[6.0] "This got off to such a hot start. Iyo v Rhea v Bianca was a certified MOTY contender and it was a perfect segue from night 1 to night 2. McIntyre v Priest was a tasteful advertisement for the entrances and then an epic street fight that had this event chugging. Dominik winning the intercontinental title in the 4 way not only advanced the break in the Judgment Day, but it was also so well deserved for a workhorse who had started to become beloved in the hate that people felt for him. Randy v Joe was not gonna be defined by the match but by the moment. This was so amazing to see a TNA star on Wrestlemania and even for the squash is unforgettable. This however is where the show went from a 9 or 10 right to an 8, then to a 6. Logan Paul and AJ Styles put on a match that was by no means bad but was very slow and didn't get you pumped or excited in the same way the other matches did. Becky's return as a moment was great but it was sad to see Bayley get stiffed for a match that wasn't that good. This last match was so hard to watch. I had my family around me wanting to tell them how exciting this would be seeing Cena in the main event of Wrestlemania for the final time. It was slow, it was hard to watch, it was boring. And then worst of all a moment that is forever carved into the history books gets tainted by a rapper. I don't know how it was decided that ending was a good idea, after all the good matches it left such a sour taste in the mouth and made it difficult to enjoy this Wrestlemania in the same light. Seeing Cena with the gold WWE belt for the final time was awesome, but the way it went down left a lot to be desired and really turned me off. I still enjoyed it but it was easily the worst or second worst match of the year."
[5.0] "[5.1] WrestleMania 41 Sunday was just as underwhelming as the previous night's show but for more bizzare and shocking reasons. The first half of this show was amazing and felt like what WrestleMania should be like. Then the second half was an absolute DISASTER and killed any momentum this show had going for it. The Triple Threat opener was the best of the night and stole the show --- Priest vs. McIntyre was a fun No DQ brawl with some cool spots, The four-way IC title match was another fun match with a great result with Dom Dom becoming IC Champion! Then...it just fell off the rails. Joe Hendry loses to Randy Orton in three minutes and makes TNA in general look pretty bad but they'll get attention. Styles vs. Paul was underwhelming and had a pretty bad ending. The Women's Tag Title match was used to give Becky Lynch another belt, good god and the MAIN EVENT was more focused on Travis Scott than the actual fucking match! It killed anything the match had going for it. Cena won his 17th but god damn what a bad way to give it to him. Overall, this WrestleMania was just an utter misfire by the WWE and everyone who was involved. It was beyond mediocre and it could had been so much more."
[6.0] "The show kicked off with one of the greatest women's triple-threat matches in history, in my opinion, as three of the best in WWE dished it out in an amazing opener. Iyo Sky retained her title, which caught me by surprise as I thought Bianca Belair was going to win. Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest had a very good street fight as we saw a lot of chaos and brutal violence, and it was capped off with Drew McIntyre standing tall. Drew McIntyre needed this win badly as he can move on and go after a title. The Fatal-Four Way match was one of the matches I was most excited about, as they had four of the people I enjoy watching weekly. This was fun, as we saw Dominik Mysterio capture his 2nd singles title in WWE as he's the new WWE Intercontinental Champion after pinning his stablemate Finn Balor to win. Randy Orton had an open challenge, which was answered by the TNA World Champion Joe Hendry, to one of the biggest reactions of the night. It was a super quick match, but it was fun. As the fans were enjoying it was a cool little filler match where the fans got a super shocking moment and enjoyed it. One of the letdowns from tonight was the AJ Styles and Logan Paul match, as I feel like Logan Paul had his worst performance, and it didn't help that AJ Styles didn't look like himself. Karrion Kross made an appearance trying to convince AJ Styles to get the brass knuckles and win this match, but it didn't work as it caused Logan Paul to win. The Women's Tag Team Champion was next, and we saw the return of Becky Lynch as she substituted for Bayley after she got mysteriously taken out by someone. But this match was very much a filler to show the return of Becky Lynch, and we got new champions as Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch are your new WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The Main Event came, and it was the most disappointing thing in wrestling in the year of 2025. This match just felt flat and boring, and we saw Travis Scott aid John Cena, and now John Cena is a 17x World Champion. My issue with this match is that it could have been better, and we saw John Cena be able to put up good performances, as in the Elimination Chamber, he was doing that. This match was a huige letdown and sucks this is how Cody Rhodes title reign ended The Rock ishould've been involved but he did nothing in this build outside of the soul selling bit very much letdown but now we will see a new chapter for Cody Rhpdes and John Cena will get to ruin wrestling. Overall, the show started super good, then the Main Event left a huge stain on it. If the main event was good, this would've been a memorable event because of John Cena winning his 17th World Championship in a very good match. But it sucks this was a sad ending to a very solid event all-around."
