[1.0] "I'm a glutton for punishment. I have seen every Battle of the Belts so far and I think they are all trash. And I'm gonna continue this tradition with this edition. I can't even comprehend how someone gets a special episode every few months on a big channel and thinks that the best potential card is OC vs Silver, a Samoa Joe squash, Nightingale vs Statlander and a Billy Gunn match. See you in the next edition of Pure Pain."

"Overall, the matches went well: Joe vs. Nese was a passable semi-squash that accomplished its goal; Statlander vs. Nightingale was excellent; OC vs. Silver was passable; and the Trios Title battle was sufficiently thrilling. However, it never seemed as though any of the titles were in jeopardy, and this did little to dispel the impression that these Battle of the Belts specials were essentially unnecessary filler on AEW's schedule."

[4.0] "This is one of the weakest cards we've gotten for a Battle of the Belts that does more harm to the brand as a special event in the future. I have no issue with none of the championships changing hands but, I hate how thrown together everything was. The constant multi-man match to earn a title shot contradicts what AEW was meant to be in telling long term stories that make title matches a big deal. Having one out of four matches be good isn't something that a company like this produces."

[7.0] "Man, I get that these Battle of the Belts series can be insignificant and unnecessary; but some folks are REALLY overreacting with these extremely low ratings. First of all, the opener with Orange Cassidy vs John Silver was a really good match. Second, Kris Statlander vs Willow Nightingale turned out to be a good women's contest (which I admit could've been even better). Lastly, the 6-tag main event was solid and harmless. I don't love the Battle of the Belt series; but at least try to be more reasonable with some of the matches on these cards."

[5.0] "The matches here were fine overall - Statlander vs Nightingale was quite good; OC vs Silver was fine; Joe vs Nese was an OK semi-squash that did what it was supposed to; and the Trios Title match was entertaining enough. But it never felt like any of the titles were in danger of changing hands, and this didn't do anything to shake the feeling of these Battle of the Belts specials pretty much being superfluous filler on AEW's schedule."

[4.0] "The biggest issue with the Battle of the Belts show is the absence of any title changes since BotB 2. While the in-ring performances remain engaging, the persistently poor booking decisions significantly dampen the show's potential. They should do at least 1 title change. They could wait to give the International Title again to OC on this show."

[4.0] "Nothing was given enough story or time for me to care. I enjoyed the Cassidy match and the Statlander match bht the other two were just bad. The acclaimed are entertaining but i'm just not a fan of their in ring work. That match itself was decent, but i think this should've gotten 8-10 minutes and started the show. Don't mind the Joe squash, it makes sense just disappointing because I wanted to see a full match. MOTN was Statlander vs Nightingale, they progressed the storyline before and after, maybe a 3-way for the TBS title?"

[6.0] "While I totally understand the issues people may have with the booking of Battle of the Belts shows, I thought the in-ring work on this episode was solid. It's rare that Willow, for example, will get a 10-minute Singles match (and I thought it was the Match of the Show). A couple of B-Plot storylines were pushed along (i.e., Daniel Garcia's feelings of resentment toward Daddy Magic, CJ Perry's recruitment of Andrade), so it wasn't *just* a set of perfunctory championship defenses."

[6.0] "Honestly not sure what the point of this show is, not this one in particular, but BOTB in general. It's always incredibly predictable title matches, half of those seem to come at random(Nese has been a serial loser in both AEW and ROH, why he is getting a title shot), or the Trios Title match(Garcia, Menard and Parker already challenged the Acclaimed and Gunn for the titles in September, lost, then went on a losing streak afterwards, so what did they do to get another shot? ). The matches themselves were fine, Silver always brings out a great energy in his matches, which pairs well with a workhorse like Cassidy. Statlander and Nightingale put on a good match too, much like the main event, but it was good at best, and otherwise it was "meh", a very skippable show."

[6.0] "Despite the uninspired card, this was an enjoyable show. We opened with Orange Cassidy defending his International Title against John Silver in a good, but not great match. Samoa Joe then Squashed Tony Nese to retain His ROH Television Title. After that, Kris Statlander defended her TBS Title against Willow Nightingale in the match of the night. Those two have met up a lot lately, and it's always great. Finally, the Acclaimed and Daddy Ass defended their Trios Titles against Daddy Magic, Cool Hand Ang, and Daniel Garcia. The wrestling wasn't great here, but the storyline of this match was great, so it was still very enjoyable."

[4.0] "you gotta be kidding me! what was that? when you call it Battle Of The Belts, it must have a logical booking for the Championship matches. this kinda shows are AEW's biggest weaknesses, and make the whole structure and the booking system, sound like a joke! also the quality of the matches weren't very good, except the TBS Title match. everybody knew that, no champion is going to lose the title, so that indicates a failed booking for this event.I'm not saying that it was a terrible show, but it wasn't even close to what it should've been!"

[6.0] "Orange Cassidy vs John Silver was fine, Samoa Joe did a good squash match and The Acclaimed had slightly more interesting bout than what they've been doing lately. The women's match was the best part of the show, although I had higher hopes that, as both of them have had more exciting matches this year. Tired crowd didn't help."

[1.0] "The ratings of 1 is not for this particular show but for what Battle of the Belts is. This show is just an addition of matches where the champion is 100 % sure of retaining his belt. The matches are not particulary bad ( some of them are even really good ) but what's the point of watching if you already know the winner."

[4.0] "The rating I am giving for this show is due more to the booking of it than to the quality of the matches themselves. On match quality this was a pretty good show however, IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A "BATTLE OF THE BELTS" then you need to have AT LEAST one title change on the show. The booking of this show made it an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. You could have had at least a couple of quickie title changes if for nothing else than to spice things up and build some matches for Full Gear. Maybe Tony Khan needs to stop whining about Vince McMahon on Social Media and start meeting with some of the veterans of his company to learn how to book better."

"Tony Khan really needs to stop doing this dumb Battle of the Belts show outside of the first one they have all been bland and boring even worse there has been freaking 8 of these things and they have barely been around for 4 years. Do we really need 2 of these turds a year?"

[4.0] "A so so show with in my opinion two good matches. The Joe match wich was a sqash was a disaster but it was what it was. Th Silver vs Orange in my opinion was Orange worst match in the last couple of months. The TBS match a good one with good chemistry between Satlander and Willow. And the main event showed what a star Garcia can be can't wait until he breaks await from those two clowns. The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass did well to."

[3.0] "Honestly, I dont see the need for these Battle of the Belts shows, especially with nothing of significance taking place. The AEW titles matches could have easily took a spot on a future Rampage and Joe vs Nese would be a great main event for an episode of ROH itself. However, I always love seeing The Acclaimed so that puts it from a 2 to a 3"

[5.0] "There weren't any bad matches on the show, in fact every match was decent with Willow vs. Statlander being pretty good but it was just the same Battle of the Belts as always: very predictable, boring and with no title changes which is insane for a show called Battle of the Belts. Cassidy vs. Silver was solid but the crowd was mostly asleep during the match and it was just very predictable. However I really liked the exchange before the match between Moxley and Cassidy, hope to see another match between these two. Willow vs. Kris Stat was good, best match of the night altough it was a bit dissapointing. I'd love to see another match between these two in the near future, maybe at Full Geat. Willow teasing a turn in the post-match was cool. Acclaimed vs. 2point0 was alright, nothing special but still decent. Give me a Garcia singles push, please. Overall: nothing stands out, no title changes, very predictable. Weak show."
