to be more brutal or bloody, but I do think when you have barbed wire and an unsanctioned match, we could've seen it be more visually impactful. Outside of that though, easy 10/10 match. The men's chamber was also great, outside of the fact that Logan is still being shoved down our throats. If you want an obnoxious heel to build up, why not put in Dominik or Melo instead? Still a great match with an iconic heel turn from Cena. Will probably be a top-tier event for WWE this year."

The women's chamber match was lots of fun, the men's chamber match was incredible and the unsanctioned match was unbelievable top-tier content. The most important moment however and I think I can speak for everyone else was Cena's heel turn which marks a tectonic shift in WWE history. They pulled the trigger at last and it means so much more now. Two decades as a face and now finally he turns heel. That was monumental at the very least. No words could do justice to what I saw."

[7.0] "Overall Elimination Chamber was a good PPV event with 2 great matches, an excellent closing angle but on a whole could have been much better. The Women's elimination chamber, while not bad, was just a bit of a boring match - outside of Jade Cargill attacking Naomi at the beginning of the match I can't remember anything else major that happened, in a 29-minute match that's not a good sign. Women's tag match frankly was completely skippable. The match of the night, easily, was Owens Vs Zayn. This is one of my favourite wrestling feuds of all time and whenever they have a match against each other it always delivers, this was no exception. One negative would be that it took a while to get going (a common theme on this show) but once it got going this was a great unsanctioned match and another great match between the two! This was also the match that the crowd started to get involved. The men's chamber match was really good, again the first half felt a bit slow but once the eliminations stared happening this picked up into a great match. And then the ending was perfect for its audience and felt like a major moment in WWE history. My biggest issues with this show was the pacing - a common issue - with so much time between matches and matches taking such a long time to get going. Also, I felt like the commentary was noticeably irritating and took me out a lot of the big moments. (7/10)"

Really love the direction this promotion has gone in since Triple H has taken full control of the company. MVP of the show goes to CM Punk for being a force in the chamber match and I think really doing a phenomenal job tipping over the first domino that would lead to Cena's heel turn after the main event."

Can we only concentrate on 2 people in WWE at a time? you have a chamber with 5 people, go for it, make it exciting, all just fight! The build to WM is shocking. I'm only watching now as I got Netflix to watch some wrestling in the build to mania and I'm glad it only cost me £5.99. This isn't worth anymore. It's so plodding and boring. I would have much prefered seeing punk vs cena one on one, they were the only ones who tried tonight"

But that last segment, was game changing, and will go down in history as one of the greatest segments in wrestling history. Here, I feel like it's worth mentioning that I felt mostly indifferent to the big Cena heel turn. Cool that it happened I suppose, but I do kinda feel like it's past the time it would be interesting to me and that the story to get here has been (or at least felt like) a directionless mess where the Rock just does whatever he wants to week to week and they make a story out of it. Also Travis Scott being involved at all felt very silly and stupid. Overall though I don't hate it, I just don't feel particularly strongly about it either way. That being said the rest of the show was mostly fine, with the only exception being a very strong opening match. The women's chamber match honestly saved the show for me as everything after it felt pretty disappointingly mediocre to me. Nothing truly egregious, but a show that I would overall find very forgettable if it had not been for the opening match and closing segment. I'm a jaded spectator when it comes to WWE, and while I think the only thing here that was truly ground breaking had nothing to do with in ring action (which, you know, sucks for me, a fan of wrestling) this was a easily watchable and fun event that stands as one of the better elimination chambers that have happened to date. Owens/Zayn is probably the match of the night."

But overall, this event had many minor and major problems, but of course its good points outweighed its bad points. The women's tag team match is a candidate for worst match of the year. The women's Elimination Chamber match is a weak one. Sami and Kevin is interesting, but due to errors in the script, it can't be given a full score.

[6.0] "This was a pretty standard Elimination Chamber show. Both Elimination Chamber matches lived up their respective hype. I feel like the odd one out for not really enjoying the Kevin and Sami match, despite usually being a fan of their work together. It was sluggish, uninspired, and not at all worthy of the Unsanctioned billing it had. It made no sense to start the match with a plain clothes referee as the match wasn't technically being officiated by WWE only to have two other WWE referees in full WWE branded referee gear run in after and call the rest of the match. It also looked ridiculous that they would removed the WWE branded turnbuckle covers because it wasn't sanctioned, but here's a canvas full of their official sponsors. It was very half baked and not at all helped by the fact that everything done in the match itself could've been done as a typical Extreme Rules match. The women's tag match was an unfortunate low point as well. For a match designed entirely put over Tiffany Stratton, the only thing it accomplished was exposing her inexperience and just how unready she is for the position they've placed her in. I can't understand why she would try and shove Trish Stratus of all people out of the ring so disrespectfully three times just to realize she's in the wrong corner for her own finish. The ending segment of this show carried hard. It was incredibly well done and nothing short of memorable in every way you'd hope for. Fortunately, with it being on last, it washed a lot of the other bad tastes of the night out your mouth which I think it why so many view this show so favorably. Without it I think it'd be a very, very different case."

The tag-match was only okay but the two cage matches each ran at a decent pace and were interesting throughout, with Liv Morgan and CM Punk being the standouts in each. The Unsanctioned Match had too many false finishes for me, but overall was a deliberately unpleasant to watch. It did the job to end the feud and Orton's return was a nice surprise to me. The 'main event' was a real swerve, I was sure that whoever won the chamber was going to have working with The Rock but though I was wrong when Cena had his hand raised, how wrong I was. A real surprise heel turn that will only raise the interest in Cena's final run."

[8.0] "The same scenario as the Rumble got. 3 out of 4 matches and good, another one, I mean women's tag team action, is adequate at best. Frankly talking, women's EC match was better, for me. I didn't except Bianca win that match as well as I've never wished her fight against Jade Cargill at WM. I thought Bianca would still in tag team division, but she won and goes at WM, which is probably a good decision. Jade's comeback was also unexpected, especially how she did it. Naomi got Bobby Lashley 2022 booking. Cargill could have attacked Liv Morgan to help Bianca, althought Jade, maybe, didn't think of it at that moment. Owens and Zayn encounter is supposed to be a five-star match, but I don't think so. Pretty good match, but I didn't feel it was unsanctioned. There're a lot of details to be involved to make the rivalry interesting, as well as the match overall, but it was just a no DQ match. It's not unsanctioned. CM Punk and Seth Rollins were MVPs of EC match. Punk was probably even better. John Cena won, which is a right decision, but I hoped Cena and Punk would face each other at WM for the first time, as it the last Cena's year to wrestle. And Cena turned heel was also unexpected, but I'm not a huge fan of this idea. Turning heel at the end of your career doesn't sound like something promissing. And I'm sure Cena will turn face in autumn or December, so this heel turn doesn't seem to be necessary. As the moment it was cool, OK"

I did find it a little odd that Bianca went from being an emotional wreck over Jade attacking Naomi to winning the entire thing. Hopefully it works out in her favor, since it didn't *feel* like she needed to win, given that she's now given a fresh storyline anyway. The tag match was very forgettable. I was genuinely surprised they let the hometown hero (Trish) go over in their hometown for once, but Nia Jax continues to show she's just so uncoordinated in both delivering moves and selling. KO vs Sami was as wild and brutal as everyone expected it to be, and then some. The men's Chamber match was good, especially the callbacks to both Seth and Drew absolutely hating Punk with a fiery vengeance, and Cena and Punk having a couple bromance moments after so long of not having a match together. The Women's Elimination Chamber match (****1/2) - The match was off to a great start with Jade Cargill returning and attacking Naomi! From there, the match only got better with the action! Candice LeRae and Nia Jax vs Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus (**1/2) - This was really a homecoming match for Trish Stratus and there wasn't anything exciting. Not gonna lie, I didn't pay much attention to this one but there were some nice spots here and there. Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn (*****) - These two gentlemen can put on a banger at the drop off a hat! Everything was great from the in-ring action to the atmosphere! The barbed wire chair was definitely a highlight and the post match segment with Randy Orton coming back was nicely done! Men's Elimination Chamber Match (****1/2) - The main event was filled with excellent main event talent and Logan Paul. Although I have a minor complaint: The first three eliminations felt very sudden and most of the match focused on the three-way between John Cena, CM Punk, and Seth Rollins. It wasn't bad per say, but I thought Drew and Damien didn't get enough time in before their sudden eliminations. The ending is great and is a little foreshadowing, with John Cena acting desperately to win the match! The final segment was perfect! Cody Rhodes telling the Rock to go fuck himself and John Cena finally turning heel after twenty years was amazing! Sure Travis Scott's presence was unneeded, but it didn't really hinder the segment. The shock of the audience says it all and I am excited to see how Cody Rhodes vs John Cena plays out at Mania! Overall, Elimination Chamber 2025 really kicked WWE into overdrive for the Road to WrestleMania after weeks of nothing big happening. The John Cena heel turn is already talked about and the hype for WrestleMania is now back in full swing!"