[6.0] "Better than the first night, but still not great, 1 really good match, some fun ones and some bad ones, overall it was quite an enjoyable show."
"The women's match was technically excellent. The ladies teamed up beautifully and really kicked off the show strongly, putting on the best in-ring match of the two nights. The beginning of the show was really strong, but the further it went, the worse it got. I expected more from Logan and AJ, as if the men weren't fully aligned. I didn't really like the idea for the main event match; it was completely pointless; Travis's appearance in it could have been skipped. Dominik got a beautiful moment, it's a shame the run didn't deliver as well, in my opinion, even though I'm looking good as a character as I write this. The gala was solid but I think we expect more from Wrestlemania, but it's a shame Kevin wasn't there"
[5.0] "The first half is a 10. 2nd is a 0 and it's probably the most polarising WrestleMania of all time with how many highs and lows it had. I wanted this to be good, unfortunately WWE did not."
[6.0] "This was for sure the better night of mania however it still wasn't great, the triple threat was the match of the night, McIntyre and Priest had a good match for being second on the card, the IC title fatal 4 way was the second best match of this night was another underrated match, this is where the show starts to decline because of KO's injury Orton and Hendry was a cool moment but nothing special, Logan and AJ was so mid, my hopes were high for a great match and it wasn't at all. Becky and Lyra winning the tag belts were cool and it was good to see Becky again, the main event with my goat winning number 17 was a great moment but Cena's match with Rhodes and Travis Scott being there were terrible."
[5.0] "A WrestleMania in two halves. The first half from the opener to the Orton-Hendry, was really good and solid work that effectively washed out the bitter taste left in my mouth after the disappointing slog that was Night 1 of WrestleMania 41. The second half, from Styles-Paul until the main event was either disappointingly boring or nothing more that a spit in the face to all the fans that cared about one of the biggest moments in professional wrestling. The main event was a horrible mess and soured the entire vibe around this show. We don't care about your "record attendance sales" we care about giving fans good wrestling and not treating us like braindead children."
[7.0] "All show is so good but the final match is souldn't be happen. I think this is the Worst WrestleMania Main Event ever. Cena wins 17 but this match feels like "Cody should be win". Because of that I can't give more point. I only can give 7."
[7.0] "Overall a pretty solid night 2. Peaked early with the first three matches, and the opener deserved the 5 stars it got. Cena wrestling slowly and a stupid finish ruined the main event for me, but thankfully there was enough good stuff beforehand to make up for Travis Scott costing Cody Rhodes the WWE Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania."
[7.0] "Start of the night was great. The Women's triple threat was stellar, Dominik winning the IC was fun, and I popped hard at Joe Hendry's cameo. The next two before the main event were fine, but the whole night was really deflated with the main event. A dream match, Cena's heel turn, it was all set up to be a fascinating main event. But the storyline was botched, the crowd kept cheering a heel Cena (because obviously), and the match never hit the third gear. Would have been fine as a stopgap in the story, but as a climax, it was a tragedy."
