[3.0] "Titan vs Kosei Fujita: For a seven minute match, it wasnt bad, could have been given more time, werent able to fully get into gear due to the time constraints, averagely solid action [**]. Robbie Eagles vs Dragon Dia: Even though they had such short time, they did quite a bit which was surprising to see [**]. BUSHI vs Yoshinobu Kanemaru: It was an okay match, BUSHI getting the win was good to see [**]. KUSHIDA vs Drilla Moloney: A solid back and forth match with solid exchanges, KUSHIDA working on the arm of Moloney, Moloney getting the win after reversing a handspring back elbow in to the Drilla Killa was surprising to see [***]. HAYATA vs Kevin Knight: HAYATA getting the win may not have been the right way to go, as would like to have seen Knight win, the action was solid, hope they go again down the road [***]. Taiji Ishimori vs Ninja Mack: Mack did a good effort against one of the best junior heavyweights in NJPW, the action was enjoyable [***1/4]. El Desperado vs Clark Connors: Did not like this match, the DQ finish was not the right way to go [*]. TJP vs Blake Christian: A match that exceeded my expectations, match was well worked and executed, TJP winning was the right choice [**3/4]. SHO vs DOUKI: HoT tactics ruined this one for me, SHO winning was not surprising [*1/4]"

[6.0] "Come to think of it, it is similar to Night 2, except guys on the undercard are less energetic due to wear & tear from previous days, and we didn't have Akira vs Hiromu which would've been a banger if Akira was uninjured."

[6.0] "I feel like Night 8 and Night 2 are basically on the same level when it comes to how the show went. This was one of the better shows and a nice step in the right direction for the tournament. We got an okay opening bit while the middle of the show was pretty fucking bad and a slog to get through and the ending bits were also okay. At time's it got boring or flat-out silly but It's a step in the right direction. 6/10"
