[5.0] "The problem with this show was that they had several episodes of Nitro billing this as a PPV given away for free and yet the important matches happened on the previous nights episode of Nitro making this total filler! The bright points was Malenko vs Wright, Luger and Sting vs Blue Bloods and Konnan and Psychosis both making their debut appearances against each other, but nothing here felt like a must see match. While I don't think the wrestling overall was bad, every match kinda just rushes to a finish with the main event being painfully dull to watch and just serves to continue the bad Mega Powers vs a unified Four Horseman and Dungeon of Doom feud with it being painfully obvious Savage is playing second fiddle to Hogan despite being the WCW Champion! There was way too much focus on the wedding as well."

[6.0] "A fairly decent effort for this late Clash. On the positive side, Luger/Sting vs Blue Bloods was a solid Tag Title match, and Malenko vs. Wright and Konnan vs Psicosis (for a fictional "Mexican Heavyweight Title") were fine too. The main event was an average TV main event for this time frame, with the added hook of the Mega Powers un-exploding and reuniting, and Miss Elizabeth returning to Macho Man's side. Nasties vs. Public Enemy was entertaining enough for an opening-match brawl. Pillman unknowingly grabbing Heenan's neck cast something of a pall over things, both in terms of being an uncomfortable situation in its own right and marring what otherwise could have been a good match between Pillman and Guerrero."

In between all this we have the humorous wedding story. Granted it goes a little long on the segments, and the main event is what it is, but hey, Elizabeth looked mighty fine in that red number."

[8.0] "So we start the show with a setup of a feud between The Public Enemy and The Nasty Boys, don't see why this couldn't have been on Nitro but it was an alright brawl. Dean Malenko showing his heel persona against Alex Wright felt rushed but it's a nice heel turn. Brian Pillman is the star of the show making Bobby curse on live TV, this show feels like it was made for him and it was a good match. The Blue Bloods having the best time with Sting and Lugar but I wanted Harlem Heat. Konnan had a nice showcase before the terrible tag match main event. But by far the worse part of the show was the wedding segments."

[5.0] "The show started badly with the Public Enemy, one of the worst teams from ECW, having a match with the almost as awful Nasty Boys. Most of the rest pf the wrestling was OK, but all the stuff to do with the "wedding" was appalling. Sherri seemed absolutely out of it, and while it may ahve been an act it's hard to watch knowing her history. It was very much just a TV show rather than the genuine supercards that the earlier Clashes had been, although that's as much because the TV shows were significantly more important at this point and PPVs more frequent."

[7.0] "The matches were pretty average, most running too short, though it's to be expected as this wasn't a Pay-Per-View. Luger and Sting's match with the Blue Bloods was probably MOTN, but I have to say what elevated this show for me was the wedding segment. Maybe it crossed the line into "so bad it's good" territory but I really enjoyed it! Disco Inferno trying to make off with the champagne during the Medusa/Sherri brawl was hilarious."

I also thought the Sherri/Colonel wedding segments were consistent funny and enjoyable. The only thing I didn't like was Pillman going off script and manhandling Heenan, leading to that infamous uncomfortable moment."

[5.0] "It's not really bad, it's okay on the Wrestling-side, but with annoying vignettes and a too long marriage between non-wrestlers. The main event is okay, the match for the tag team titles too, and Malenko vs Wright is the best match of the event. Still, there is nothing to be seen, there is no need for a supershow where there is Nitro every week."

[5.0] "The Nasty Boys vs. Public Enemy was surprisingly entertaining. Malenko vs. Wright was good. Taskmaster vs. Disco was nothing. Pillman vs. Eddie was too short. Luger and Sting vs. The Blue Bloods was entertaining. Konnan vs. Psicosis was bad. Flair/Giant vs. Hogan/Savage was ehhh. Not great. Not terrible. Decent little event."