[6.0] "Honestly a pretty good card and overall a pretty good Wrestlemania that was just soured by really questionable booking. The multi man matches here were amazing, not just the triple threat but the fatal 4 way as well. The street fight was a bit underwhelming but well worked. Joe Hendry had a great outing with Randy Orton even though it was a glorified squash match. Logan Paul had a pretty good match with AJ Styles that suffered from a bad finish and the women's tag team championship match was fine but was carried by the returning Becky Lynch and the ring talent of Lyra Valkyria. This would've been a really good card top to bottom but unfortunately the main event and easily the most important match is a steaming pile of nostalgia bait, corporate greed, ego inflated garbage. If you took the best matches from night 1 and night 2 you would have a fantastic Wrestlemania but the days of having an all killer no filler Wrestlemania are long gone. #MakeWrestlemaniaOneNightAgain"
[7.0] "The night started off so well but the main event killed what could have been an incredible night. I do think they made it up with summerslam but this main event will be remembered in infamy"
[5.0] "Night Two of WrestleMania was like the inverse to night one, it started off with three bangers only to go downhill. The main event was such a disappointment to me, not only because it sucked but because it was way too overbooked to go with it. I'm so glad Cody and Cena made up for this at Summerslam."
[8.0] "Honestly, I loved this event. Dominik Mysterio getting the cheer he deserves. The triple threat match will be remembered for a long time. Also, John Cena becoming 17-time Undisputed WWE Champion! Win for HHH"
[7.0] "This is my review on Wrestlemania 40 Sunday: Iyo Sky (c) VS Bianca Belair VS Rhea Ripley [*****] Drew McIntyre VS Damian Priest [****1/4] Bron Breakker (c) VS Dominik Mysterio VS Finn Balor VS Penta [****] Randy Orton VS Joe Hendry [*3/4] Logan Paul VS AJ Styles [**1/2] The Judgment Day (c) VS Becky Lynch & Lyra Valkyria [**3/4] Cody Rhodes (c) VS John Cena [*1/2] Overall 6.5/10 Solid Show."
[6.0] "Started off way stronger than day 1 but ended on a very bad note. Overall a very balanced event, but the first 3 matches were so good I think it deserves a 6/10"
[7.0] "The first three matches got this Sunday off to a scorching start. The women's triple threat was incredible, the priest McIntyre match was great, and the intercontinental 4 way match was awesome. After that we also got Joe Hendry which kept the crowd hot. After this everything went downhill a bit. Logan Paul beating styles is weird to me but I don't mind it and the match was fine. The women's tag match wasn't that good. And then we get to the main event. First off I was concerned when the crowd was straight up booing Cody. That already kinda ruined it because cena is wrestling like a 1980s heel and getting cheered. The match was slow but when Travis came out I thought oh here's where all the crazy stuff is gonna happen. But it was just Travis. What were they thinking. No way they thought people would buy into that. Seeing cena win his 17th was cool and all and the crowd loved cena and were hype for him but this match just didn't kick into the gear it needed to. The show started off so so amazing so I atleast give night 2 of WM 41 a 7.25/10."
[5.0] "A night of highs and lows that struggled to find its rhythm. While a few moments stood out, far too many matches felt dragged out or ended with flat, uninspired finishes. The energy came in bursts, and several booking choices seemed made for shock value rather than storytelling. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't deliver the magic expected from WrestleMania either. A middling, forgettable show that left more questions than moments."
[6.0] "The drop in quality after the orton match is insane. Decent show till then and then just three back to back ass matches. What the fuck were they thinking? Still overall a decent WrestleMania very mixed. Sad"
[3.0] "an utterly failure of a sunday mania show. so much hype one year ago, and honestly leading into 2025, washed away rather quick before we got to mania, and both nights could only really provide a good match or two, and some nonsense that makes every leave just annoyed or unhappy. triple nose could do better (and has)"
[6.0] "Show started off fantastically with Ripley / Sky / Belair. Great match, great action. Could have honestly main evented if it weren't for Cena / Cody. McIntyre and Priest delivered a fun match as well. Hardcore spots, nothing too over the top but enough to spice it up. Dirty Dom Mysterio getting his first big Wrestlemania moment was awesome. Dom / Breakker / Balor / Penta delivered a very solid midcard title match. Very excited for the future of all four wrestlers. Orton / Hendry was fun, albeit short and short notice. Hendry is over as hell and gonna be in WWE full time eventually and it was nice seeing Randy Orton have another memorable Wrestlemania moment. That is where the card started to slip though. Logan Paul vs AJ Styles was a bummer. AJ can still deliver and should have won the match in my opinion, even though I understand the implications involving Kross. Lynch & Valkyria / Liv & Raquel was okay, despite the Becky Lynch triumphant return feeling a bit underwhelming after a few minutes went by. Cena / Cody was underwhelming, this is clearly the second chapter in a long running story to finish John Cena's career with him at the top of the card. Wish The Rock was involved, even though I loved the implications long term of Travis Scott helping Cena screw Cody Rhodes out of the championship he fought so hard to gain. Can't wait to see where this story goes next despite the underwhelming and slow paced finish to a solid Wrestlemania weekend."
