[4.0] "The opener was okay but never clicked into higher gear, but honestly Robbie Mireno's betrayal gives a much better direction to BLKOUT's storyline. The undercard triple threat match had decent potential, but featured major refereeing screw-ups that make it look like crap. Swann/Moore was a fine undercard match and made both guys look good, but the result is deflating, and Devon Moore adopting his new "Scumbag" look and attitude looks very amateurish and hurts Rich Swann's progress in CZW. Façade/Veritas lacked a spark and never captured my interest, with the crowd being very cruel to them. Brain/Gacy was pleasantl clean and more grounded than most Brain Damage's matches, but seeing Brain Dsmage dominate Joe Gacy painfully exposes that his new push don't change his lower card feeder status. Moxley/Vortekz was decent And energetic, but did not explore their full potential. After a truly great TBA promo, B-Boy/Carter vastly surpassed my expectations, with B-Boy maintaining pace and busting out cool moves, while Carter Gray looked professional and played the heel role well, looking like he could break out any second. H8/Best took forever to get started, was generally unpleasant as Nick Gage is turning into an irredeemable abrasive piece of shit that makes H8 Club hard to watch, and the heavy shenanigans drowned the efforts of The Best Around. Nick Gage manipulative angle works for that braindead crowd, but looks very stupid on tape. Hyde/Egotistico was weak, showed nepotism and felt very unpleasant. The main event had cool moments and gives Sami Callihan a nice first taste of main event, but the match felt messy and overbooked with junk that cluttered it, leading to a very weak finish where nobody looks good. The show has a few hidden gems that make for a decent viewing, but in general it is bogged down by weak matches, way too much overbooking and jerks running roughshods by bullying, making sure this show never rose above decency, with glaring flaws."