[9.0] "Elimination Chamber 2025 was a show I wasn't too excited for admittedly, so as you can see by my rating, I was very pleasantly surprised with this show. Starting out hot with the Womens Elimination Chamber, it started out great with the return of Jade Cargill (a month too late but still) A lot of WWE Kayfabe annoys me, like seriously nobody even called Jade to see if she was okay? I doubt she couldn't speak or move her hands for 3 months and then suddenly got all feeling back, it makes for a shocking moment of her turning on Naomi, and admittedly it was a great beatdown. Jade then didn't enter the match in Naomi's place. Overall I thought the order of eliminations were perfect, and my god do I feel bad for Liv Morgan at this point, runner up in 2 rumbles and 2 elimination chambers? The in-ring action was great, probably on par with last years chamber for me in terms of best womens chambers of all time. Bianca Belair wins and sets up a clash with Rhea Ripley at WM41, it's a megastar match because these 2 are the biggest womens division stars since the 4 horsewomen & Asuka, but I do feel like Ripley VS Belair is one of those mega-matches that needs one to be the Royal Rumble winner, maybe Iyo Sky wins tomorrow night on Raw and we get a change, I doubt it. Either way, I suppose it seems Jade Cargill is only going after Naomi for now, Roxanne & Bayley's feud is continuing and Alexa Bliss came out of this looking great, all things considered, this was a very good match in all aspects, I am happy that Bianca is moving back into singles action now too, although I feel like it really should have been Bianca VS Jade this year. Candice & Nia Jax then faced off against Trish & Tiffany, good to see Trish back again in Canada, she continues her streak of being undefeated in tag team matches in Toronto. It was a decent match, served it's purpose and builds Tiffany's momentum back up for her to officially devote all attention to Charlotte. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn were next, I was half & half with this match, I think it's wasted, Sami & Kevin have feuded time and time again and after their lackluster feud in 2021 I'll admit - I only wanted to see a Kevin VS Sami feud again if it was for a World Title. But by the end of this one they swayed me around to them again, I still stand by my point of this match never should've happened but since it did, what a match, it felt like their old ROH bouts, all it was missing was blood for it to be basically identical. I loved the match itself and it was good seeing Randy Orton return post-match. Orton VS Owens is locked in for WM, but as for what Sami is going to do now? No idea, he might miss the show entirely unless he politics himself into Chad Gable's spot again. Another good match all things considered though. Finally in terms of in-ring action we have the Mens Chamber, I'll never be a fan of the fact they put both Logan Paul & Damien Priest in this match but considering those outstanding facts, I really liked this match, I didn't like Drew McIntyre being eliminated as early as he was, it feels an absolute waste of a Mania match putting him against Priest, LA Knight is right there with a ready made feud for the US Title (The only title McIntyre needs to become Mr. Grand Slam) But the rest of this match was really good, especially the ending with Punk & Cena showing their chemistry transcends age. John Cena won this match and I was very happy with that result, mainly because I thought if he was losing then he'd be against Logan Paul, and if that were to happen I literally would never forgive the WWE. Cody VS Cena at WM41, that's a dream match right there. After the match directly we had Cody come out to the ring to face off with Cena, and then prepare for his segment with The Rock. John Cena didn't leave the ring so you know he's there for a reason. The Rock comes out with Travis Scott (Not sure what the link there is.) Rock & Cody build up the moment well and Cody's line of telling Rock to go *Censored by Netflix* himself drew a great reaction and rightfully so, there was a bit of cringe with John Cena hyping Cody up, where you knew something was coming and The Rock quite flamboyantly cutting his own throat to enter Cena's Final Boss Sleeper Agent phase was brilliant. The beatdown of Cody was amazing too (up until Travis Scott decided to get involved and punched Cody too.) but will forever be overlooked as to how momentous this occasion was. John Cena is a heel, and while I wouldn't have done it like this and feel there was a better story to be had here, I'm more than happy with this outcome and I am infinitely more excited for the road to WrestleMania and this match. Because it builds an interesting story of "I kinda want to see Cena win #17 but at the same time, he's The Rock's whipping boy so I sort of don't? " I like it. I liked this show. I haven't said that about a main roster PPV since Backlash nearly a year ago. Summerslam being the only decent show in-between. Props to WWE for taking the risk on the Cena heel turn. Props to everyone involved with this show, it was a good watch and actually delivered and made sense storyline wise. 9/10."

The show kicked off with a fantastic Women's Chamber match--fast-paced, intense, and full of great moments. Jade Cargill's return was a highlight, and the rest of the match kept the energy high. In contrast, the Women's Tag match felt like a cooldown segment--nothing bad, just forgettable. The Unsanctioned Match between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn was storytelling at its finest. Brutal, emotional, and perfectly executed. The post-match return of Randy Orton was an excellent touch, setting up a highly anticipated KO vs. Orton clash at WrestleMania. The Men's Chamber match delivered big, with each competitor playing their role to perfection. Punk, Rollins, and Cena as the final three were phenomenal, and while Cena winning wasn't shocking, WWE made it feel significant. Up to this point, the show was sitting at a strong 8.5. But then came the main event segment with Cody Rhodes and The Rock--simply masterful! The tension, the execution, the storytelling--it was wrestling at its absolute peak. And then, Cena's heel turn. One of the best-executed turns in WWE history! It was shocking, yet logical, and instantly created a historic moment. For years, I've criticized WWE for failing to deliver unforgettable moments. Tonight, they proved me wrong. This was an all-time classic event."

I mean, that was a really great moment, but the rest of the show was mostly fine. Women's match was pretty middling and very predictable, although I thought Roxanne did great (**3/4), the men's match was pretty boring and was a bunch of moves being done until Punk & Cena got involved for the last part of the match (***), and as for KO & Sami, it was good, but they've had FAR better matches in ROH, PWG and WWE. Not even a top 5 match between them, and yet that's the one Dave finally gives 5 stars to...alright man. It was ***1/2 for me. Ending aside, and seeing Punk & Cena finally go at it again, this was really just a decent show being overrated for the ending."

The women's contenders showed how gifted they are, Trish had a cool moment in her hometown once again, Zayn & KO have written possibly the final chapter in their saga, and the star-studded main event spoke for itself. After sculpting the PLE for weeks with a mix of emotions from the fans, this clearly shows that the road to WrestleMania has taken a crazy turn!"

[7.0] "Ok, what happened here will go down in history as one of the biggest and greatest WTF moments not just in WWE history, but in all of Pro-Wrestling. MFing John Cena turning heel? Dude, that's some multiverse shit right there. It was so unthinkable and the whole segment was very well done (I think the "Go Fuck Yourself" line could've had a bit more of build-up and fuck, don't let Travis Scott get into physical action ever again). Still, until Cena explains his reasons for doing this, I think it's quite nonsensical he goes heel at this stage of his career. Either that, or his whole Babyface persona for the last 22 years has been nothing but the biggest farce ever, which honestly, it would make his whole career mean shit. It would kinda make sense that Cena went heel because after being in Hollywood full-time he got to know all the good stuff that made The Rock retire from full-time competition and he once was critical with, so by doing this it's the confirmation that Cena fell into temptation and Cody Rhodes, as the new face of the company, has to be somewhat of the new moral standard in replacement of Cena. It's a nice story, and I hope they get to tell it really good like last year's story with Rock and Roman went. Still, I think people really just judges something based of if something in particular that's heavily relevant in the show is greatly good or greatly bad. What I'm saying is, this show is nowhere near being a 10 or a 9 at all and there's barely any objectivity, and also a big case of having low standards. Sami vs KO is not that great of a match. I've seen a lot of people calling it a massacre. God, if that's a massacre, then what's Foley vs Edge, Foley vs Taker, Foley vs Orton, Foley vs Flair, Foley vs HHH? Too much Foley examples, I now, but those were REAL massacres, this was a very regular Extreme Rules, No DQ, No Holds Barred, Street Fight that you would see in basically any PPV in the last 15 years, with the difference there is some big story behind that kinda elevates it a little. Sami and Kevin were splendid, their performance, psychology and storytelling was on point, but the problem is how light and how inhibiting WWE booked it. I wasn't moved at all by the match, I didn't feel anything from it until the final stretch (which happens to me a lot currently with most big matches in WWE). I think there was a lack of connective tissue between sequences that made the match not feeling completely fluid, completely emotional and unique. It needed to me more hardcore, more violent, and not neccesarily in an ECW way. Just watch Gargano vs Ciampa from Takeover New Orleans and you'll see what this match should've been. The women's tag match was fine for what it was. Just plain fanservice and homage for Trish Stratus, but the action was nice and Tiff was the one that ended up finishing things and getting the spotlight as she should. Nothing more to add to that. And about the Chambers, I liked Women's better than men's. Men's felt bigger because of the names, the stakes and some fanservice moments like Cena and Punk meeting again, but the Women's did have a better performance, more intense, more violent, more physical, hitting hard with everything surrounding them and the booking was good, except by how Bianca won. I'm ok with her winning it, she's the best option to have a great Title match at WrestleMania, but making her win the match after having a meltdown watching Jade return to kill Naomi just don't make any sense. That thing should've made her lost all focus on the match, she should've made mistakes that lead her into losing. I think that Jade's return should've been done later. The impact would've been the same and Bianca winning would've made more sense. And now, I don't know how they're going to mix both of her stories now. Is she going to ignore the Jade and Naomi thing like that now she is going after the World Title? Let's see what happened on SmackDown. Men's Chamber was good, fine action, good build-up, the sense of urgence was there but nothing was truly great aside from the fanservice face-offs between Cena and Punk and the final stretch with Rollins also involved in the run for victory. The finish was greatly done, Rollins costing Punk his so desired main event as he claimed Punk would main event WrestleMania over his dead body, and Cena not hesitating at all to win the match with the STF, a very heelish thing to do that goes well with his posterior heel turn. It was a good event, with one of the most shocking moments in Wrestling history, but aside from that final segment, nothing in the show was truly of great quality and I think it could've been so much better."

