522.07.2024Rjepic18.0I thought this was a great episode of Dynamite; every match was solid to great on this show. An incredibly strong main event to end this show, and it was certainly my favourite match of the night. I didn't love Willow getting taken out before the mixed tag, even if I understand why it happened. Joe and Swerve had a great segment at the end of the night to sell Dynasty. Jon Moxley also had a good promo to open the show in which he laid out a challenge to Powerhouse Hobbs for the IWGP Title. Jericho versus Hook is setup for the PPV, and I really enjoyed Taz's performance here. This was a good go-home Dynamite to Dynasty.

810.06.2024Pro Wrestling 19487.0The House Always Wins! Loved the opener. The Elite trios match was alright, then they booked Deonna Purrazzo to knock off Mariah May. I understand why, so that Deonna can look more formidable for the upcoming PPV title match. Then it got worse, when they shove another Orange Cassidy win down my throat. Finally, in the main event we got to see the best in the world Will Osprey earn a win over Claudio.

1104.06.2024bornnaughty4.04 The crowd was into this for some reason, elevating this show beyond what it really was. When taken as a stand along show this is adequate I suppose. There's wasn't a truly bad match or segment on here and everything served some king of purpose. The problem is that an adequate show just isn't enough at this point. AEW has done itself too much damage. Nobody is truly over with me. Edge came over to aew and is already less over than when he started. He's having competitive matches with people I don't care about one single bit. Penta (last week) might be a good luchador but he's terrible at telling a story in the ring and he shouldn't be competing 50/50 with Edge. It brings Edge down. Brody King is nothing more than a big fat guy with blothes of ink over his body (something that doesn't stand out in 2024). He impresses for an indie guy, a monster to beat, and I'd love to see him on a local show but he shouldn't be on tv on this level. Maybe for tna, mlw or nwa he could be worth it. The Elite have don't nothing interesting in, ever, in aew. They've brougth Okada down in only a couple of weeks and last week they brought the whole company down. I don't want to see them ever again. I do not care about Toni Storm. Her gimmick was funny for the first few weeks but she's making the women's division into a laughing stock now. I kinda like Orange Cassidy but he hasn't done anything interesting lately and I have no reason to care about this heel turn of Trent. Will Ospreay I saw as a really good get for aew. He's an incredible in ring talent and has had incredible matches. However, I skipped this random match. I don't know why he's fighting Claudio and I don't care. His promo last week lost him a lot of respect from me. In short, I either don't care, am indifferent or have no respect at all for everyone involved in this show. As long as they have tv they can always make a comeback. There's no such thing as irreversible damage. Good creative can fix any problem. I've legitimately enjoyed the first 2-3 years of aew. It's been a while though and every week they lose themselves more viewers. I hope they bounce back but mayor changes need to be made and sadly signs point to them doubling down on all the bad decisions rather than fixing anything.

Purrazzo gegen May war vollkommen in Ordnung.

2824.04.2024Dune7.0Definite improvement from the previous episode. This focused on wrestling, which is were AEW thrives. Trios match was insanely entertaining and the main event was great.
2924.04.2024Garmonbozia6.0Jon Moxley had some things to say. There were two very solid matches and three very average matches.

3523.04.2024Cal16415.0A bit of a crappy go home show for Dynasty (I know there's still collision), I was expecting a bit more in the way of hype for the ppv rather than a selection of matches that have mostly obvious winners. I'm very bored of seeing OC and Chris Jericho now and could do with both having a rest. I really miss seeing hangman on tv tho.

4421.04.2024colinmcev6.0It was a relief to have AEW back to solely focusing on wrestling, after the CM Punk/Jack Perry footage fiasco from the previous week. And it was exciting to see Will Ospreay and Claudio Castagnoli face off against each other. (Plus we got to see the first cracks forming in Will Ospreay's relationship with the Don Callis family; hopefully that leads to some feuding between Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita & Kyle Chandler in particular.) Swerve's jump taking out the six security guards during his confrontation with Samoa Joe was pretty damn sweet. Still though, most of the other matches in this one were only OK, and there was far too much talking in this episode, with interview segments with Samoa Joe, Swerve Strickland, Mercedes Moné, and worst of all, Tazz "brokering" a conversation between Chris Jericho and Hook. (Pretty funny to watch Tazz pretend to be really hurt and exhausted after getting shoved once by Jericho, too...)

