[5.0] "Not a bad match, but for this concept it was kinda lame. Baron Corbin has improved so much and now he is a more agile wrestler with a more technical approach than before, but he still far from being a great worker and a 5 minute match is not going to show how truly good he can really be. The match suffered from a lack of urgency being displayed as part of the story of the match. I didn't feel at any moment that neither competitor tried to win the match quickly, or maybe Corbin a bit with a couple of quick combinations. Next tournament looks so promising, having guys that truly fit the concept. Je'Von, Axiom, Ashante, and then guys that can work a fast paced match good like Julius Creed and Pete Dunne. I truly hope Je'Von and Axiom are the semifinalists (** 1/2)"

[6.0] "Corbin has shown that somehow he works really well in fast paced matches, and this was no exception, the finish with Andrade countering the End of Days was pretty good"

[7.0] "Very good match here, I was honestly expecting Corbin to win at times (and I actually wanted him to win this one to be honest). At times it looks like Andrade is not good for Speed but at the same time it looks like he is good for it and this match improved my thoughts for Andrade, I am also hoping that someone takes the title off of him soon, not trying to hate on him but I am interested in seeing a different variety of champions, and this newer bracket is very stacked so im thinking he drops it next time."

[8.0] "This was probably the best title defense so far from Andrade. Baron Corbin did a great job against Andrade. I like how they protected Corbin and had him lose on a roll - up."

[8.0] "Absolutly solid performance by both of them. Baron showed some "speed" himself knowing they only have 5 minutes for this match. Andrade is a great choice for a champion in the Speed envirnoment. Ricochet just didn't seem happy as champion, probably because he knew his time was over in WWE, Andrade is still fresh and doing really good in his title matches. Can't wait till the next one."