[9.0] "WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 is the modern version of WCW Bash At The Beach 1996 in terms of culture shock and having a great match on the card (of course the current show is much better overall), KO vs. Sami is the match that steals the show in terms of workrate, just like Misterio and Psychosis stole it 30 years ago and the big highlight and what makes this show historic and an industry milestone is the unexpected heel turn of the greatest babyface of all in a completely shocking way, after years of waiting, Heel Cena is among us (but Hogan's heel turn is still bigger). The show starts with a great women's EC match that determined the challenger for the women's world title at WM and in less than a minute we already have the return of Jade Cargill surprisingly brutalizing Naomi, I'm not a Jade fan at all, but this attack made her look like a beast, positive point, shame they didn't make Naomi get pinned or replaced by someone from the roster to fill this gap in the match, but otherwise the match was great with Bianca and Liv standing out, but mainly Liv Morgan who was the MVP of this match with one of, if not the best performance I've ever seen from her in a match (***3/4), Trish/Tiffy vs. Nia/Candice: this match had no need to be on the show and could have easily happened on SmackDown the night before, the lowest point of the night (**1/2), KO vs. Sami: these two were born to fight each other, another classic, MOTN (****1/2). Men's EC: to tell the truth, this EC was nothing special. It's a pretty mediocre match for the most part, saved especially by the Punk vs. Rollins matchup. Another point I want to highlight is that even though everyone is hysterical about John Cena's (incredible) heel turn, please forgive me, but he's completely finished in the ring. During it, he only used the five moves of doom and spammed finishers. The final part of the match, for example, is a huge finisher fest. The turn will give his already worn-out character a good refresh. But in terms of the match, WWE will have to really overbook to make up for the limitations he has in the ring to deliver a good main event at WrestleMania (***1/2). Finally, I wanted to leave a comment on the final segment and the thing that bothered me the most about all of this: WHAT THE HELL IS TRAVIS SCOTT DOING IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE OF THE GREATEST MOMENTS IN THE HISTORY OF THE BUSINESS? Man, this is unacceptable, especially since he injured Cody Rhodes. I know WWE is crazy about celebrities and main stream advertising, but a moment like this, with this importance and the two biggest names in the industry involved, doesn't need a celebrity lost in the middle. Here is my discontent with this issue and my happiness with the turn and the KO vs. Sami match, a strong candidate for the best PPV of the HHH era and one of the best b-shows in history."

[7.0] "Honestly, this PPV is very good for Triple H's booking, I highly doubt HHH would have booked Cena's turn heel, whether or not HHH would have booked it is some of the best segments in recent years. Still the PPV isn't 9 as a mark on Cagematch by a long shot, why? because the lead up to this PPV was boring and basically everything WWE does nowadays is ultra overrated because it's WWE. The women's elimination chamber wasn't bad, although there were no memorable spots or anything, just repeated spots from any elimination chamber. The good stuff came with Jade Cargill's turn heel out of nowhere attacking Naomi although I don't know if I'd call it a turn heel since she's just getting revenge. Still Bianca wins, which doesn't bother me as Bianca is a good wrestler and that fight possibly against Rhea Ripley at WR 41 is a dream match whether we want it or not, and if you get IYO SKY in the middle of it GOD. The pairs wrestling is pointless, a filler weekly show match that I'm not going to comment on. The fight between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn is being overrated, it's not the best between them two, although I have to admit that the spots were very good and brutal (but between this fight and the one Owens had with Cody I'll take the one with Cody). The elimination chamber was booked decently, neither good nor bad, a war crime was to eliminate Drew McIntre like a bitch, eliminated by someone who does not matter, by Damian Priest. John Cena wins the Elimination Chamber in a good way by eliminating CM Punk, and from there he started to build to his eventual change to heel at the end, attacking Cody Rhodes in a beautiful way, really a great ending. When they do things right I say so, and the ending of this PPV really is the only real highlight, but as people who consume WWE nowadays are satisfied with the minimum that happens, well I understand that they give it a 9 or a 10. For me this PPV the only out of this world thing it has is a little bit the women's elimination chamber, maybe the fight between Sami and Owens (not a big fan) and the end of the PPV. Very overrated. Still I don't rate it at the moment, I want to wait for RAW to see how they book the fight between Rhea vs IYO SKY. Edit: IYO DID IT LETS GOOOO, it's gonna be a transitional reign but anyway qkjsbcdbjcls. So I'm going to be generous and give it a 7 when the platform lets me."

The Trish/Tiffany vs. Nia and Candice match was fine for what it was, always love to see the OG GOAT Trish come back and anything Tiffany does is gold. The Women's chamber match was EASILY the best women's chamber match of all time and one of the best overall Chamber matches of all time if you ask me. I'd give it a 4.5/5. Liv Morgan was the star of the night and put on a superstar performance. Bliss still got it, Roxanne is a future star, Bianca is still Bianca, just all around great stuff. The Men's chamber was everything I wanted it to be, as a kid that grew up in the Ruthless Aggression and PG era's, I shouldn't have to explain it. CM Punk has been my favorite wrestler since 2008, John Cena was my superhero, and my favorite match of all time is their bout at MITB 2011. My only gripe about the match is that they need to stop playing with Drew McIntyre. It's excellent character work, but the Priest storyline moves nobody. Pivot from that ASAP. Other than that, everyone in here absolutely killed it, even Logan Paul (who is a fantastic worker and you know it.) I can't say anything about the closing segment that hasn't already been said. In my eyes, the following tag-match is the lowlight of the show, as neither the atmosphere nor the performance convince me. But it's enough to cool things down a bit before the emotional bout between Zayn and Owens. This Unsanctioned Match is also too dominant in the books for me, as in this constellation there have been far better matches to marvel at in the past. Let's move on to the main event, which thrives on excitement and combines some decent storylines. The Rock enters the stage! Why the Final Boss thinks he has to show up alongside an interchangeable, scrawny-looking, scowling and obligatory energy drink sipping rapper that nobody in the rest of the world knows may be his decision, but Cena's turn comes out of the blue. And for me, almost fifteen years too late. In my eyes, this clearly devalues the Chaingang Commander here, because instead of shining brightly on his ride into the sunset in the annoying but still significant gimmick, he just comes across as a random henchman for Johnson, pale and nasty like his own sidekick B-2 once was. Elimination Chamber generates memorability, but is clearly too erratic, especially in the first half of the show, to get me excited for more than six points."