[5.0] "It started better than Saturday... but it still fell on its ass in the end. I mean, how can you start with such an amazing triple threat match and end with... Travis Scott and John Cena! ? How! ? I cannot believe it! The first three matches--alongside the aforementioned triple threat--are worth watching, but later on...? Meh to absolute trash. There were some good surprises such as Dom winning the Intercontinental belt, Becky returning, Joe Hendry having the Vegas crowd scream as he appeared. But that did not save the event when it was ending... holy Jesus God Almighty, here we go: The main event SUCKED. The first part was alright and it was a 6.5 to 7/10, not bad, needs some improvement even if Rock no showed again... but then Travis came and everything went to the crapper. Like Wrestlemania 27, it all went wrong and everyone in the stadium felt cheated out of their patience, time and money. It's sad to see it end like that and I feel like everyone needs to redeem themselves after this clusterfuck."
[3.0] "The first three matches were promising after the somewhat sour taste left by night 1. The Sky-Belair-Ripley three-way was, along with the Stand & Deliver three-way main event, one of the two best matches of the entire weekend for WWE. The Priest-McIntyre Street Fight was also very strong, and the Breakker-D. Mysterio-Balor-Penta four-way was lots of fun with a somewhat unpredictable (but promising) result. Unfortunately, the show nosedived off a cliff after that and never recovered. While it was cool to see Hendry get a WrestleMania entrance, TNA allowing their World Champion go to another company to lose to a non-champion there (yes, Orton is a former champ and doubless a future Hall of Famer, but at the moment he's firmly positioned in the upper midcard) in three minutes is a catastrophic decision that buries their title's prestige underground - no promotion of any size should allow their top title to be treated in such a way. Styles vs Paul was also a letdown; Styles seemed to underperform and Paul was exposed. Valkyria/Lynch vs Morgan/Rodriguez was an OK TV-type match but due to its length, positioning and the rapidity that Lynch and Valkyria would drop their newly-won belts to feud with each other, came off as a bit of a filler match. And the Cena-Rhodes main event was a letdown that felt like it was mostly going through the motions until Travis Scott took longer to get to the ring than the Iron Sheik had taken entering the Gimmick Battle Royal to cost Cody his title in underwhelming fashion (this was also marred by the Rock's non-involvement). Despite a promising start this ended up leaving an even more sour taste than the first night."
[7.0] "A low 7, slightly worse off from last night and all because of the first three because it was free-fall from then onwards. Becky's return and Hendry's WM debut got positive reactions from the crowd in the arena and most liekly from those at home as well. The main event was a cluster f*** of the highest order, it was a dirty mess up and was further exacerbated by Scott's appearance which was illogical and didnt serve any purpose other than get some PR."
[3.0] "The women's opener is exceptional. Very good stuff. The McIntyre-Priest match dramatically outperformed expectations. The Fatal Four Way wasn't the best but it was certainly an okay match with a neat ending. After that the entire card goes down hill *sharply*. Culminating in one of the worst Mania main events of all time. Just a really bad card at the top which spoils the entire pot."
