612.07.2024Frank Shooter6.0It was weaker than the afternoon show, mainly due to the main event being really behind the other show's one. I don't find the gaijin wrestlers as bad as some people suggest here, but I agree they are way behind most of the japanese talent. Zayda Steel looks promising though, she had a nice showing in her match and she works the heel role quite good. Bozilla's match is more of the same as her previous matches. She works as the special big monster attraction and all revolves around if she can be taken down. Well, MIRAI managed to dominate her like no one else did before. That was interesting to watch. Misa Matsui is one of the names that catched my attention. At the time I'm writing this I don't know if the tournament for the Speed division title has begun or if Misa is or will be competing on it, but she is the most representative of that style and a really good wrestler. She should be the champion.

1805.06.2024teenagehonvedfan7.0A couple of decent matches and two poor ones. The last match and the Nao/Misa match do just about enough to make me forget the messy two middle matches which threatened to derail the whole event. The hype for Marigold is currently very unwarranted.

2430.05.2024ParagraphText5.0Marginally better than the earlier show, mostly because the Bozilla match was better and the Aono/Steel match was much better than Steel's earlier in the day effort with Grace. No one on this show is very good and the room is very quiet. The main event is really not good either. It wasn't terribly offensive or anything. Though personally, I have no time for Nao Ishikawa after watching her performance on this day. I'm just here for MIRAI now I guess, and that doesn't seem like a reason to want to come back too often.
2529.05.2024somerandommark8.0A really solid show, with the top two tag matches being absolutely worth a watch, but the absolute highlight of the night being the high-octance opener between Misa + Nao. Great stuff, continuing Marigold's strong opening run!

3128.05.2024Open The Vault7.0I thought this show was about the same quality wise as the Afternoon show. We get our low points and some high points. This card does move smoother though as we get good openers and ends and a alright middle to cap it off overall. MARIGOLD has some big potential man. 7/10

3427.05.2024Some Guy6.0Marigold's second house show. Misa vs Nao in the opener was pretty good, I like what they're doing with Nao's story as she tries to get a win and coming up just short each time. Misa is fun to watch (6.5/10). Mai vs Myla was mediocre. Mai tries to keep things simple, though it seems to be a running theme that Myla struggles in every match (3/10). Miku vs Zayda was solid. Miku looks strong in getting another win and Zayda does a nice job with her character work while improving in the ring (6/10). Bozilla/Nagisa vs MIRAI/CHIAKI was a good match, certainly the most entertaining (7/10). Utami/Kouki vs Yuzuki/Nasumi in the main event was good, everyone worked well together and this had the best wrestling from start to finish (7/10). Not quite as good as the first one earlier in the day, but still enjoyable. 6/10
3527.05.2024TheRabbitInTheBush5.0Not a lot to like on this show. It felt really thrown together. The afternoon show flowed well. I understand Rossy wants people to get to know the roster before bringing in some guests, but I could see the audience getting tired of this roster sooner rather than later especially with Giulia out.
3627.05.2024Paul047.0, Maybe their weakest show so far, but still it was a fun time, with the final 3 matches being from good to pretty good
3726.05.2024colinmcev7.0I wasn't a big fan of the Mai Sakurai vs. Myla Grace match, which in my opinion was the only bad matchup from either of these Marigold Grand Opening Wars shows. That match notwithstanding, however, this was another really solid show with some damn good wrestling that spotlighted the talent on this roster. Bozilla continues to look like an unstoppable force, and I wonder if she is about to go on a Goldberg-style undefeated streak (which I'd be fine with). Chiaki, Mirai, and Victoria Yuzuki all continue to impress me, and of course Utami Hayashishita is great; it was good to see her finally get her first Marigold win. (All she had to do was fight someone OTHER than Bozilla!
3826.05.2024Rossg178.0Misa Matsui vs Nao Ishikawa: A solid opening match that had some heat to it, the wrestlers in this one did their best with the time they had, Matsui got the pin with a decent looking bridge pin [**1/4]. Mai Sakurai vs Myla Grace: Sakurai getting the win here was good to see, there wasn't as much heat in this one compared to the opener [**]. Miku Aono vs Zayda Steel: Zayda continues to improve and showed some great heel work in this match and at the age of 20 she shows promise even in a new promotion such as this one, Aono was the right winner of this one [**3/4]. Bozilla & Nagisa Nozaki vs CHIAKI & MIRAI: Bozilla continues to show her dominance and power, some decent moments like CHIAKI and MIRAI trying to hit a double suplex on Bozilla, the action was solid throughout, enjoyed it [***3/4]. Kouki Amarei & Utami Hayashishita vs Natsumi Showzuki & Victoria Yuzuki: Match of the show, Utami continues to show why she one of the best joshi wrestlers in the world, Yuzuki continues to improve at a young age, worth watching, Utami getting the win with a great looking deadlift german suplex into a bridge pin [****1/4]
