[5.0] "A bang average episode of Nitro that isn't all that memorable. There's a lot of nWo skits where they're all at a hotel room and the storyline that's really been getting the most focus was Miss Elizabeth leaving the Four Horseman over her feelings for Randy Savage, but she make an appearance at the hotel room nWo are at and runs into Randy Savage who shows up as she leaves, but you don't really see how that plays out so it's all a bit too low key really. Eric Bischoff cuts a really good promo after last weeks much more chaotic episode and also leaves the broadcast team, which had some foreshadowing with his upcoming heel turn. The matches are just average with some decent ones here or there like AA vs Jericho and Malenko vs Wright but nothing really stands out and the Benoit v Rick Stiener match did not feel important at all as a main event and was sadly rushed."

I know the show gets a lot better later, but I'm finding 1996 to be a slog to get through...this just isn't as good as its reputation at this point."

The nWo has some angles in the hotel, some interesting and others where nothing happens. Still no Sting or Ric Flair, and Macho Man only appears at the end of the show. Not much to see this time."