[7.0] "Surprised to see this has a lower rating than yesterday because I think this was definitely a slight improvement on Night 1. Opener was an instant classic with the right winner, Drew vs Damian was a solid stip match that added some variety to the show, fatal four-way was great action with a well deserved title change, Joe Hendry being Orton's mystery opponent was a satisfying surprise, great pop and a fun, quick match that did it's job, the RKO out of nowhere to Hendry was a rare well done comedic Mania moment, AJ vs Logan was a good match although didn't love the finish, I feel bad for Bayley but I think Becky's return added alot to an otherwise heatless tag title match that would've killed the crowd similar to the War Raiders vs New Day from night 1 and the main event is probably what brought down the show the most I didn't think it was bad, it had big fight feel but definitely an anticlimactic finish especially compared to Mania 40's conclusion from last year. Definitely not perfect but an improvement from night 1."
[7.0] "This night getting the score it did is so depressing because the first half of the show was genuinely fiery and awesome. IYO Bianca and Rhea absolutely going OFF and giving us one of the best openers in WrestleMania, and probably the best women's match in WrestleMania history. Drew and Priest having a fun plunder Street Fight, with Drew getting the win (the right decision). The IC Title 4 way was also awesome and fun, with Dominik finally getting his WrestleMania win which honestly he's deserved. The Randy Orton segment was probably the best possible scenario considering Orton needed a win and having anyone else return and lose would be dumb. After this, the show went downhill. Logan Paul vs AJ Styles was boring, the Logan Paul novelty has died down and he needs to stop relying on move after move and start giving us something more. The Women's Tag business with Becky's return was fine. I'm so happy to see Becky back. Becky got her comeuppance on Liv for claiming Becky to be retired by her, and Lyra walked out as Double Champion, but the match wasn't all that really. Additionally, I'm still thinking about how they did Bayley dirty for this. And now, the main event. Genuinely was so disappointed that a dream match was completely botched and Cena's record-setting moment is plagued by Travis Scott being there. A truly depressing experience considering how the show began, and easily the worst live 2 night WrestleMania yet. IYO/Bianca/Rhea ***** (5). Drew/Priest ***3/4 (3.75). IC Title **** (4). Logan/AJ - **1/2 (2.5). Women's Tag - **1/2 (2.5). Cody/Cena *3/4 (1.75)."
[5.0] "Just the opposit of night, one a solide begin, great match, good moment, and the finish is not very good. can't say it's bad, but neither it is good. If you take the begining of night two and the end of night one you have a great wrestlemania. Instead we have to not so great night."
[3.0] "Night 2 started off well but completely fell apart in the second half. Overall, WrestleMania 41 was very disappointing, especially since the hype around it was already much lower compared to the last two editions. Beyond just being disappointed, I'm really worried about the direction the company is heading. The event was flooded with ads and endless breaks between matches, which made them way shorter and forced some wrestlers to just do the bare minimum. It's not new for WWE, but for an event this big, it became unbearable. It's even more frustrating when you see how good the weekly shows were right after. WWE's obsession with chasing profits at all costs is disgusting."
[4.0] "4/10? crashed after the hendry reveal. nearly stopped watching after logan pinned styles. overall wrestlemania 41 feels like a really convenient package for me to use when i need to provide examples with what has soured me on WWE in the recent months. overly-commercialized, wrestlers not wanting to show up to work, wrestling not being the focus of the show, pat mcafee, etc. really hope this marks a shift for the better, because this entire event felt pretty terrible."
[8.0] "A way better show than night 1. All the matches except for two were amazing. Good show with a good main event. The night before it had a terrible mid card with a 10/10 main event, where this was a great mid card with a good main event. So flipped, but still good"
[6.0] "A fantastic start to this show but the second half really dragged it down. The opening triple threat was probably the match of the weekend and the street fight to follow it was great as well. The IC title match was fun and it was cool seeing Dom get the win, but after that only Stone Cold crashing into the barricade and Joe Hendry getting the nod to face Orton were really the moments that I enjoyed. Becky's return was cool but I honestly wish Bayley was able to retain that spot, and the Logan Paul/Styles match as well as the main event really left a lot to be desired. It's a shame that Cena's record breaking title win will be remembered in a negative light in the future though it will be interesting to see him as a heel champ for the foreseeable future, I just feel like they really could have done a better job with getting him the win. Solid 3 star show."
