[6.0] "A mixed bad with a fun main-event that is quite hit or miss and a great fatal four way in the middle of the show. Other than that the event was filled with WK build-up tag matches and the quality went from decent to bad. Watchable show overall. **3/4"

[6.0] "Hiromu Takahashi vs Shoma Kato: An okay pre show match with Hiromu getting the unsurprising win here against Kato, Kato did have an average showing [**]. Boltin Oleg vs Satoshi Kojima: Kojima showed he can so do some decent moves, Boltin proved that he is constantly improving especially with the win here against the veteran Kojima, it was a fine match [**1/4]. Ren Narita & Yujiro Takahashi vs Jakob Austin Young vs Hartley Jackson & Ryohei Oiwa: A three minute match that could not get that much in, a brief preview of the three way match at WK19 of Narita vs Oiwa vs Cobb [*3/4]. El Desperado & Master Wato vs DOUKI & TAKA Michinoku: A fine match that had some preview moments towards the DOUKI vs El Desperado match, not much happened here really, but still an okay watch [**1/2]. Robbie Eagles vs Drilla Moloney vs Francesco Akira vs Kevin Knight: Fun match featuring four good wrestlers with moments you would expect both in and out of the ring, a fun little preview for WK19 [***]. BUSHI, Shingo Takagi & Yota Tsuji vs David Finlay, Gedo & SANADA: Finlay and Tsuji had an interesting time in the ring together at the same time as well as when they brawled on the outside into the crowd, Gedo did not do much but that was to be expected [***1/4]. Kosei Fujita & Zack Sabre Jr vs Hiroshi Tanahashi & Shota Umino: This match highlighted the WK19 main event between Umino and ZSJ, with Tanahashi and Fujita as their respective partners in a match that was decently solid [***1/2]. Great O-Khan vs Taichi: The first two falls were not that good, especially the second fall with the shenanigans of special referee Yoshinobu Kanemaru, the last fall of Last Man Standing was quite interesting especially the ending with the double knockout [**]"

Hopefully he wins the TV title at WrestleKingdom because the dude deserves a singles push. The four way match was definitely match of the night. Kinda sad seeing the KOPW title retired, but interested to see what the stipulation is for the Ranbo."
