[4.0] "A boring episode outside of the opener. One of those "House show feel" episodes. The crowd seemed disinterested, too, and had to resort to making their own fun by cheering for heels or calling for Malakai to kick Keith's head off. The sudden change from complete disinterest to "This is awesome" chants at the end of Malakai vs Keith felt comically phony."

[7.0] "This show started and finished strong, but fell off a bit in the middle. We opened with the Match of the Night, as Sammy Guevara faced Powerhouse Hobbs in a No Disqualification match. FTR took on Shane Taylor Productions in a decent match, thant nevertheless fell a bit short of expectations. Thunder Rosa then squashed Lady Bird Monroe followed by the Bang Bang Scissor Gang squashing the Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson. We got back to real matches as Bryan Keith took on Malakai Black in a solid outing. Lady Frost and Serena Deeb then had a good match before we headed into the great main event between Bryan Danielson and Jun Akiyama."

[7.0] "Exceeds the sum of its parts. The opener was the MOTN by far for me. Sammy was actually over as a babyface, and whatever criticisms might be valid for him and this forcing him as a face stuff, you can't deny he gives every match 100% Was also pleased to see Hobbs win clean, he looked awesome. The main event was fine, it was more of the storyline stuff that made me care than the match itself, as I thought the post match stuff was excellent. Really would've preferred Lady Frost to win against Deeb. I like Deeb, but she's overall not as exciting or dynamic as Frost. One last comment that needs to be said: what the hell was that with Max Caster rap? It seemed on the surface that he just flubbed the rap, but there was weird energy there from the start, as well as a line about feuding with management. If he just flubbed the delivery, then ok that's understandable (I read that his father died recently too). But if that was intentional, then it flopped."

[7.0] "Very fine Collision. I enjoyed everything on the show. There are clearly places where there needs to be improvement. Thunder Rosa gets a little too upset with how the match is going mid-match. If I can notice it, that's bad. The Six Man tag was messy messy. Iron Savages are TOO gimmicky for me. Malaki Black doesn't need a singles match and the post match angle doesn't feel like it's going anywhere but I trust Tony Khan. He has never left something without a pay off for me. On the positive, the opening and closing was insane. Hobbs and Guevara are a good matchup. The Hobbs promo package after match heated him right up for me. That dude is an upper midcard or Top star boss for sure. The Danielson / Akiyama match was very nice and I really enjoyed it. Just good wrestling with a very satisfactory ending. This story is my favorite thing in wrestling right now. The BCC and FTR promo were both very good. As usual Collision didn't disappoint!"

[7.0] "Solid episode of Collision, opener and closer were good matches, I don't like the idea of two squashes but the Bang Bang Scissor Gang match wasn't built like that, it was fun, a lot of oversellings and stuff like that. The shows slowed down a little coming closer to Revolution, but that's natural, next Dynamite looks promising."

[8.0] "It was a great show, I enjoyed it a lot, but with some bumps that I want to highlight. First, the opening was fantastic, AEW stands out for delivering great fights without DQ or another type of variable of the same nature. The fight between Hobbs and Guevara was quite eventful and fun. The tag team fight between FTR and Shane Taylor promotions was correct, but very slow, I don't find anything outstanding about it. For obvious reasons I will skip Thunder Rosa's squash and the short trio fight. The fight that I had the most faith in was Malakai vs. Keith, but something was missing for me to be able to fully enter it, although I felt it had great speed and mobility between both involved, so I approve of it. I have an insane fanaticism for Serena Deeb, for me she is one of the best female wrestlers in AEW by far and I am very happy that they can give her minutes on TV, especially against Lady Frost who is a great fighter. The battle was correct and great promotion from Deeb at the end of the fight, I loved it and if she can compete for the TBS title in the future, it would be a great recognition for her after everything that has happened in her personal life. We reached the main event between Bryan vs Akiyama, a very good match, it was correct and well technical. It is spectacular to see wrestling legends on TV, it is something that one could never imagine. The truth is that it was a correct program, with some ups and downs, but that did not take away from the great rhythm of the two hours. 8/10."

[6.0] "The opener was a load of fun but not much else will stick in the memory. AEW need to do something about ticket sales because these small crowds do not make much noise and it feels so low energy. Put this card on in front of a big crowd and it would feel a whole lot better than it did."

