[6.0] "A bunch of decent, fun, solid matches on the card with a pretty damn good main event with Mai and Nanae"

[4.0] "For being the opening show of Marigold's first Grand Prix, it was a rather fine and uneventful show. None of the matches were must see or mind blowing. It really felt like all the talent was keeping it slow and safe since they would almost all be wrestling later that same day in the second round. I don't blame them at all, just made it all feel very unimportant and inconsequential despite it being the opening of what is sure to be their flagship tour in the next years."

[6.0] "Marigold's first Dream Star GP got started with an average event, most of the matches were okay, with the final two matches being good, with some surprising results. Myla Grace vs CHIAKI vs Komomo Minami vs Yuuki Minami: Nothing memorable happened in this one, just there as an opener nothing more [*1/2]. Bozilla vs Kizuna Tanaka: Kizuna tried to chop down Bozilla but Bozilla dominated Kizuna as expected, this match went how everyone thought [**]. Natsumi Showzuki vs Victoria Yuzuki: Quick pacing in this one, but needed to get to the next level which it sadly didn't, the booking of this one was decent, the time limit draw was a good decision [***]. NORI vs Kouki Amarei: Did not mesh well together within the ring, the chemistry was not really there, the match was alright at best, nothing much happened [*1/4]. Miku Aono vs Misa Matsui: Needed more time, needed to get to the second gear which they did not sadly, they work well in the ring and this one did show some of that but not as much as everyone wanted [**1/2]. MIRAI vs Chika Goto: MIRAI carried this one with her being the veteran, focused on the right hand of Goto, Goto keeps going but with the lack of experience she is still green in the ring [**]. Nagisa Nozaki vs Utami Hayashishita: Surprised that Utami lost her first match in the Dream Star GP, Nozaki had her chance to gain momentum which she did and it cost Utami, good action though, could have had a couple more minutes [**3/4]. Mai Sakurai vs Nanae Takahashi: My favourite match of the event, both had great chemistry, the action started with an outside brawl and then the action was great in the ring, Nanae passing out to Sakurai was surprising but the match is worth watching [****]"

[6.0] "It was a fine Marigold show, but it felt like all the wrestlers with another Grand Prix match that day were holding back. Disappointed in a couple of matches that I knew had more to offer ( Yuzuki vs Showzuki and Miku vs Misa). The last two matches delivered and helped the show a lot. I think the matches will only get better from here."

[5.0] "The first show of the Dream Star GP. The opening four way match was fine, it gave people something to do (4/10). Bozilla vs Kizuna went as it should, with Bozilla getting a dominant win (4/10). Natsumi vs Yuzuki went at a quick pace, they did a lot of moves, though not everything looked smooth as they go to a time limit draw (6.5/10). NORI vs Kouki was a little disappointing, they didn't seem to have much chemistry. NORI gets the victory (4.5/10). Miku vs Misa was decent, they were on their way to having a good match, all it needed was a few more minutes to get to that next level but Miku wins fairly quickly (5.5/10). Nagisa vs Utami was pretty good and had the first big surprise with Nagisa pulling off the upset (6.5/10). Mai vs Nanae in the main event was good. Mai since becoming more serious has improved and she gets a big win here (7/10). The match quality wasn't all that great for the most part, but still this was an enjoyable show. 5/10"

[7.0] "Good opening show for the Dream Star GP. There were no outstanding matches here but I thought the last 2 matches were pretty good and worth it alone for you to watch this show that hadn't a very stacked card from the start with Nanae vs Sakurai being match of the night. Natsumo Showzuki vs Victoria Yuzuki was pretty fun as well."

Given they were pulling double duty, they went for quick, mostly simple matches. Marigold is at its best however when their top women are allowed to create. Bozilla, Aono, MIRAI, Utami etc. need a chance to pull off big matches, but they'll also need to carry some rookies and some less impressive performers."

[7.0] "Good show. With a proper tournament to give the shows meaning and Giulia gone more of the roster can get some of the spotlight. Kizuna has been very impressive even in her loss here to Bozilla. Victoria Yuzuki continues to be the best up and comer. Utami finally has long hair again. I'm glad Nagisa won against her though to show that Marigold isn't just one wrestler. The main event was good. I have high hopes for this tournament and Marigold's future."
