[8.0] "I think it was a really good enough event with good matches and build up for future big matches. The best match of the day was Kojima vs TJP.Kato and Murashima had really good performances in their tag matches.Boltin's win it was a surprise for me and it was good because he already proved he deserves to go to the next level."
[4.0] "An incredibly average show filled with generic and at times bad stuff, only 1 or 2 matches were decent and the main-event was just a casual multimen match which is saying a lot. In particular Yano vs Boltin stood out for bad wrestling and booking. **1/4"
[4.0] "This was not a great card, two underwhelming tournament bouts, a meh main event and a crap tag team match was evened out slightly by some good opening work, but it was all pretty skippable. This is fine really and not a bad indicator or anything since this tour is happening while many of the top guys are either in or on their way to the US for Forbidden Door, but probably worth a skip unless you are a Toru Yano and TJP super fan."
[8.0] "DOUKI & Yuya Uemura vs El Desperado & Shoma Kato: Despy and DOUKI had an interesting preview of their upcoming title match on July 5th, Kato and Uemura did their parts well, Kato gave a solid performance even if he did get pinned [***1/4]. Tomoaki Honma & Tomohiro Ishii vs Hiroshi Tanahashi & Katsuya Murashima: A decent tag team match, Murashima had a decent performance, Ishii submitting Murashima was surprising to see but good to see [***]. Francesco Akira, Great O-Khan & Jeff Cobb vs SANADA, Taichi & TAKA Michinoku: Akira picking up the win here was good to see, there was some okay action but did feel like a house show standard multi man match [**1/2]. Callum Newman & HENARE vs Yoshinobu Kanemaru & Yujiro Takahashi: While the typical HOT tactics were mainly not used, this match was still only okay, HENARE getting the win for his team was not surprising in a good way [**1/4]. Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI vs Chase Owens & Gedo: Not a bad tag team match but not great either, Owens and Gedo feinging walking out of the match before Bishamon brought them back to the ring, the action was average to be honest [**]. Boltin Oleg vs Toru Yano: Despite the comedy antics of Yano, this match was actually not bad to watch, Oleg getting the win was surprising though in a good way [***]. TJP vs Satoshi Kojima: A great well worked G1 Climax 34 Block Qualifying match between a veteran of the G1 Climax tournament and a wrestler who has never been in the G1 Climax tournament, TJP getting the win to try and get into his first G1 Climax was surprising to see but good to see [***3/4]. BUSHI, Tetsuya Naito, Titan & Yota Tsuji vs Dick Togo, EVIL, Ren Narita & SHO: I enjoyed this a bit more than their match yesterday, but not by much, the action today was okay, Naito getting the win was good to see only 7 days away from challenging Jon Moxley at Forbidden Door for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship [***]."