Good action throughout, though some of the eliminations were weak and there could have been more done to build up rivalries. Liv really shined here and was the MVP of this match. Bianca wins, which is a bit boring but it made sense for her to get the title match at WrestleMania (7.5/10). Tiffy/Trish vs Candice/Nia was an okay filler match meant to give Trish a win in front of her hometown fans. The match went too long and nothing really stood out. Something more important could have been on the card (4/10). KO vs Sami Zayn in the Unsanctioned Match was really good. They beat the hell out of each other in about as rough of a hardcore style match as there can be in WWE. There were enough big bumps here to keep things interesting, but the lack of blood brought this down. Owens gets a much-needed victory after losing a lot recently. Orton makes his return to confront Owens, presumably setting up a WrestleMania match between them (8.5/10). The men's Elimination Chamber match was great. Really good wrestling with a lot of story advancement for WrestleMania. The first half was a little underwhelming, but a perfect second half more than made up for it. Cena turned back the clock for this one, he was awesome here as he picked up the win to face Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania (9/10). Then to end the show we get what we never thought was possible: a John Cena heel turn. Cena sells his soul to The Rock as they brutally beat down Cody. It was as shocking as it was amazing. Elimination Chamber 2025 was a great show. The important matches delivering and Cena's heel turn have done a lot to hype up WrestleMania 41 after a less than stellar build prior to this. 9/10"

Admittedly, a wrestling company that has very questionable owners and hires the likes of Logan Paul, but a wrestling company nonetheless. A John Cena heel turn, 15 years too late, just makes me shrug my shoulders. Again, four matches is pathetic. And only one of them was memorable. This show also shows the frustrations of WWE. By all accounts the Royal Rumble was terrible, and this is a vast difference and a big improvement. No one else can. This is AWESOME. Politics, chaos aside at the start of the show, this was probably my favorite PLE in the 2020s. Had me on the edge of my seat the entire night. Unsanctioned match is easily MOTN. Cody telling Rock to go F himself, awesome. Cena heel turn? WERE HERE FOR IT. (Also, what was Travis doing when Cena turned heel bro why was he there? Lmao) 9/10, taking a point off for McAfee because he kept bringing up how the Canadian crowd booed the AMERICAN anthem."

[10.0] "I think I just witnessed the greatest monthly PLE of all time. From start to finish, this show delivered on every level, with huge moments, brutal matches, emotional storytelling, and an ending that will be talked about for years. The Women's Chamber match was the perfect way to kick things off. Jade Cargill interfering right at the start caught me off guard, but I did not expect her to take out Naomi before the match even began. That moment alone set the tone for the chaos that followed. Liv Morgan was the undeniable MVP, putting on a career-defining performance. She's been on fire in 2024 and 2025, and honestly, I wish she had won instead of Bianca Belair. That said, I get why Bianca won, and that final face-off with Rhea and Iyo was a chef's kiss kind of moment. The Trish and Tiffany vs. Nia and Candice match was fine but felt like filler. Trish getting that hometown pop was great, and Tiffany keeps proving she belongs, but beyond that, the match didn't add much, just a nice, fun moment for the crowd. Then came absolute chaos, Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn. This match had everything, from barbed wire and hockey sticks to insane bumps and raw emotion. These two are wrestling soulmates, and every time they fight, it's pure magic. The moment when Randy Orton returned to stop Owens from doing even more damage was unreal, adding an extra layer of storytelling that made it even more special. Easily an early contender for Match of the Year. The Men's Chamber match was just as incredible. It started slow but hit another gear when Cena, Punk, and Rollins were the final three. That moment when Punk and Cena locked eyes, followed by that emotional hug, almost had me in tears. Seeing them relive their legendary battles from 2011 to 2013, their chemistry is on another level, pure wrestling magic. Cena winning was bittersweet, I really wanted Punk to win, but seeing my childhood win again after all these years was special. But what happened after completely changed everything. And then, history happened, John Cena's heel turn. I still can't believe it. The way his entire demeanor shifted as he hugged Cody while The Rock pointed at him was masterful, and no one does that kind of shift like Cena. Then came the brutality, with Cody bleeding and the belt shot, it was uncomfortable, shocking, and yet perfect. Cena siding with The Rock isn't just a heel turn, it's a full-blown reinvention of his legacy, and the possibilities for what comes next are endless. I'm beyond excited for this new era of Heel Cena and the idea of him winning his 17th world title as a villain is insane. But I won't lie, there's a part of me that's sad. Cena was the ultimate childhood hero, the guy who taught us to never give up. Seeing him throw it all away in what could be his final year is both heartbreaking and fascinating. This wasn't just a great show, it was legendary. The matches delivered, the storytelling was on another level, and that ending was cinema. 10/10, no debate. This one will be remembered forever."

[9.0] "If not for the pointless Women's Tag Team match, the PLE would have been perfect. All loose ends were tied up in the best way possible. For example: 1) The Elimination Chamber match was the perfect place to reveal Jade's mysterious attacker, because it allowed them to include all the key figures of the story, subvert our expectations with both Liv Morgan and Naomi being simultaneously in the ring, and make Bianca witness the beatdown of her friend while limiting her ability to interfere whatsoever. 2) WWE did a great job making the Unsanctioned Match feel really unsanctioned. The referee not wearing the traditional shirt and the dimmed lights created this gritty atmoshpere, perfect for this grudge match, or rather a fight, I should say. And what a fight it was! I rarely rate matches, but this match deserves a 9/10. 3) I almost shed a tear of happiness when Randy Orton hinted at the come back of the Punt Kick. It's a good thing he didn't hit it so early into the feud, I'm sure we will see it later anyway. His quads are humongous, though. I want to hop on whatever the Viper has hopped on to develop that kind of legs. 4) I've been waiting for Cena's turn for 15 years. Thank God, I didn't spoil myself the results of the show beforehand, because I would have probably killed myself if someone/something informed me that Cena turned heel. I've been advocating for the turn ever since the retirement tour was declared, but even I didn't expect it to happen so fast. Truly a generational moment in the history of professional wrestling. Now all the overacting, fooling around, and not appearing on the last SmackDown make perfect sense. Can't wait to hear his new theme song (probably featuring him and Travis Scott), see his new presentation, and his new haircut (a razor-shaved head would be the way to go, but I doubt it will happen)."

Men's chamber match was really good with Cena getting the win and Rollins Punk angle getting more heat. Most shocking ending to a ple that I have ever seen. The Owens/Zayn match is good but they did so many and much better ones that in the end I'm almost disappointed. The two elimination chambers play with the rules and it's a bit too much with the two big returns, plus the heel turn. [9.0] "Elimination Chamber 2025 was a very eventful PLE from the WWE. Both Elimination Chamber matches was quite good. The women's Chamber match started off hot with the return of Jade Cargill to take out Naomi, seemingly confirming she was the one that took Cargill out a few months ago. The action inside the structure was extremely fun with Liv Morgan being the standout performer. Bianca was the predictable winner and that is okay because there is some intrigue now that Jade is back and the Women's World Championship match between Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley on Raw. The tag team match between the tandems of Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax and Candice LeRae was quite serviceable as the babyfaces won. Trish gets a hometown win and Tiffany gets the rub from teaming with a WWE Hall of Famer. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens added another classic but brutal chapter in their long-standing blood feud. The men's Elimination Chamber match was on par with the women's Chamber with interwoven stories being told between all six men. The last few minutes was quite awesome with CM Punk and John Cena fighting like it was 2012 all over again. Then, it happened. Cody Rhodes came out to confront his WrestleMania 41 opponent before The Rock came out with Travis Scott for whatever reason. After asking for Cody's answer to his proposition to give his soul, Cody rebuked with a hearty 'Go fuck yourself! " to the delight of the Toronto crowd. It seems that was the end but John Cena suddenly hit Rhodes with a low blow and assisted Rock to beat and bloodied up Rhodes. John Cena has turned heel and sold his soul for the Final Boss in the most-shocking PLE ending we have seen in years. This show was incredible and set us into overdrive on the road towards Las Vegas and WrestleMania 41."

