[7.0] "Decent episode which wasn't about the matches, but about furthering the nWo storyline and Sting. Regal and Psicosis put on a good match. Boss Man and Scott Norton join the nWo and Sting is frustrated with being attacked by his WCW comrades and walks out again."

[4.0] "A somewhat poor episode with lots of undercooked matches but still with a few highlights. Regal vs Psychosis was a nice opener. Regal's nasty and heelish technical work was good, as were Psychosis' agile/high-flying attacks. The styles mix made for some fun interactions, and they had good chemistry most of the time. ***. Bubba vs Chavo was fun for being only a few mins. Chavo had good energy and even creativity, while Bubba was a fine powerhouse. TS;NR (too short, no rating). Mean Gene's interview with Onoo (and Chono) was pretty messy, especially with Eric and DiBiase chatting away on commentary, but Chono revealing he was nWo was pretty cool. Chono vs Jericho was fine for being so short. Chono was good as the badass bruiser, while Jericho was endearing as the fiery and energetic underdog as he ran through a few fun hope spots. A shame it ended with an anti-climactic DQ finish. **1/2. Malenko vs Sammartino was very short and quite dry, but I at least appreciated their technical exchanges. TS;NR. Ice-Train vs Flynn was another very short but alright match. A bit rough, but with some good jock-style physicality. TS;NR. Hall and Nash's interview with Syxx featured their usual childish antics and sense of humour, and they were both honestly a bit awkward with their delivery. The Sting vignette was edited with a very interesting style and did well to further the mystery of where his loyalties lay. Mysterio vs Eaton was alright but really deserved much longer than just 5 minutes (not 2:47 as Cagematch has written, btw). Mysterio obviously impressed with his flashy and flawless high-flying movements and attacks, plus his strong bumping and convincing real-time selling, while Eaton had some decent big-man offence to counter with. **3/4. We got another Benoit and Nancy segment, this time a pre-recorded vignette, and it once again failed to offer anything remotely interesting. Arn vs Sullivan was, unsurprisingly, yet another pretty short match. It was initially a decent enough brawl, but then it became way too overbooked with heavy interference and ref bumps. TS;NR. Rick Steiner vs Sting never took place, instead giving us an angle involving Sting and nWo Sting, which was actually REALLY good because Sting looked badass with how cold and calm he was in his entrance as well as his attack on his fake counterpart. Hogan's promo attacking, and building up his upcoming match with, Piper was decent as usual, with him showing lots of charisma with how arrogant he was. Nash and Hall vs Meng & Barbarian was another match cut very short for the sake of an angle, as we got Bubba turning on the Dungeon and joining the nWo. Not too impressive, considering how frequent (and thus less and less exciting) these constant nWo defections were becoming, but at least the massive 20-man brawl that ended the show was a somewhat entertaining spectacle, especially with Sting returning to be badass yet again and also maintaining the mystery of where his allegiance lies."

[6.0] "Way to many short matches for a two hour show. The opener was by far the best match of the night. Regal has been working so well with these cruiserweight and his match with Psychosis had to be the best one by far. I hope Regal does more on Nitro he really deserves it. The other high not is Sting who just needs to show up and look at people to make get hyped. Chono appearing and revealing himself as an nWo member out of nowhere blew my mind, and he attacked Sonny Onoo and declared war on New Japan."

[10.0] "Absolutely fabulous episode! We start with the flat out great (and obviously underrated) top notch TV bout between Regal and Psychosis. Arn vs. Sullivan was a really good short, chaotic, story driven match, and as an Arn fan it was great to see him blasting the whole Dungeon of Doom with DDTs and keeping them at bay. Two more great short matches between the Big Bossman and Chavo, and legends from different eras in Bobby Eaton vs. Rey Mysterio. Sting attacking his nWo counterpart was a nicely done segment, and then the company wide crazy brawl at the end! Loved it, loved everything about it!"

[5.0] "Sting is the star of the show, he is charismatic and has a huge impact on what he does on the ring, even without fighting a match. The first part is interesting with the NWO commentary and a good Regal vs Psychosis match, the second is full of filler matches which are useless. The final two matches are no contests but they move forward the rivalry between WCW and NWO."
