[6.0] "Probably the weakest TJPW live show of the year so far. It's not bad by any means but most of the matches fall into the "okay to pretty good" range, with the 8-man tag being the pick of the bunch purely because it's difficult to go too far wrong when you stick three pillars of the company (and the reliably great Yuki Aino) in a team. Was fun to see Aja's team all showing up in matching face paint for their match against Maki Itoh and her begrudgingly-accessorised teammates. Having both main events be against special guest wrestlers from other promotions felt like a poor decision because the chemistry wasn't quite there for either and the outcomes were never in doubt anyway. There was a dangerous-looking botch in the match between Chika and Uta but thankfully no one was injured. I've previously praised TJPW for their "stick to the fundamentals" approach for their rookies and Chika's strength-based offence is a bit riskier than what we usually see."
[5.0] "Strange to say, but this TJPW Korakuen was one of the most forgettable/skippable I can remember. The only match I'd recommend would be TJPW Pillars+Aino vs. New Generation 8-woman tag, plus the opener featured a very good performance by Daisy Monkey, every other match ranged from good enough to passable. The main event was a good enough match, but when it was over and Rika Tatsumi showed up after the match, Vert Vixen looked like a forgettable challenger of the month. I'm really surprised they booked this match for Korakuen instead of Wrestle Princess V, because imo this is not only the biggest match TJPW has right now, but Tatsumi should win and have another run with the title."
[5.0] "Not a great show, but more of it was definitely watchable for me than some other Teej shows. There's a 3 match stretch in the middle that I really enjoyed. The 6 person, the Shida match, and the Eight person were a really enjoyable stretch, compound that with the Daisy Monkey vs the rookies and the show is worth a watch. The Yuki/LA Taylor and Miu/Vertvixen matches were less enjoyable. Chika Nanase and Uta much less so and I didn't watch the Pom/Haru match because I'm unfun. I ain't mad about it."
[7.0] "This show was good. I really liked SAKI in TJPW. I know it was just a favour to Nao, but I hope she shows up more. Aja Kong's team all doing the make up was fun. Shida showing up is always a treat. International title defense was a little dull. The main event was alright. I really had a problem with the one guy on English commentary showing up late and then swearing. TJPW should really have more professional people."
[9.0] "This was a great show, with maybe my favourite undercard from Teej all year, and two very good title matches at the top of the card. TJPW continues their hot streak of incredibly fun events, they just don't miss!"