[10.0] "Triple H really showed out with this PLE after a lackluster Royal Rumble event. The night began with a phenomenal women's elimination chamber match which features six of the best in-ring female wrestlers on the WWE roster. However, the tone of the night was set when Jade Cargill returned and shockingly attacked Naomi. The story was beautifully written and the facial expressions between Naomi and Belair was subtle, yet significant. The match itself was great to watch with all five performers having great chemistry with one other. Only weak spot on the card was next: Trish/Tiffy vs Nia/Candice. Could have honestly left this card off the show but I think was more for Trish and her kids than for the audience. But an ok match, nevertheless. Next, KO vs Sami, easily early match of the year candidate, at least for me. This match had everything, before the extreme brutality to the fantastic storytelling, along with the in-ring action, it all made for an excellent chapter in the KO vs Sami story. Two guys who are destined to fight forever, and to top it all off, Randy Orton finally returned after three months to a thunderous pop. Best forty minutes of storytelling and wrestling since Wrestlemania 40. Next was the men's elimination chamber. Featuring six of the top wrestlers on WWE's roster, the match started a but slow and really picked up when Cena, Seth, and Punk were the final three left. Cena and Punk made this match very memorable with their timeless chemistry and hopefully they square up one final time. Now finally, the final segment. John Cena finally turned heel. It was probably the most shocking heel turn of all time to be honest and that is not even recency bias, it was beautifully done and no one expected it to go down like that. One of the greatest and shocking endings to a PLE in a very long time. John Cena's heel run is a breath of fresh air and this opens up so many possibilities for him before he retires this year. Overall, the PLE was fantastic to watch, beginning to end, along with the shocking ending brought the show to a whole other level. Triple H was not kidding when he said he was the beginning of an industry changing weekend. Props to him for such a good show after a lackluster Royal Rumble event. The women's chamber is excellent with a crazy and violent start, a Roxanne Perez who shows her talent and has a great duel with Bayley, Belair who does her match and Liv Morgan who was clearly the woman of the match. I wish Liv had her big match at WM to reward her for all her hard work as a heel but she loses in a great duel to Belair. Can't wait to see the stories on the women's side. The women's tag team match is average and forgettable in terms of in ring and served as a break in the show. Tiffy was clearly the best in this match. The match between Owens and Zayn was excellent, with violence to match the rivalry. Orton's comeback was great and reignited the rivalry with a KO. Now the men's chamber. What a match again. Punk was the man of the match for his stamina, Rollins got the job done and I liked Logan Paul. I was disappointed with Cena winning at this point but the segment totally changed my mind. WHAT A MOMENT. After Cody turns down the offer, CENA MAKES A HEEL FREAKIN TURN. Unthinkable. Even 24 hours later, I still can't believe it. It's the most uncomfortable, shocking and excellent moment I've seen in 17 years. Cody getting beaten up and whipped by the belt that has Dusty's date of death written on it is INSANE. Many have criticised Travis Scott. He doesn't waste the moment and we almost forget he's there. Cody/Cena at WM is going to be cool. After a great Royal Rumble, we had a LEGENDARY chamber. Now WrestleMania 41."

Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn dann einfach brutal stark. Mein Gott! Jade coming out to turn on and take Naomi out of the match was different and quite exciting, even if this left Liv standing around by herself doing nothing temporarily. The action here was rather on the slow side, mainly kept 1 v 1 until Alexa entered and it got livelier. Roxanne had an impressive showing on her Chamber debut, and Liv took an absolute beating in this match. [Women's tag match] Basic big time match. Result I think was always going to be what it was, but Trish especially showed once again that she can still hang, as she was the babyface in peril for her team for some time, finish perhaps could have been a little better though. [Unsanctioned match] This was a brutal match, they definitely didn't hold much back on all the weapon shots and tables. At times it felt like they were rushing to do more instead of selling for longer. Lots of cool drama, and I'm glad we got a finish, as it was teased to be called off a few times. [Men's chamber] Much more action early on, with all individual stories playing out. Logan Paul's insane heat was amusing. Drew's bad luck and breakdown continues. Cena looked the odd man out to me, but he did way more than I was expecting, thought he'd be more protected. The Women's Elimination Chamber Match was great this was a super hot opener. Before the game even started we saw the return of Jade Cargill as she attacked her former friend Naomi which made her unable to compete because of the brutality Jade Cargill did to her. I have to give my flowers to Liv Morgan as she has been having an amazing 2025 she's one of the best women wrestlers on RAW she just makes anything look brutal. Bianca Belair being the one that won made so much sense I'm just glad she;'s back in the singles side of stuff her tag team stuff was fun but everyone wanted singles Bianca Belair to reappear. Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky came out to be face-to-face with Bianca Belair, and it ended in a cool shot. The Women's Tag Team Match was a solid filler match for the show. Gave Trish Stratus the hometown match and pop. Tiffany Stratton gets to check off something for her wrestling bucket list. But this match was decent, a typical tag team match, nothing too special, but it wasn't bad, it was very passable. Now, onto the current Match of the Year for me. I have this match over Kenny Omega vs. Gabe Kidd this match had everything. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are wrestling soulmates. This match was just chaotic there were hockey sticks and a barbwired chair, and we saw just brutal bumps. The match ended with two apron power bombs to Sami Zayn. But Kevin Owens wasn't done as he exposed the concrete floor to try to hit a Package Piledriver to inflict more damage to Sami Zayn but before he could Randy Orton made his return to save Sami Zayn. This was a great moment as Randy Orton tried to punt-kick Kevin Owens but was stopped by WWE officials. The Main Event came and it was a treat. Drew McIntyre was the first person eliminated from the Elimination Chamber but before he left he made his mark by taking down Damian Priest. Logan Paul was eliminated by CM Punk. Seth Rollins was taken out by CM Punk. We saw the beautiful moment of John Cena and CM Punk embracing each other as both men had a great rivalry in the early 2010s that has always been talked about since. John Cena got the win and punched his ticket to WrestleMania in his final year in wrestling as he wants to be a 17 time world champion. The show didn't end there as Cody Rhodes came out to congratulate John Cena on his victory but then The Rock finally came out to finally as Cody Rhodes if he wanted to be his champion. Cody Rhodes declined the offer as the crowd erupted which was an amazing moment. But then the turn of the century happened as John Cena turned heel for the first time in twenty-plus years as he aligned himself with The Rock. This was an amazing show best PLE from Triple H and now the Road to WrestleMania has started in a blaze of flames with John Cena selling out, and selling his soul to The Rock."

Cenas heel turn was crazy but slightly ruined by Travis Scott awkwardly standing in the background. The commentary throught the event was shockingly bad as well, McAfee further proving why he is one of the worst commentators of all time after he couldnt keep his mouth shut during cenas heel turn instead deciding to do a fucking play by play, and him bringing up the national anthem booing like 3 times was annoying af. The amount of ads on the show wasnt great either."

[10.0] "An excellent show overall, with two high-quality, well-written Chamber matches. The women's tag team wasn't very exciting, but I consider it more of an anecdotal and correct event than anything negative. And the Canadian Enemy Brothers match delivered what was expected of it, using the stipulation to good effect. What also made the show great was what happened outside the matches. Jade Cargill and Randy Orton made predictable but impactful comebacks. Both let us see the rage accumulated during their absence, notably with this teasing of the viper's fatal kick. But what will always be remembered is the historic ending to the show. We could comment for hours on this segment, finding it a few minor flaws or debating its predictability or otherwise. In any case, the shock it provoked and the tension it generated sublimated this very good show, turning it into one of those defining moments that wrestling knows how to offer us. So, despite this PLE's minor flaws, I find it the ideal embodiment of why wrestling is so enjoyable to watch. As much for what happens during the matches as for what happens outside them. In-ring quality: 4/5. Non-match angles and segments: 3/3. Bonus/Malus: Show historic and symbolic of what makes this sport so beautiful +1. Total: 10/10. Show seen on the WWE Network."

Even that was full of head scratching logic holes and probably doesn't lead to a great match, but it operating on shock and awe or maybe the rule of cool right now. Jade Cargill attack was booked great. Winner predictable, but ok. Women's Tag Team match was decent. Unsanctioned match was fantastic, really brutal, shame that none of participants bleeded. Orton's return great. Punk kick teasing is promising for WM. Men's Chamber was also really good. I still don't understand why Drew was eliminated first. Winner, the same as in Women's Chamber, predictable, but after John's heelturn much more exciting. Great PLE, much better than previous Royal Rumble. Gives a lot to Road to Wrestlemania."

[8.0] "[8/10] This was a great show by WWE and probably the best PLE they have put on since last year's Wrestlemania. It started off with a decent women's Elimination Chamber match that haf a shocking start to it with the return of Jade Cargill. The match itself was good, although the outcome was very predictable. The tag match is skippable and I completely zoned out during it, but it's the only weak match of the night. Kevin and Sami stole the show, as one would expect. Their rivalry/friendship has been going on forever and they always bring out the absolute best in one another. The men's Elimination match, again whilst predictable, was thoroughly entertaining, particularly with the interactions between Punk, Cena and Seth. Finally we had a "shocking" heel turn to close out the show and it's a turn people will be talking about for weeks and will be in the history books, as they say. Honestly, I kinda expected it. It was obvious that Cena would win and face Cody. The stuff involving Rock wanting Cody's soul was super corny. Ultimately, I came to the conclusion that one of them will be entering the match at Mania as heel and so which will get the most people talking and generate the most hype? John Cena being the one to turn of cause. He has famously been face for most of his career and fans begged for the turn for well over a decade. Regardless of my cynical attitude, it was well executed and fun as hell. So no real complaints from me there. Overall, a great PLE that has me hyped for Wrestlemania."

In the end, Cena turning was everything. Like we all had a fever dream of it happening but were convinced it wasn't going to happen but actually seeing it done is truly shocking. Im so excited to see where things are going. The way they moved into the Rhodes segment was good. WWE just needs to fix their audio issues for the home audience."