[4.0] "It starts off good but after the intercontinental title match it goes way off hill. The women's opener if straight fire and dom dom is the new IC Champ (which he well deserves) but after that nothing is nearly as good. The WWE & TNA Championship Partnership Is a toxic relationship as Randy Orton squashes their WORLD CHAMPION. A complete embarrassment for them when they could've had Karrion Kross. But as killer Kross said. It's all about viral moments now. Like Logan Paul beating former WWE, TNA And IWGP Champion AJ Styles.Becky Lynch Randomly Wins the Tag titles with Lyra. When they could've had Bayley, Roxanne or even better BOTH To have Face Lyra. But they had to have Becky when she could've just showed up on raw after mania. And worst of all, Travis Scott. THE RAPPER TRAVIS FUCKING SCOTT helps John Cena win his 17TH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. it's a joke really. 4.1/10 Only because of the openers."
[6.0] "Certainly a more enjoyable night than Night 1. But after a well paced start, it begins to really fall off a cliff after Orton/Hendry and never comes close to recovering. The first three matches make the show feel quite promising, but as you enter its second half it's as if the event wants to prove WWE's harshest critics right, with the last three matches feeling like corporate plastic, regardless of how one feels about the talent involved."
[6.0] "(6.0) This second night is the exact opposite of the first: a masterful start, followed by a gradual plunge into boredom. But on the whole, I have much the same comment to make: ups and downs, a decent show, but relatively disappointing for a Mania."
[6.0] "This went way better than the previous night, for about the first 2/3rds at least. AJ/Logan I was really looking forward to and it never really got off the ground. Main event was pretty good but the finish was wack and anticlimactic. We all really were expecting the rock to come out there for it. It would have had more weight if Cena would have won clean I think. The opener's pretty good, and the Joe Hendry appearance is entertaining, but I would skip a rewatch of this."
[5.0] "First half was very good. Women's triple threat was obviously exceptional, Drew vs Damian was a nice change of pace although I think it could have benefitted from blood, intercontinental fatal four way was entertaining with Dominik winning giving the best reaction of this event, and I enjoyed the surprise Joe Hendry appearance even if it made the TNA World Champion look like a dunce (they clearly had the time to give him more than 3 minutes). But from Logan vs AJ the show began to fall apart. Too long a match for a feud that no one was interested in. Women's tag team match had the expected Becky return but the match was just what you would see on an episode of Raw. Then the main event was an all time stinker. Slow, overuse of finishers, Cena screaming spots, and Travis Scott making a nonsensical appearance. I don't know if this is controversial, but I think he COULD have been a good interference if we were given any explanation why this non-wrestler was aligned with Cena and The Rock. Instead, he just turns up to 'FEIN, FEIN, FEIN, FEIN, FEIN, FEIN, FEIN, ...', gets manhandled by Cody, and Cena hits Cody with the title. That finish also made no sense at all because Cody has shown himself to not be a pure babyface. He fought Kevin Owens in a brutal ladder match, hit AJ with steel steps after he begged for mercy, clonked Seth with a sledgehammer instead of going for the cover, and now suddenly he can't hit Cena with the title. Any show with a first half that quality can't be rated too harshly, but what a disappointment for a show that was looking like it would redeem Night 1."
[6.0] "Night two did about the same for me as night 1, except the beginning of the card was great this time, and it progressively got worse. Orton vs Hendry was sad because we were supposed to get Orton vs Owens. The main event is very over-hated and the opener was match of the weekend in my opinion. Overall both nights were pretty rough and could've been so much better than they were."