5121.04.2024WAKA Flockanoku6.0There were some really good matches on the card here, but I just felt kinda cold on AEW heading into this show and nothing really happened to warm me up on it besides the quality of the main event and Okada trios match. Besides those two matches, the rest of the card was meh and nothing story wise grabbed my attention or made me any less disappointed in AEW's recent actions. [MOTN: Will Ospreay vs. Claudio Castagnoli]

5720.04.2024Nevermore428.0This was a very good episode. We opened with a Mixed Tag Team Match between Willow Nightingale and Adam Copeland and the House of Black that required some creative booking to cover for Hart being unable to bump. This led into a very good match between the Elite and Daniel Garcia, PAC, and Penta El Zero Miedo. Things slowed down a bit with mediocre matches between Deonna Purrazzo and Mariah May and Orange Cassidy and Shane Taylor. Finally, we got a match of the Night performance between Will Osprey and Claudio Castagnoli.

6120.04.2024Burtch993710.0Being there live probably really boost the score for me but that main event was out of this world it really made the whole show and the promo segments with people like joe and swerve were all just icing on top of the cake for me in my opinion this was a great episode of dynamite I highly recommend you watch it!
6220.04.2024Will Morris7.0An incredible moxley promo to start the show, great story progression for a go home episode and two brilliant matches, especially a ppv standard main event

6520.04.2024danzitorock7.0Interesting go-home show for Dynamite, they helped a little bit the Dynasty stories, Jon Moxley promo was incredible, but apart from the main event, there wasn't a match that made me happy, so it's just a decent weekly show.
6620.04.2024jhuanherbas6.0Pretty average show, especially because of the matches. I felt just the main event felt like something really special. The Elite match wasn't this good for me. The segments were nice, but overall the AEW storylines are not doing much for its audience. They need better stories for yesterday.

7119.04.2024Trombek Kushinika6.0Yet another average episode of Dynamite. There was some really great stuff in this show such as the main event but the rest was just plain average and follows the trend of AEW slows in the last few weeks. Served is purpose as a go home show though tying up all the loose ends.

7319.04.2024smokingcrab6.0Generally consistently pleasant, though not as successful at building interest for Dynasty. Good opening ace promo by mox and matches that delivered within the range of where you thought they'd hit. That last part really depends on your opinion of ospreay/claudio, both your expectations going on and the actual match (personally thought it underwhelmed, but still liked it). To be fair, I skipped all the Jericho so feel free to add or take away points from my score accordingly.

7819.04.2024VINCEoWrestling6.0A great disappointment for the last show before Dynasty. A great main event and a good promo for the return of Mox. But the show as a whole is very limited and lacking in quality. The dynamite content is really getting worse and worse. It's a good thing Ospreay and Okada keep things interesting, because even Moné's presence adds absolutely no value.

9818.04.2024Le Main Event9.0If last week was the final nail in the coffin for the promotion, this week is probably the greatest comeback in the history of our sport. Hyperbole aside, it was an excellent Dynamite with an electric crowd, and a better go-home show than the one before Revolution. It was great to see Mox back home. He looked better and healthier than the last time I've seen him, especially with that IWGP belt. The mixed tag match was great and put more intrigue into the Moné storyline. The Young Bucks are doing some of their best work since the start of the promotion, and the match was fantastic. Then the main event delivered than most PPV matches, which at this point is the level that we expect from Ospreay. The pair was a perfect match, and I'm looking forward to see them feud again in the future. All in all, pro wrestling at its peak, and I cannot wait for Dynasty.