"Well, that was some show! A hot start to the Women's Chamber, which was really cool to see with Jade just looking like a straight-up boss. I still don't know where they are leaning if it's going to be Naomi only or if Bianca will be behind the attack as well. Liv was the MVP of the match, taking some brutal licks including that hair whip. Rhea vs. a heel Bianca would be fresh. Tiffy and Trish vs. Nia and Candice was a fun little match to get the hometown legend on the card. Nothing special but it did what it needed to do. Sami vs. KO was nuts. That drop-toe hold spot to the barbed-wired chair looked absolutely brutal. Those guys give it their all every single time. Love the callback with KO hitting the apron bomb and then Orton coming back was fun. KO had a perfect reaction and I really hope he gets a title run down the line. Men's Chamber really picked up with the Final 3. Not a huge fan of Drew having to feud with Priest but after they got rid of those 2 and the idiot I don't care to name, the action between Punk and Cena was awesome. So many cool reversal exchanges and callbacks. Then Seth making sure Punk doesn't go to the Main Event and screaming "DIE! " through the fence was awesome. Cena taking advantage and saying sorry to Punk, while locking in the most brutal-looking STF he's ever done was a nice touch considering what was to come. Then Cody comes out and tells Rock off, which was just incredible. It was "We can use the F-Bomb in the movie once, so make it count! " energy and Rock's reaction to just let it breathe was great too. Cena hyping up Cody was funny too. Then the embrace and the signal from the Final Boss. When Cena's face changed, it was incredible. It gave everyone a chance to yell "NO! " at the screen moments before disaster. Cena being a heel in his final year is very venturesome and I love him taking this path. His presser after losing the Rumble was a good sign this was coming and hopefully they play on Cena's desperation to win #17 as the reason he aligned with Rock. This could be the start of a legendary final run."

Jade's big return and absolute thrashing of Naomi was great and really has a chance to be the most memorable non-title women's story line for 2025. The Women's EC itself was good but not great. I would have preferred Bianca not to win so she could be involved with the Jade/Naomi story without dragging a title into it, but it was still preferable to another Liv/Rhea match. Tiffany is great but the tag match was the low point of the show. Not bad, but nothing really to write home about. I like that they put the little ref in the match to make Nia look even more intimidating. Unsanctioned match was great and the aftermath with Randy was perfect especially after the last big swerve of the night. Having Randy be a solid baby face to stand against Cena eventually is exactly what I'd want. Men's EC was really fun. Drew getting eliminated when he did having him spiral even more was great and the final 3 were all people you could believe might win. Then what is there to say about the ending. The most surprising moment in professional wrestling ever? Certainly in the last 20 years. After a middle of the road Royal Rumble the road to Mania now seems full of promise."

The final stretch was fantastic as Cena fought what one could argue is his #1 or #2 rival. It's even more interesting on a re-watch knowing what Cena did after the match. Both looked great in the ring and really gave off "unc still got it" energy. Sami vs Kevin was a brutal match that could only have been elevated with blood, though I suppose they might have avoided it to make the final segment of the show stand out. The women's chamber is also good. The Liv Morgan attacking Jade red herring was maintained until the very last second, as Liv looked like she thought Jade thought she was the culprit. Bianca and Liv's final stretch was great, Liv really has improved so much. The Tiffany Trish tag was fun for what it was, but definitely the low point of the show. And then of course we have the Cena heel turn, which is probably the biggest angle that I have been able to witness in my lifetime, and probably one of the biggest angles of all time more broadly."

The two Chamber matches were incredible, really high quality, and from Kevin vs Sami until the end was just a masterpiece, everything was brilliant, very meaningful, things that mess with your emotions, and no other company other than WWE can do it. That Unsanctioned match was awesome, Punk vs Cena was awesome, and the main event historic, it's not ideal that a PPV ends with a segment, but considering the content it was totally plausible. I thought it was very awkward that the order of the event changed from what was released, the Rock/Cody segment was supposed to go 3rd, before KO vs SZ, but they probably just fed the wrong information to the media. The fact is that, I've realized that a Cena turn was coming, but it's so awesome that when it actually happens you get crazy equally, it's something unreal, it was incredibly well done, Cena is a phenomenal actor, his expressions were awesome. The Rock selling the F-bomb from Cody is one of my favorite moments ever, that was amazing, and later it happened what the entire world has saw, Cena, Rock and Travis Scott demolishing Cody, which will make him one of the hottest babyfaces ever."

The tag match was the weakest and was very uninspiring. Obviously the best match and subsequently the most violent one was not the featured stipulation. KO Sami, was there ever any doubts. And the main event had a very strong story to work with in the men's chamber, which was good. For years and years, pretty much since I began watching wrestling at the age of 10-11 people have booed Cena and wanted him to turn, and they finally gave the fans what they wanted and I couldn't be more excited for the rest of now until Wrestlemania. This show usually features the after thoughts of mania matches with little building ever really happening but this is probably the best they have ever done at making this one of their top show in the company. The Womens EC and Sami vs Owens matches were fantastic. The womens tag was just to solidify Stratton more and get some home town love. But the main event shifted something that no one saw coming, and for that, this show has to be a 10/10. It may have just been 1 angle to move that meter, but with Cargill turning, Orton returning, Cena finally caving in to capitalize on his last chance, this show was great. 10/10"

Women's chamber match was fine, the tag match was eh, KO and Sami Zayn had a really good match that was kind of hampered by it both defeating the point of an unsanctioned match and by Triple H's cinema obsession. Men's chamber was decent after the first 3 eliminations but was still largely boring throughout. On top of my issues with the actual wrestling on the wrestling show, this still had all the issues of Triple H's PPVs, in that it is made a slog by the fact that this four match card went 3 and a half hours, about half of which was ads, and by the fact that it seems to be a show made by people who are ashamed of the fact they're doing wrestling. Regarding the big heel turn itself, it's still undoubtedly a really cool moment even if I think it came about a decade too late to have quite the amount of oomph people are saying it has, but even then, it only bumps this up to a 6. Just watch the ending segment on YouTube."

The show started out hot with Jade Cargill storming out and proceeding to murder Naomi while Bianca Belair watched on helplessly. What followed was possibly the best women's chamber to date with some great spots and a big Bianca Belair win. The tag match was perfectly fine in its role of giving the crowd a feel-good win for Trish and Tiffany, and worked as a nice breather between the chamber and the next match. Kevin and Sami was brutal. Describing this match by listing its spots really does not do it justice; for me it was the best match on the card and lived up to expectations as a violent encounter. Randy Orton's return at the end was brilliant and the way he teased the punt with the crowd knowing exactly what was going on was just perfect. Then we had the men's chamber match which, again, was fantastic and had a great finish with John Cena capitalising on the fallen CM Punk and getting the desperation win. Had the show ended here, it would have been a really good show. But, the cherry on top for this incredible show was the closing angle. We had Cody Rhodes refusing to sell his soul to The Rock, even dropping a rare F-bomb in the process, only for John Cena to give him a vicious low blow and for him and The Rock (and Travis Scott) to bloody Cody Rhodes as the crowd watched in shock. This closing angle was perfectly executed, and will go down as one of the most impactful heel turns in wrestling, putting it up there with the likes of Hulk Hogan in 1996 and Steve Austin in 2001."

The first half of the show itself was actually a bit on the weaker side - the women's Chamber match was mostly fine, with some good chaos at the beginning with Jade Cargill attacking Naomi to take her out of the match, but I found the action to be mostly "just fine" - nothing really bad; nothing really good. The women's tag match was the weakest part of the show; it was OK but just seemed like a throwaway Raw match. Things picked up a lot in the back half, though, with Owens and Zayn putting in another great chapter in their storied rivalry. The men's Chamber match itself was also strong, with some good action and exchanges, though I certainly would've rather seen somebody other than Logan Paul in that spot. (They also really need to do something about the commentary - on this show, Barrett was good, but McAfee was absolutely insufferable, and also managed to bring out the worst in Cole.) Overall the show did a great job of building for WrestleMania, which had been a bit lacking up to this point, and the closing angle is sure to be on highlight reels for years to come."

The women's chamber started off a little rough and often lacked heat but got really fun by the end and Bianca was definitely the right choice there - excited for what is presumably going to be a triple threat at Mania. Tiff/Trish vs. Nia/Candice was a total nothing match and just there for the entrance pop in Canada but it wasn't all time bad or anything, just pointless. The Kevin/Sami unsanctioned match is pretty polarizing it seems, I was not a huge fan for reasons I talked about in my review of that match, but I'll just say the fact I didn't really care about such a classic pairing really bummed me out over halfway through the show. The men's chamber was very good, highlighted by some incredible chemistry after all this time between Cena and Punk, truly delightful to watch with a really dramatic finishing stretch. And then, of course. Incredible, unbelievable angle at the end of the show - by far the highlight commercially and for good reason. Spectacular work by all parties involved, felt completely different tonally than anything else on the show (probably because it was Dwayne's creative) and is truly a generational heel turn from WWE's golden boy - incredible stuff. Overall a good show that I had ups and downs with but the close to the show was so great I can't be too critical."

