Unfortunately, Carmello Hayes is clearly another victim of the callup curse as he could be presented so much better on NXT as he has a good character and mic skills but they have just turned him into a jobber with Theory and Waller. Logan and Cody had the best segment of the night but why would Paul have another pair of brass knuckles on him then. Otherwise Aldis and AJ had an enjoyable segment as well. |

26.05.2024 | Open The Vault | 7.0 | I think the score was way too harsh for this SmackDown episode. I thought this one was pretty good compared to other SmackDowns. The match card on its own isn't the best. We only get 1 good match and everything else is middling. The storyline progression though was pretty damn good. We got a good one with Cody & Logan and The Bloodline and the return of Kevin Owens. Mix that in with a hot crowd and you got yourself a good show! 7/10
26.05.2024 | xXRoiDeCoeurXx | 0.0 | A show in Saudi Arabia is worth zero. I don't watch that shit, shame on them. Sad that King Of The Ring will be performing there as well as the return of Crown Jewel.

26.05.2024 | ejr6309 | 7.0 | I enjoyed this show a lot, started off with a great match in Bianca vs Nia, the Grayson Waller Effect making a comeback was great to see especially with that 6-man tag that came after. Cody mostly cooked Logan on the mic and that segment was cool I guess. Bayley vs Chelsea actually wasnt a squash match but I wish they would pull the trigger on Chelsea but this sets up for Piper vs Bayley at Clash. Randy vs Tama was fine. Overall, I enjoyed this go-home show and the crowd really helped it too.

25.05.2024 | Zimbabouix | 5.0 | The wrestling was way too basic for a tournament, Bianca vs Nia Jax was by far the best match of the night, I'm quite impressed with Nia recently, her performances are usually good. It was still a little short tho. The main event was poor in the ring, Tama Tonga is not convincing as a heel, but at least Randy Orton makes everything he does work. I thought Cody/Logan Paul promo was awful, it was like a kid show... The rest is forgettable, a hot crowd does not makes the shows better sometimes, but that's the case with most of their events in Saudi.

25.05.2024 | Jamildo2 | 5.0 | I really didnt enjoy this episode. Every match and segment has felt like ets just get through this without anything outrageous and thatll do! Mid match followed by mid segment followed by mid match. I think WWE has been resting on their laurels for far too long and they will only get away with it for so long. Hopefully they can get back to form on the run to SummerSlam, because this just isnt it.

25.05.2024 | elnino | 5.0 | It wasn't great at all considering we had an amazing RAW and I actually liked the previous episode of smackdown. The crowd gave up a weird vibe considering it's an international crowd. Bianca being beaten clean was a surprise and despite her getting better I struggle to get into any Nia match. The 6 man tag was alright, and I'm partly interested in the LA knight Carmelo feud they're setting up. The main event was just ok too and the episode had some of the weakest bloodline segments I've seen on a smackdown in a while...

25.05.2024 | BigReedus | 6.0 | Weird vibe for this one. Everything felt rushed, nothing was given time to breathe. Nice nod to how Belair's leg got storyline injured by having Indi and Candice taunt her backstage, setting them up to be flattened in the KAQOTR pre-show. It'd be cool if RAW gave the same attention to, say, Dijak, as SmackDown is to Blair Davenport. The Rhodes and Paul promo was silly to me - I could care less about the brass knucks "controversy". At least Cody was given some better material at the end of the segment. If they put on a banger, this will be forgotten, and I get this was likely a business decision to have them feud, but I'm cold on it heading into the PLE. DIY doing heelish things backstage - perhaps a reunion of The Way is in store? LDF pondering over recruiting Andrade made absolutely no sense - that dude very recently betrayed them in the ring. Segment was cut short before it ended, too, doing the performers no favors. Not an outright bad show, but not near the go-home that RAW was earlier this week.

To evaluate the show, it was average in the ring. Six Man Tag Team satisfied me with wrestling, other matches were average. An ordinary go home show. It is worth noting that it is better than previous weeks. |

25.05.2024 | liorb1985 | 4.0 | This week's SmackDown was a bad show, especially given it was the go-home show for Queen & King of the Ring. This show felt half-baked, with no heat, suspense, sense of urgency, or excitement for the PLE to come. The in-ring action was pretty weak; there weren't any meaningful backstage segments (I can't understand why WWE went with backstage "interviews"). If my favorite part of the show was Andrade & Balir Davenport's vignettes, it says everything about the quality of last night's show.

25.05.2024 | Frank Shooter | 5.0 | Another typical WWE go-home show. Basically a televised house show and very little storylines developed. Tournament Semifinals were quite dull. Bianca carried her match really good, while Randy's legendary status and charisma in the ring makes his matches enough interesting despite not being truly enjoyable. Nia Jax was as bland and talentless as always and Tama Tonga didn't bring anything to the table (I loved his crawl during the entrance in old NJPW style, but casuals don't get that and they're already laughing at that because it reminds them of Boogeyman). Bayley's appearance here was useless and just sets up a future match against Piper Niven that she will win. Her face off with Nia was the only relevant thing of her time in this show. They keep going on with a Melo vs LA Knight feud on the midcard, that's ok. It doesn't hype me up that much, but it will add a little something to the show and it can help Melo adapting into the main roster. The Grayson Waller Effect segment was too simple and very little worked, as well as the idea of making that trios match, but it ended up being the best match of the show. It's so funny how Candice and Indi got a Title shot against Jade and Bianca just for mocking Belair while Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler are the rightful contenders for winning a match, while AJ Styles, one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, a legend of the sport, is denied of a Title shot. That speaks volumes of how much they care for the Women's Tag Titles, sadly (for me. I'm the only person in the world that prefers those over a secondary singles championship for a mid-upper card division that already has a singles title). Equally sad it's the build-up for the WWE Title match, due to the lack of time and how things were done. It will be only the main event because of the names of the match and the World Title being on the line, but there is nothing in that feud that makes it more interesting than Gunther vs Randy Orton. At the end of the day, it's just a match that feeds on the names of the wrestlers involved, so the segments and trash talks they had were as good as they could be. The match itself will be much better than the build-up.

25.05.2024 | Rocky7 | 6.0 | Setup for King and Queen of the Ring with SmackDown's two semi finals. I will however judge international crowds against France's, and the Saudis didn't measure up. Nothing must see here unless you want to see Bianca Belair lose.
25.05.2024 | Yee I watch wrestlin | 6.0 | Pretty ok show. Good feeling to the show mainly from the awesome crowd. In ring stuff pretty vanilla. Orton and tama had a great match tho tama has been incredible since debuting. Not much story progression but hey cant expect to much 24 hours before a ppv. My highlight of the show honestly was the cody and logan paul segment i really enjoyed that segment.
25.05.2024 | Paul04 | 6.0 | A vibes show, a fun crowd, a fun opener and a fun main event, but this was just fine, the wrestling for the must part was fine we got some fun angles and promos but not much to say
25.05.2024 | daughtry | | [6.5] Okay show. Orton v Tonga was the best match of the night. Wasn't best keen on seeing Bianca get pinned cleanly. Chelsea v Bayley was far too short.