[5.0] "This was slightly better than Night 1. The first 3 matches were incredible, easily what saved the show. The women's triple threat was fantastic, and street fight was fun, and that 4 way was fun as well, plus Dominik winning the title was unbelievable. Then Joe Henry showed up to fight Randy Orton in a quick match, which was understandable, but then we had AJ Styles vs Logan Paul.....that was bad, how did that get more time then the first 3 matches? Like how? The women's tag was alright, Becky returning was cool, and that main event..................where do I even begin. I hated it, that match was so bad I didn't even care Cena won his 17th world title. The first 3 matches is what saved this nigh at mania from being a 3 or 4"
[6.0] "6/10 - OKAY - Dang, tonight really started off amazingly, and then just sputtered so hard to the end. Putting the triple threat women's championship match as the opener was the best decision the company made this weekend, and only further highlighted what a disaster that first match on Saturday was. These three should be placed at the front of the company's women's division for the foreseeable future. It continued really well into the McIntyre/Priest battle and the IC 4-way. I couldn't say because it was in 3 minutes, but this is the impact Joe Hendry's character has when I had never seen a single non-Royal Rumble performance out of him and I still know his theme and gimmick. I really enjoyed it, as it gave Randy his 20th WM appearance despite Owens' injury, and while getting rolled, is giving Hendry a lot of street cred with the WWE for filling two PPVs. The Styles/Paul match isn't even worth mentioning, atrocious. Becky Lynch returned, and team with her Irish counterpart, who was blowing feathers all around the ring as she was getting beaten up. Lynch/Valkyria have to go on a decent reign for it to make any sense, and not portray Lynch as a 'gimme, gimme a championship on my return' type. Travis Scott sucks, celebrity appearances in wrestling in general suck. WHERE IS THE ROCK? I was predicting the Rock throughout the match like, 'at some point he'll come in and make an impact' and then I have to hear Fe! n for the 4, 287th time this weekend. Walking around with his little toy 'hardcore' belt. Cena winning was a necessity, because he's going to lose it sometime in the next year and he needed his moment for all his service. The night was really looking up to be a great night and then it kind of fell of the rails. Hopefully the Rock can get off his keister, and actually participate in the storyline fully."
[7.0] "This night was better. Aside from the anticlimatic main event and the Styles vs. Paul, the matches weren't too bad. The triple threat was a banger of an opener and I cannot think of a better WrestleMania opener from the other shows I saw. Overall that night wasn't bad in terms of in ring action, but WWE used to give us a LOT MORE especially last year. Also too much ads from start to end. It shouldn't be AdMania. They can really do better !"
[8.0] "After a poor night 1 I thought night 2 was very good, let down by a dreadful main event. That's what it will be remembered for, but let's not forget an excellent triple threat that opened the night, a nice brawl with Drew and Damien, an excellent IC title match and a good match between Logan Paul and AJ."
[3.0] "Very disappointed with the second night of WrestleMania. Thankfully, the women's three-way match was excellent and raised the bar, otherwise the show got worse as it went on. I hope WWE will reflect on the quality of their show, but I doubt it. There was so much more that could have been done with all the talent on the show's card."
[6.0] "Quite the opposite of the first night, it started very well with the excellent Triple Threat Match, but the hype died down completely with the other bouts. The ME is a complete mess, how can you screw up a story that was so well written at Wrestlemania 40 ?"
[5.0] "Complete 180 of the Night 1, Night 2 started off strong with the best match all week - women's triple threat, followed by 2 great matches with Street Fight and Dom big win. Hendry's surprise was a nice moment too and then it all went downhill. Absolutely terrible AJ/Logan match, then Becky's return and good tag almost saved it but the main event was awful. Terrible overbooked finish which undermind Cena's 17th world title win. Mid Mania all around."