This one was no exception to that rule as we got only one stinker match with a dull tag match but the Elimination chambers were both solid and you had a great unsanctioned match. Starting with the women's chamber, we had the return of Jade Cargill and for her to, unshockingly, attack Naomi as it's revealed she was the one who attacked Jade. The rest of the chamber was solid, and Bianca winning was the right choice. I am excited to finally have the Bianca Rhea dream match that people have been wanting for the past few years now. The women's tag match was definitely the worst of the night, but it was still decent and nothing horrible. Tiffany shows her versatility as being able to perform as both a heel and now a babyface; her future is very bright, and I'm looking forward to her match with Charlotte at Mania. The KO Sami match was an amazing display of brutality between two wrestling soulmates. I'm glad KO finally picked up a major win with this new psychotic heel character, and I am much looking forward to his feud with Randy. The question I have, however, is what's next for Sami Zayn? Hopefully not Karrion Kross. The men's chamber was fantastic from a story standpoint. Punk/Cena still create magic together after 12 years, and Seth is great as usual. My only complaint is Drew losing to another roll-up. Especially to Damien Priest, who I have no interest in seeing in a Mania program between the two men. Now, of course, we have what everyone is buzzing about. Cody rejects The Rock, but Cena does not and turns heel for the first time since 2002 and the first time as a main eventer. Wow. This story has so many layers, and I can't wait to see what's next!"

Regardless, there was barely one good match on the card, and that was the men's Elimination Chamber. It really picked up once Punk, Rollins, and Cena were the only ones left, and from there, it was such a fun watch. But before that, we had to sit through yet another multi-women's match filled with over-choreographed nonsense, where everyone was too focused on their next spot instead of reading the room. Then, the tag team match was ruined by the lifeless crowd, and Owens vs Zayn was just a horrendous indie garbage match - no aggression, no psychology, and, most importantly, no selling. Their Ring of Honor fanbase was probably thrilled, but for any normal wrestling fan, this was awful. At least Orton had a great comeback, and he's going to make sure Kevin has a proper match with him. And then, THE heel turn... On the surface, it makes no sense, but let's see how they decide to explain it. At the very least, it was unpredictable and executed extremely well, but my final opinion depends on whether it actually makes sense."

Then it's the show's little flaw, the match pitting Tiffy & Trish against Jax & Candice which is there just for Stratus's home pop and I didn't feel the crowd was into it, so it's a miss, 3 Stars. But fortunately the 2 best friends and worst enemies Zayn & Owens proved once again that they're 2 of the best All Time wrestlers by giving us a huge Banger. I loved the fact that WWE hid the logos as well as changing the referee's outfit to insist that he didn't endorse this match - that's the kind of detail I'm unanimous about. Orton's return at the end helped build up Wrestlemania, which was really cool, btw I give this match a 4.75*. And to conclude the show we had a Main-Event that was just breathtaking! Quite simply, it's my favorite Elimination Chamber Match of all time! The atmosphere was insane, the spots were so cool, and we told a lot of stories to build the road to Wrestlemania. And the winner was the icing on the cake! And it could have ended like that, the show was very good, a good 8/10, but no! Cody arrives to confront Cena, Travis Scott and The Rock turn up on a Final Boss x Fein remix, I never thought I'd say that. Cody refuses The Rock's offer and the rest is history. For the first time in 20 years, John Cena made his Heel Turn. John Cena has sold his soul to the devil! WWE took us by surprise, we all thought Cena was going to make his last run with the support of the fans to win his 17th world title and close it out in style but no. Cena did the unthinkable - he sided with the corrupt authoritarian face he'd fought for 20 years. The lure of money drove him to do the unthinkable. The Rock, John Cena and Travis Scott came out of nowhere to beat the WWE World Champion to a pulp. Bravo WWE this show was crazy! [9/10]"

And the big problem here is that we have a 3 and 1/2 hour show with only 4 matches. In between the matches, we have commercials, marketing, crowd shots, recaps of the Rock. But where are the promos from wrestlers hyping their upcoming matches? Where are the backstage segments to build heat? Where are the short, energetic matches to break the pace and build up the crowd before the featured matches? I did not like the pacing of this event at all. And for that, I'm rating this PLE as just satisfactory."

But they give us like 20 minutes of useless promos between each matches. 3 out of the 4 matches were great, but don't tell me they coudln't have cut a bit of the useless tag match and cut a bit of Dwayne 45 minutes entrance, and give us the Rhea and Io match, or an US title match, or Ic or anything. And don't give me the «It guve us time to breath between matches», no one need 20 minute after a match. I still can't stand her voice but her development in the ring is noteworthy. I have no opinions regarding the tag match. The brutal unsanctioned match between KO and Sami was spectacular, but you would except no less from the two of the very best. Men's chamber match was good. Only issue I have is they made Drew look like a bitch once again. Cena winning due to Seth's interference foreshadowed his heel turn. I really loved Owens depressed look at the end, it really told the whole story and Orton coming back, so cool! The men's ec got off to a fairly normal start, and you would suddenly find yourself in a triple threat between Cena, Punk and Rollins. Nothing but greatness beyond this point as the two old rivals still had the same chemistry which was lovely to see. Punk losing in the end wasn't as disappointing since he was screwed out by Rollins and I can only imagine where their rivalry goes from here. Then we seamlessly transition to The Rock segment. The second match women's tag team with Trish Stratus in her hometown was skippable, then a lot of fast forward to get to a big Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn! What an epic feud, very good obviously but still a little disappointed, it lacked some impact and violence/blood, started too slow and boring, then picked up but it was too much of a regular PG style hardcore match, but a good one at least. Still, WWE proved with Punk vs McIntyre HIAC and the last segment that they can have some balls and go crazy, should have treated this match more seriously imo. Men's Chamber was surprisingly carried by John Cena and CM Punk who worked their asses off! Most of the match was the classic soft and forgettable action we've seen since 2010, but those two vets made it more memorable! Then the biggest part of this show was the closing angle with Cody, Rock and the shocking Cena heel turn! Could have been perfect without that Travis guy ruining this sacred moment, as he apparently didn't know/forgot what to do. And it would be 2 hour and 15 minutes of total content if you include the promos, the entrance and the aftermath. And soul selling ceremony was 17 minutes. Rest of the one hour is wasted on Ads, and I know this is how WWE earns it revenue but this still isn't acceptable for a PLE to waste 2 matches worth of time for advertisements. And as a guy who is watching live at 5:30 am, this all things are putting back to sleep. And this is why I am hating the TRIPLE H's 4-5 match formula because a 3 hours ppv can easily content 7-8 matches, and 4 hours ppv can have 10 matches. It isn't working for me. Still a great show"

The gold standard for heel turns over the last 30 years was Hulk Hogan in WCW to form the New World Order, and this was by far the closest to that in worldwide impact. It's turned an uninspiring Mania 41 build into must see TV, and certainly a great recovery from that "Cody's Soul" promo. My only criticism would be that there weren't people trying to break it up, and it gave the impression that the locker room didn't care about Rhodes, or were scared of Cena or The Rock, but the sheer scale of something we never thought would happen finally happening makes this one of the great WWE angles."

Sure, it's still a WWE show, and as such there are structural elements in the show that still annoy me - such as a slow pace and a tiny card - but they were much more bearable tonight. Except for Pat McAfee; dear god, the whining about the national anthem was a major irritant, and whilst a bit of friendly international banter can sometimes add to proceedings (just ask Bret Hart), there's a time and a place for it, and tonight was neither. But even with the small card, this was a very good show with two matches at "rather good" and one excellent match, and even the worst match wasn't a complete stinker. And hey, we finally got the Cena heel turn! I had a feeling after the Rumble presser it was going to happen, and I'm glad to see it effected as well as it was. Having Travis Scott in the ring for it was a bit silly, though; feels like classic WWE over-egging the pudding (see also: the friendship bracelet spot during the Drew/Punk HIAC). Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn was a perfectly standard if not kinda boring brawl that was hurt badly by the over the top commentary behaving as if we were watching two men on the verge of crippling one another, when nothing they were doing came across any more dangerous or remarkable than any other standard WWE brawl. Paul Levesque era lazy four match PPVs are deadly consistent in the areas of wasting half of the run time with endless dead space between the limited matches, and long boring bouts that struggle to hold the attention of the live fans. The women's tag match was nothing to write home about, but the Sami KO match was a great showcase of both men's skill and chemistry in ring. The end of this show was incredible, and one of the most shocking moments in modern wrestling history that will be talked about for years if not decades to come. I hope the momentum continues into Wrestlemania, and that we have yet another classic mania to look forward to."