[8.0] "Very good show overall. Guevara Vs Hobbs was incredible stuff and both looked great coming out of it. FTR Vs STP was good. Glad to see Taylor & Moriarty be used weekly. Id personally like to see Thunder Rosa in more than squash matches on tv but she was out for a while so its understandable. Bang Bang Scissor Gang stuff is not for me, I cannot wait for Bullet Club Gold to move on and for Jay White to have something better. Enjoyed Malakai Vs Keith a whole lot and a Malakai Black Vs Mark Briscoe match should be killer if thats the route they go. Deeb Vs Frost was very very good and the post match promo made it sound as if Deeb could be Mercedes first opponent. Sign me up. And lastly, I couldve watched Bryan Danielson Vs Jun Akiyama all night. Incredible match and I am cherishing every single second we have these kinds of Danielson matches because I am not ready for him to go part time this year. The post match stuff with him shaking Akiyama hand to spite Eddie and the low blow was awesome. Collision is my kind of wrestling show."

[8.0] "Fantastic opener! Wow I did not expect that match to open. Usually a Hobbs match is predictable but that was a SHOW. We had tables, ladders, chairs, more tables, beer bottles! High spots! It was a tv match.! I expect that on a ppv! The bcc promo was great, got me fired up for there match. Ftr match was ok, again the promo at the end fired that feud. Ftr were great and it was a good tag tv tag match. Bryans promo for a tv match and his match with Eddie was a great promo. Malakai black singles match! Great match, good back and forth! Then into a building story of a baby face mark brisco trying to attack black! Deeb had a good match but clearly needs time on the mic, weak voice, she probably needs a manager to bring her up or a heel turn. Bryans match was good, loved the end after the match real good story building towards the go home show for dynamite and revolution. Overall the show was good and progressed those stories ready for revolution."

[7.0] "Pretty entertaining show, better than Dynamite: Guevara vs. Hobbs was the best match of the night, super fun with lots of cool spots. The BCC cut a great backstage promo and FTR vs. Shane Taylor's Promotions was solid. Good promo by FTR afterwards. Thunder Rosa had an okay squash. The Bang Bang Scissor Gang stuff is just unwatchable for me, the Acclaimed has gone stale and I can't stand the fact that Jay White is being wasted in this "super group". Also Caster forgetting his lines during the Acclaimed's entrace was embarassing. It definitely brings the show's overall rating down. Black vs. Keith had a rough start but picked up towards the end. Post-match angle between Briscoe and HOB was cool. Deeb vs. Frost was alright, they didn't have the best chemistry but it wasn't a bad match. Danielson vs. Akiyama was really good, just super enjoyable all around outside of an apron botch early on in the match. The post-match with Bryan playing mind games with Kingston and kicking Akiyama in the balls was awesome. Overall: the opener and the main event carried the show, everything in between wasn't bad but pretty skippable. Really good storylines development with HOB vs. Briscoe, BCC vs. FTR and Danielson vs. Kingston."

[7.0] "A nice, easy Collision to watch to move things along for Revolution next week, mainly focusing on the two feuds involving the Blackpool Combat Club. The opener and main event were really good, however it's about time that Max Caster moves on from the rapping, I don't know if he legitimately messed it up, or if it's deliberate to demonstrate what a bad idea the Bang Bang Scissor Gang is."

[8.0] "Easily the AEW show of the week, a far better show obviously when you've got all the talent avaliable lol, an outstanding good opener No DQ match that really came out of nowhere, Sammy Guevara is a king of doing insane no dq matches and I think this is the most i've seen table bumps in ages outside of Nyla vs Athena but that was at least built around tables lol and it RULES Hobbs won, FTR continue to be the best tag team in the world and STP continue to showcase why they're worth a damn, a nice little TR match but she still needs more time to get that ring shape back but i've got no complaints there, the Bang Bang Scissor gang stuff is questionable but I do feel like we'll get something good eventually but Max what happened in the rap intro lads? Jesus, Malakai vs Keith was good and im very up for seeing Mark Briscoe vs Malakai ASAP, Deeb vs Frost was solid, Deeb is just so good and the main event was great, I can't say enough good things about this Danielson x Kingston feud, overall a very good show, easy watchin' as always, Collision is easily the best weekly show AEW does."
