[5.0] "This time I will evaluate this event objectively, since it is probably one of the few wrestling events where we have seen the likes of Samuray del Sol (who was known as Kalisto) and even the Japanese Shigehiro Irie and the Italian wrestler who currently wrestles in NJPW, Francesco Akira. The lineup promised a lot, as it is attractive for a wrestling fan but not for a casual one, things as they are. I think that at most highlights some Spanish as Carlos Romo or Gerard Garcia who is doing great things in Tyris, but little else eh, I felt that the event was heavy. A horrible production in terms of the camera and I think the same as Frank Shooter, it looks crappy and also objectively there are no enjoyable fights, only maneuvers that you might like in some parts of a fight. Honestly, I was a little disappointed and I must be consistent with what I say, but I will give a rating according to what this means for wrestling in Spain, which is a lot and that great things will come out of here, hopefully yes. On the other hand, I must congratulate Xavi El Muro because I met him here in Valencia and I loved him, as a character it is true that he still lacks development, but we know where they are going to throw and he deserves a chance wherever he goes. I also want to emphasize that the very young Newt Nova has the necessary qualities to be a good fighter in the future, I hope he improves in his performances and for sure he will be a great one here in Spain. Little more to say than this, hopefully WAW rises and continue doing events, if possible that we can show it live or recorded, but that can be seen from a television or a phone. It's about time we see a national wrestling product with a minimum of quality and that approaches all types of audiences."
[4.0] "The best way to describe this show is as Ruky said in his promo: "El Wrestling en Espaņa es cutre" - "Wrestling in Spain is shabby". In Spain we don't have a big culture for Wrestling, so it's not a surprise we lack the infrastructure and the means to put on a show like other independent promotions in Europe, but I think they have something in here and that they will get a lot better. Camera work was plain bad, and that camera angle from the top of the arena was atrocious. Some introduction botches here and there, the show was so long, wrestlers are very bad at acting, but they put all their hart in it and have some good skills. Match of the night was Akira vs Kaiden (*** 3/4). So surprised to see Kaiden win against the NJPW guy, but understandable since they would want a happy ending with the local guy on top. The match was basically Akira carrying the whole match, with a very good follow up by Kaiden, but I felt the epic at the end so forced. Kaiden should really go forward and try to get some bookings in Europe, because he looks like a very promising powerhouse. Samuray vs Carlos was second best (*** 1/4), and Gerard vs Rizo (***) in top 3. The rest of matches were between adequate or plain horrible (opener was very bad). They have a lot of things to improve, but I think We Are Wrestling has the tools to become a force in European Wrestling."