But this event will forever be remembered for possibly the greatest heel turn in wrestling history. A forever babyface superstar who has been the company face and mascot for the past 2 decades but has not won a match on his own in like 6-7 years and in his final year as a wrestler wants to achieve that record breaking 17th title has sold his soul to the evil corporate madman. An awesome show with an all-time ending."

Both Chamber matches delivered, with winners that made sense for the ongoing storylines. However, the real standout was Zayn and Owens. They added another unforgettable chapter to their 20-year rivalry with a match that was equal parts brutal and brilliant. It was exactly what it needed to be: violent, emotional, and utterly compelling. From start to finish, this was a solid show that accomplished exactly what it set out to do: build excitement and intrigue for WrestleMania 41."

But also, the woman chamber was a blast, we got jade back on a cool return, then sami and ko was the greatest thing ever and also randy is back! Then some trish stratus love which is always nice to see (i mixed the order of those two sorry) and then the main chamber. An all timer event, unbelievable from start to finish"

"I can't rate the show, since I didn't watch it in full and only watched the last two matches. However, I wanted to take the opportunity to say something here considering that this is wrestling history. Cena has been bland and depthless for almost two decades. People for years upon years have been begging for a John Cena heel turn, just to give his character any kind of change. It turned into this myth, something that was always fantasy booked and speculated so much it became parody. As time went on, it just became less and less likely, especially with the Make-A-Wish stuff and becoming a beloved actor. I remember watching an Adam Blampied booking (sorry to bring that name up) an actual decade ago, and thinking then how unlikely a heel turn would be. So now, in his final run, he will ride off into the sunset, probably with a world title, and be forever beloved by the fans. Those bastards did it. They found a way to turn Cena heel in a way that not only makes sense, but actually come out of nowhere. If he turned heel on Punk in like 2011, it wouldn't be nearly as surprising as that was speculated/begged for a long time. Nobody was seriously booking a heel turn now, making the turn even more shocking and unbelievable. Its wild to think I witnessed this generations Hogan NWO heel turn back in 96, this will be talked about in video essays and documentaries for decades. This is all not even bringing up what this does for the WrestleMania match. Heel Hollywood Cena vs Babyface Cody is going to bring in insane amounts of money and interest to what was shaping up to be a below average Mania. An incredible jolt to not only the company now, but the industry. Bravo WWE, bravo."

To finish with the legendary turn heel of John Cena that will be remembered and get talked about in the years and years to come, the matches were all amazing, taking out the Trish and Tiffany vs Nia and Candice that didn't give something for storylines or whatever, It was an event full of great matches, Sami and Kevin took it all, and corrects and cleans the road to WrestleMania after the problems Royal Rumble caused with Jey Uso winning specially, and the road to WrestleMania looks better now, Thank you Rock/Final Boss, Thank you Cena, Thank you Cody, Thank You Travis Scott, Thank you Triple Cinema. 10/10"

This i believe is my favorite moment of all time and certainly the most shocking. They actually freaking did it man. I am so shocked but also so happy because this is so unreal to me. The one thing about the segment i didn't enjoy is travis scott being out there because why is he even out there lol. But legit everything else was done so well they played the crowd so well. And it's not just that main event segment it is the entire show as a whole. Beginning to end INCREDIBLE stuff. Best show of the hhh era other the mania last year my jaw is still on the ground. Sami and Kevin went out and looked like they wanted to kill each other in a time when you could be down on hardcore wrestling in WWE and not sound ridiculous. Both Chamber matches let everyone involved shine. Multiple surprise returns is what the Road to WrestleMania is all about. Loved Trish getting a moment like this in Toronto. The "not feeling like WrestleMania" sentiment that existed before this looks real funny now. A show I'm excited to run back within the week."

The Womens Chamber [**] has been screwed by a terrible turn from Cargill, with nonsense in the Chamber Rules that you established for 20 years. Will be Even worse if it's not Naomi who makes the turn here. And the turn depicted the rythm of the match for 20 minutes, who were pretty bad until Roxanne elimination. Morgan did very well and the best wrestler won. But it was dead at arrival, like the crowd. Couldn't care less of the tag team. Owens/Zayn was very sad to see, it looked like Matt and Jeff had a retirement match between each other [** 1/2], but they did what they could for bumps. Moreover, nobody Will remember the match because of the main event. Chamber was alright, especially when you had Cena / Punk sequences. Rollins and HHH screwed us by making incoherence in Chamber rules for the 2nd Time tonight, but it was alright [*** 1/2]. The end was historical but I found it disrespectful to put Travis Scott innit. Wtf youre doing here, get the fuck out of my ring ! Secondly, it's more like a prédiction, but I think that people Will regret the moment they cheered Cena Heel turn because it Will lead to him beating Cody for his last dance OR having nothing planned after that because he Will lose 80% of its interest if he doesn't beat Cody. Making wrestling complicated won't ever work if you can't do a proper easy booking, Hunter. People Will understand it one day..."

Once i saw cena still in the ring i could feel it coming and when cody told rick to F off it beacme clear what was gona happen. "First off, the women's Chamber match was DECENT for me! But Jade Cargill's return and attack on Naomi? That was expected. Props to those Women's giving their all tho. The women's tag match felt like it was mainly there to give Trish Stratus a moment in front of her home crowd. Now, THAT SAMI ZAYN VS. KEVIN OWENS MATCH WAS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST! Easily the match of the night for me. They absolutely killed it. Their fights feel endless, like they're destined to battle forever. This match truly resonated with their history. But let's not forget Randy Orton made his return! He was about to hit the banned move, the Punt Kick, but Kevin managed to escape. Their confrontation isn't over, and I can't wait to see what happens next. Moving on to the men's Chamber match, the outcome shattered expectations. Many predicted Damian Priest would win based on his match record. Others thought Logan Paul would interfere and cost someone the match. But none of that happened. Instead, we got a straight up battle where every competitor fought desperately for the chance to main event WrestleMania. There weren't many jaw dropping spots, but that actually made the match feel more authentic. It was about smart, tactical wrestling instead of reckless risks. John Cena winning? The crowd loved it. But let's talk about that ending. I guess THIS is what Triple H meant by "industry changing moments." Cody Rhodes dropping an F bomb on The Rock was shocking enough. But then JOHN CENA TURNED HEEL. Nobody saw that coming. Cena, The Rock, and even Travis Scott all ganged up on Cody, unleashing brutal attacks to send a message for WrestleMania. This was the perfect ending, and the way it sets up WrestleMania is absolutely must watch."

Nice showing for Tiffy, match was excactly what it needed to be and finished the feud between Tiffy and Nia nicely while giving her a good victory before her Mania match. Only 3 things in life are certain: death, taxes and Owens vs Zayn put on a banger every time they wrestle. Was so brutal for a modern WWE match, Randy return and the punt kick tease were awesome, setting up another Mania match I am very much looking forward too. Mens Chamber match was a nailbiter, Punk kicked out of so many finishers - I really wanted him to win and they made me believe. Rollins interference to set up the triple threat with Roman (? )(hype). Then history happened. Cena turning heel is on the same level as Hogans turn in 96 and the Undertakers streak ending. You just needed to whitness this. Never before has the WWE made me feel this way. Last year it was a longer build with Cody and Roman really starting at the Royal Rumble and that Wrestlemania Press Conference, this year the build has just gone from 0 to 100 in just a matter of hours. The crowd was decent in the bigger venue and at the end they were great. John Cena turning heel is a top 10 moment in sports entertainment history. The women's match was awesome with some higher paced action and a great way to start the show. The Stratton and Stratus match was a fun match that I don't have any real complaints about. KO and Sami was absolutely incredible once again. They can put on a classic no matter the circumstances. Men's chamber did start slower than I would have liked and Punk did look very very strong to not win rubbed me the wrong way. And the ending, no words at all. It was incredible. 2025 is starting off very good when it comes to PLEs."

The Men's Chamber match is amazing with Punk and Cena being the last 2, it brings back childhood; a bit sad that Punk didn't win but I'm okay with John winning (by the elder gods Rollins screaming DIE to Punk hits so hard). But holy christ the ending has to be one of the most shocking ending I've ever seen in my life. Cody casually dropping an F bomb to Rock, only to reveal that it was Cena who sold his soul to Rock and turns heel along with Travis Scott what? My WWE PLE of 2025 as of now, now I'm really excited for the buildup to WrestleMania 41.