[9.0] "The opener was incredible, perfectly written to open to show really fast paced and full of spot, one of the best if not the best WM opener i have watched. The street fight was also good, obviusly a lot less memorable but still some good spots and the ending with the claymore into the chair was amazing. The fatal 4 way was another incredible match the in ring work was weaker than the opener but the crowd for some reason was really into Dominik and he became a babyface for one night. This was a WM moment and a really deserved one. I've read a lot about the Randy open challenge and i can understant if some people aren't happy with how the tna champions was treated but if i have to evaluate only the angle it was perfect. Hendry got one of the biggest pop of the night and the framing of the rko was perfect and hilarious, the comic angle in the middle of the card was perfect and i don't think Hendry's character gets hurt to lose to Randy in 3 minutes. The only problem is that he his also the world champion in tna, so great WM great for Hendry that good a big spotlight perfect for his character but not so great for tna. The logan match was well fought but a little boring and too long, and the build was really bad, the best part was karrion kross promos that weren't even put on raw that were telling a story that who don't watch online didn't even know until the video package ( a really good one btw) before the match. That was the worst match of the night. The tag match was a spot for becky's return and the in ring work was worst than the raw match they had the day later but still fine for a match that was worthy to be on the card only for the return. The main event honestly was pretty good in the ring. I liked the style Cena fought it fits a lot his new character with slow and slimy offence that also cover the obvious problems that he has with cardio. The ending was the problem, if after Travis Scott the rock would have came out doing the exact same thing would have been a lot better. This was an historic moment and it's true that WM was built to combine wrestling with main stream stars but i don't know if you want to remember Travis Scott as the one to help Cena wins his 17 title. Maybe in the future this will be seen as Tyson helping Austin or Mr T with Hoogan but right now i don't know if it was the right idea. At the end the main event wasn't great but the card is full of great matches so still very good."
[6.0] "From the moment that this show was announced and the card was revealed, you knew that this night would be better than night one. And from the top of the show, it showed amazing promise. It started with one of the greatest triple threat matches in WWE history. Although the build to Iyo/Ripley/Belair was a bit questionable at some times, you knew that this match would absolutely bang. The match had amazing in-ring action and chemistry between all three women and the ending of the match was beautifully done with a perfect moonsault from the best women's wrestler on WWE's roster, Iyo Sky. The match never let up with the action and it was the perfect way to open up Wrestlemania. Some could argue that this deserved one of the main events but the build up killed any chance of that happening. Next up was the street fight and surprisingly one of the better buildups for Mania. I thought that Priest's special entrance was amazing and it fit his character. The match itself was very good in my opinion. It had everything that a street fight should have: two people who hate each other, a variety of weapons used, great chemistry between the two, and the correct winner as well. I saw many people say that this street fight was tame but sorry that they didn't impale each other with spikes or make each other bleed. Next was the fatal 4-way intercontinental championship match and this match was amazing as well. Four of the top Raw wrestlers on the roster and they showed out with great in-ring action and Dominik Mysterio finally winning a singles title and I could not be any more happier for him. You can tell that the crowd loved him and he genuinely was basking in his moment. Great match overall. After the first three matches, here is when the show started to slow down. Randy's open challenge was a good viral moment for Joe Hendry and some people like me were expecting a full on match with Randy, similar to Cody's WM 38 return. But it was done in a squash match, not a very big fan of that. Next was the Logan/Styles match. Although the match looked good on paper, it was a bit slow at some points and it ran a bit too long. Paul hasn't impressed me for two years now and he was only good when he debuted. But overall, it was an ok match. Next was the women's tag team match. I thin instead of this match being a filler match, I think they should have gotten Lynch vs Lyra for the intercontinental championship and their build could have been good. Other than Lynch returning as a viral moment, the match was not needed for the card and it was a filler match in my opinion. Finally, the main event. I really loved both entrances of both guys because it fit their characters and it was unique. As for the match itself, it was pretty good in my opinion. Cena impressed me and he showed that he was not washed. But the ending of the match was one of the worst things I have ever watched. From Travis Scott taking six years to make his entrance to him being the reason why Cody lost, to Cena cheating to win and winning via a single belt shot, it was horrific. Although I am extremely happy that Cena got #17, the ending left a bitter taste in my mouth. Overall the show was much better than night one and it felt more like Wrestlemania but still it was a bit disappointing because of the pacing of the show. If they combined both nights for this event, it would have been a really good show and Mania-worthy. Hopefully next year is different with dream matches and proper builds."
